The hotel has a good atmosphere and is very central, near restaurants and CentrePoint, as well as Losari Beach. Great breakfast too. The single beds were too small (narrow)

• Deby (7/5): baik - breakfast was very varied & had lots of choices, staff were very helpfull & friendly, room was pleasant with a great view of the city, & pool would have been nice if it had been cleaner & covered. the bathroom has a little mold, stagnant water, hair everywhere, no towels for face, the sheets, pillowcases and bed covers have lots of stains, everything needs repair

• Usman (4/5): Disappointing - Clean, spacious rooms, good location After 2 months on the road I booked this place because it has a pool, it wasn’t mentioned on booking that it was closed due to maintenance The staff didn’t bother telling me in check in either, the staff could also do with more training for sure. Overall I was very disappointed with this situation

• Juliane (9/5): Superb - The hotel is in a good location. Not far away from everything. The pool was nice, as well the breakfast (warm indonesian food and also stuff like egg and toast, fresh fruit). The rooms where clean. My door didn't lock at first, but they fixed it immediately. Nothing to complain about it.

• Scott (8/5): - Inexpensive, “boutique “ property. English ability varied significantly. Staff was always polite. Limited variety of food but always tasty. Nice breakfast. Reasonably convenient to Losari Beach area but a bit far to walk in the heat.
• Siany (8/5): Shabby towels n dirty bathroom - The bathroom wall is dirty. Need cleaning. I had to asked the cleaning service to deep clean. The towels were shabby, old, yellowish... I asked other towels for clean, newer ones. The room is not so soundproof. So you can hear many things from the corridor and next door esp from the next door bathroom. Food is OK the staff are friendly n helpful.

• William (8/5): Everything is new and modern - Early checkin (09:45) with my prepaid hotels.com booking was problem free and pleasant. The room with double bed was very clean and modern, with the following amenities... - tiled floor, good lighting and window curtains - luggage rack, clothes drawers & hanging rack, security safe, small refrigerator - kettle, glasses, cups, coffee & tea, sugar & creamer - vanity, reading lights, fluffy pillows and firm sag-free bed - smallish flat-screen TV, silent split type air conditioner The shower room was a good size for two to share with rain-shower head, towel rack, soft bath towels and floor mat, basic amenities. The 8th floor room was quiet, pleasant and functional, with very fast free Internet. Room service was quick. However... The shower drain was so slow it took some care not to flood the bathroom floor. The towel rack was loose on the wall and the security safe didn't work (it was swapped-out in minutes). There was a nasty scuffing of the wall paint in one spot. English language channels were limited to two movie channels and Australia+. Not great if you are hungry for TV news. There is no alcohol, at all.
