Frühstücksbuffet schön angerichtet mit Früchten, Müsli, Käse etc Eierspeisen auf dem Buffet, die letzteren waren leider alle kalt. Habe nach warmen Eierspeisen gefragt, dann erhalten. Versch. Brot, wie Vollkorn etc, leider war das etwas hart, wie 2-3 Tage alt. Waren etwas enttäuscht über Frühstück, da der Preis doch recht ‚stolz‘ war für Unterkunft+ Frühstück.

- MARK (10/5): Gem of a Hotel - Lovely hotel on a nice square. The hotel very much up to date and beautifully kept. Staff were exceptional, super friendly and very efficient. Breakfast was excellent with great choice available. Everything superbly organised and nothing was too much trouble Bedroom was functional with a very well appointed bathroom with large shower. Condition of the hotel was excellent. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
- birgitta (8/5): - Es gab Probleme beim Einschecken. Laut meiner Buchung gab es zwei King- Betten - diese standen aber nicht zur Verfügung. Die Chaiselongues im gebuchten Raum sind überflüssig. Die Steckdosen sind am Boden angebracht, es sind auch zu wenige; es gibt keinen löslichen Kaffee im Raum, nur Tee. Uns wurde aber ein Upgrade angeboten sowie die Erlassung der Parkgebühr (20 Franken). Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend; das Essen im Restaurant ist überteuert, die Portionen sind auch zu klein Der wein ist auch völlig überteuert.

- Miss (10/5): Comfortable stay - We just stayed one night - the owners collected us from the train station which was helpful with a lot of luggage and a wheelchair. Owners are very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable for us 3 adults, with an elevator for easy accessibility. As the room was on the top floor there were skylights with windows and blinds that could be electronically opened. There were plenty of other windows, with a great view to the mountains, but you need to bend a little to see through them due to the sloping ceiling. A few extra pillows for sleeping would have been nice, perhaps we could have asked though. Food was lovely in the restaurant, perhaps a bit expensive but I think that's typical of Switzerland. A beautifully decorated hotel and it's a shame we couldn't stay a few more days.

Aber die Hilfsbereitschaft, die Freundlichkeit und die Professionalität der kleinen Crew habe ich als vorbildhaft wahrgenommen. Das Zimmer war auch wirklich schön. - sietske (10/5): - We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad, het is niet goedkoop maar meer dan waard. Heel fijn, attent , vriendelijk en meedenkend personeel. Hebben genoten van heerlijk ontbijt en diner, leuke plek om te zijn, vriendelijk en gezellig. Het pand zelf is ook prachtig gerestaureerd en zeker een bezoek waard. De hond kreeg zelfs tip top verzorging, van mond tot bak en z’n overal direct een bakje met water. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

- Michel (10/5): Top Hotel - Es ist ein tolles Hotel. Schade das es keine cafemaschine/tee im Zimmer gibt. Die Essenskarte könnte noch etwas ausgeweitet werden (Spaghetti oder allgemeine Teigwaren mit Ragout oder sonst nur was kleines). Aber sonst ist das Hotel von der Lage und Services top. Freue mich immer wieder wenn ich dorthin gehe. Top! Für Elektroautos würde ich mehr Stationen oder Möglichkeiten anbieten hat nicht viel leider aber sonst ok. Für anlässe haben sie einen sehr schönen Weihnkeller / gewölbe HAMMER!!!

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great hotel but beware of noise on the Piazza - Couldn't fault the hotel itself: friendly staff, lovely room, clean, great breakfast and beautifully decorated dining area. Used a parking space on the Piazza which is 2hrs maximum but free after 7pm. For longer stays it's better to book a space with the hotel. The weekend of our stay there was a bike & run festival taking place with a concert on the Piazza. It started at 18.00 and continued until 01.45. Sleep was impossible. This isn't the hotel's fault, but sadly it detracted from the overall stay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): So, so! - Hotel is super cute and we got a very spacious, comfy room. The fact that they rent the bikes is a plus. However, we had dinner in the terrace and although it looked very promising, they could improve the menu a lot as it seemed that dishes were 'unfinished' and for the price you would expect much better... Staff members were kind at all times, however they forgot us a bit at the end of the meal, which you will not expect from a hotel of this category... in my opinion, they should just pay more attention to details!

- Verified traveler (6/5): ベリンゾーナ世界遺産の観光には不便 - ホテルはベリンゾーナ郊外の住宅地にあり、世界遺産の観光にはとても不便でした。ホテルの部屋から隣のアパートの住民が芝刈りをする様子がよく見えます。 雨が降っていたので特に考えずにホテルのレストランで食事をしましたが、田舎ホテルのレストランにも関わらず、お値段がミシュランの2つ星ぐらいしてびっくりでした。 メインは鳩のお肉を頼み、味は良かったものの、飴玉ほどの大きさのお肉が4粒ほど出てきたのみで、女性の私でも夕食後もお腹がすいたままでした。結局ホテルから5分ぐらいあるイタリアレストランに行き、ポルチーニのリゾットをテークアウェイする羽目になってしまいました。

- Cristina (10/5): Pre and post pandemic visits - This was our 4th stay, I believe, our first post pandemic vacation. Buffet breakfast option as of July 2nd which I looked forward to. Although varied and plentiful, quality was not to usual standard. No fresh-squeezed juices, no freshly baked viennoiseries, and only one egg option (cold omelet). Disappointed. Meals à la carte are excellent though and innovative. Their chef did not disappoint in this area. This hotel is a favorite in the Ticino canton. Easy drive to Lugano, Ascona, Locarno, Bellinzona, and Mendrisio (Foxtown Outlet). Staff is super friendly and polite. Rooms and bathrooms super clean. Bath towels could be changed to newer, even fluffier ones though soon. The actual ones are so thin and scratchy with age.
- Andreas (8/5): Schöner Kurzurlaub in Giubiasco - Super schönes Boutique Hotel mitten beim Dorfplatz! Sehr feines wenn auch nicht günstiges Essen, dafür mit lokalen oder besten Schweizer Zutaten. Das Personal war äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit im jeglicher Art und Weise... Einziger Punkt, nach unserem Geschmack dürften die Betten etwas härter sein, aber dass ist schon alles...

- Konrad (10/5): Amazing hotel, staff is very friendly - This is a great hotel with an excellent service. Good breakfast and dinner option are also great. Room is quite good, but the bathroom is on the small side. Few easy things the Hotel can improve: 1- The are no blackout curtains, in spring/summer its a bit annoying to wake up at 5/6 am due to amount of light. 2- No soap/shampoo holder in the shower. If you don't use the Hotels own shower gel, you have to put yours in the floor, which is not nice. 3- The parking on site need to be booked as well. There is no info about this when you make your reservation. Would be nice to have a notice here that once you make your reservation, send them an email/call them to reserve your parking place as well.

- Cristina (10/5): one of the best, if not the best, boutique hotel - Our second stay at La Tureta. It is one of the best, if not the best, boutique hotel we have ever stayed in. Aside from the clean, modern atmosphere, professional and friendly staff, the cuisine is superb. Hats off to the chef! And to the friendly retired waiter, Marco, who comes in to help occasionally, he made our stay that much more enjoyable. We will go back to La Tureta, and hope the cuisine will be just as excellent,

- Verified traveler (4/5): - One thing that made my stay at La Tureta difficult was the absolutely horrible internet. On all nights I could not get more than 1 Mbps which makes it impossible to do anything (at home I have 150+ Mbps). I called to complain and they feigned ignorance of the issue and told me I could use the "business" wifi service, but that one also was at 1 Mbps in the evening. With less than 1 Mpbs you have trouble sending or receiving emails, cannot even open Instagram for example. During the day when nobody was in the hotel I got to 5 Mbps which is also very slow and sending attachments is problematic. The day manager told me that indeed to be sure that at least some service is possible they limit the maximum speed to 5 Mpbs but when lots of people use internet it can go lower (I witnessed less than 1Mbps). That is not satisfactory. I cannot recommend a hotel that installs such as miserable internet service for its guests.

Our room was perfect for my husband and me. The area was very nice. Just a short drive to the castles, a short drive to Lake Lugano, and even to cross into Italy. Highly recommended! Be sure to check out the Gelato place across the street too! It was fabulous!

The hotel communicated with me prior to our arrival in case we needed a ride, directions, and or special request. Truly continental and sophisticated without the wannabe pretentious attitude of other hotels of its caliber.

- Mark (10/5): Beautiful gem in Giubiasco - La Tureta is a well-run, cute boutique hotel. Ideal for a romantic getaway or vacation in Ticino. We stayed in the top-floor room which is suitable for 4 adults. The rooms is spacious enough, however, the bathroom/toilet is small. The entire staff is extremely friendly, professional and helpful (printing local maps for us, organizing discount fare tickets etc.). Everything in this hotel is of highest quality, from the appliances, bedding (cute baby comforter!) to the fantastic buffet breakfast with a wide selection. In fact, we really loved all the local produce (fresh fruit, local yoghurt, honey as well as typical bread and pastries) they served. Highly recommended! In the vicinity you have a take-out pizzeria (Pizzarella) and gelateria (Ciccio passami il gelato). We found both to be amazing, and we have been travelling around Italy quite a bit.
