• Darren (5/5): How hard is it to empty bins give clean towels and sweep floors like hello serviced apartment - Good location had everything I needed bed comfortable s I’ve been here for 3weeks coffee pods not replaced when used was a period from Thursday unit serviced then Friday Saturday Sunday Monday not touched floors never swept I’m more than happy to clean things my self but no broom or dustpan toilet never cleaned bed never changed shower leaked and dangerous to walk out of from water on floor towels taken away not replaced I spend 12hrs a day at rpa with my wife in icu and paying $1600 a week for a serviced apartment that’s not serviced properly not happy

• Kate (7/5): Good location for RPAH - Good location is accessing RPAH. Quiet despite being close to Parramatta road. Large living area and full kitchen Laundry door doesn’t close as washing machine pokes out. Bathroom is very small. Not enough towel rails or hooks.

Location is great and safety aspect is good. 3. Value for money is superb (i rented the whole 2-floor apartment unit). 4. Check-in and check-out is super easy. 5. Water runs well. 1. The A/C is not quick enough to cool down the room temperature (during day). It could have stronger air flow and it would be better if in the bedroom are installed fans or AC outlets for air circulation. 2. So many dust in the surface of certain areas such as top of fridge, top cabinet in the kitchen, 3. Floor in the first floor patio is VERY VERY DIRTY, i used around 30 sheets of wet tissue to clean the floor. 4. You should provide trash bag and trash bin in every floor. 5. Lighting in the shower box should be brighter. 6. Wifi is super slow.

• Christina (10/5): Nicest pet friendly apartment we've stayed at! - We loved the apartment! It was clean, spacious, easy to find and in a convenient location for the purpose of our stay. Our 6 month old kittens had a ball doing zoomies around the apartment. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was so good. We were also very pleased with the complimentary late check out and the receptionist was very informative through the whole booking process. The pillows were probably my only issue as they felt like my head was on top of a skyscraper and not at all comfortable. Apart from that there wasn't anything we didn't like about the apartment.

Die Unterkunft war in Punkto Sauberkeit eine Zumutung: -Verschmutzter Backofen mit Speckresten auf dem Rost - Künstlicher Fingernagel im Schlafzimmerregal über dem Bett - Staubschicht im Schrank - dicke Schmierschicht auf Griffen im Bad - Cremetuben unterm Bett - hinter den Verdunklungsrollos Spinnenweben. ... Die Rezeption hatte schon früh zu, so war eine Reklamation nicht möglich. Die Beanstandung wurde tagesdrauf entgegengenommen, mit der Bitte ein schriftliche Darstellung zu formulieren. Daraufhin kam das Übliche: Entschuldigung, wäre nicht üblich, blablabla....Davon gehe ich ja nun auch mal aus. Eine finanzielle Entschädigung kam natürlich nicht, wobei der Preis letztlich unverschämt hoch war. (Wir hatten vorab vergleichbare Unterkünfte)

• Kara (8/5): - We were looking for a long stay near USYD (with washing machine and 2BR) so this was a good choice. The apartment had everything we needed and busses to CBD and Central Train station are within a block. The AC output was in the living room so bedrooms became very stuffy with doors closed. The bathroom sink was tiny. The apartment is not “cleaned” during the stay but they say they will swap towels and empty trash every other day. The bed sheets were not soft.

• Juan Luis (10/5): Great and huge apartment in a bad location for shopping - A great apartment, bigger than we actually needed, very comfortable, clean, well attended and well communicared by public transportation. One single and deteriorated pan made difficult to cook in the apartment your own meal. Its location doesn't help to do shopping or go out for eating because there are noting around.

This created a bad impression At other time reception was good. We arrived around 3.30 I think. I think the streaming services could be better. And there could be more coffee capsules

The bedrooms were hot with no fans and the aircon did not reach the rooms. I sent a review to this hotel and received a reply, which was nice, but we were not compensated for our inconvenience.

• Susie (8/5): Spent two nights we were happy overall. - Plenty of space in the living area . very comfortable beds. They could definitely be more generous with basic tea coffee sugar and milk. After one person had one cup there was no black tea left . When will hotels stop putting winter doonas on beds in the middle of summer. So ridiculously hot ended up sleeping without cover.

At night, a constant noise of running water from the bathroom above made it difficult to fall asleep. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely weak, almost no signal throughout the stay.

• Vinay (6/5): Pleasant - We had a 2BR appartment. The rooms were spacious and good. The kitchen has everything we needed to make small meals. It was comfortable for us 2 adults and 2 kids Inspite of requesting the staff that we wanted to check in early by around 12 noon and we were also going to check out early by 6 am, the lady at the reception was very uncooperative. Our flight landed early morning and we reached the hotel by around 12 noon expecting our room to be ready. The hotel did not appear to be fully occupied. The lady at the reception kept saying she has to go and check the room before handing over. But she never went to check. She kept us waiting for 2 hours in the open in the cold while she sat comfortably in her office with heater. She pretended to be busy but it was clear she was not. She let us move into the room only at 2 pm and we found out that the room had been cleaned by 11.30 am itself. The lady just did not want to give us the room early. We were travelling with kids and after a 20 hour flight this attitude of the staff was very disappointing. Clearly they haven't been trained to keep customers happy. Horrible check in experience. If the room is ready pls try to help the customer and hand over the room. We did not experience this anywhere else during our australia trip. This was the only hotel which was the outlier. Staff to be blamed.
• Amelia (10/5): cozy, clean, easy, exactly what I needed - This is the second time I have stayed here and it’s always such a nice hidden gem, the location is great aswell as the room themselves Parking can be little tight, so I would recommend driving in a smaller car as the drive into the car park is very steep & has a small entrance
• MARK (6/5): Lack of service - Room itself was great size for our family and clean. Room maintenance basically non existent, requiring us to contact the reception to request room cleaning, or additional items that were not replaced. Noise of music from gym was bad each morning from 6am, not good after recovering post surgery. We had road frontage, so street lighting was a factor as there were no blinds in the living areas. When we complained about the room maintenance, we were told they don't do daily services, yet all emails before staying mentioned it would be done daily, with full service for stays over 5 days, we stayed 6. They call themselves serviced apartments.... told us they would do better next time if we booked directly with them rather than through hotels.com. i just did a price match on a second stay, it is cheaper to book through hotels.com. So, room is good, but dont expect them to clean much or replace much, they make you work for it.
