- Myrielle S. (2/5): No star if it was an option - Not as pictured. 1 parking pass, therefore additional price for 2nd car. Check in person said SO SORRY you rented from them, they are strict with parking. Person rented prior to us was there 1 month. Cleaning person in room, smoking on balcony when arrived after 6pm. Check in is at 3pm. Cable not working upon entering. Facility not clean. 1 showered head not working. Sofa soiled. Advised that cleaning person would return in the morning between 9AM & 1PM. Left out by 8AM, returned after 2PM. Only thing done was showered head replaced. We could have bought a $5 shower head at any five & dime store, & slept in. Sofa stayed soiled, no additional cleaning performed. This was my gift for My Son (a senior) for spring break. Paid almost $600 for 3 night. Worst place ever. Any po-dunk motel had to have been a million stars in comparison. Rental office could only say, this was private own & we are unable to contact the owner personally. Surely the rental company nor the owner would nor could fix these issue. I guess once funds are secured, no one cares. Do not waste your $ nor time here.
