- Verified traveler (6/5): 色々と工夫されたアットホームな宿 - 部屋は広々としてゆったりできた。食事も十分な量で味も良かった。野菜ソムリエの女性が周ってきて説明をしてくれて、一層食材への関心が高まった。夕食前のウエルカムドリンクや無料バーラウンジなど、工夫されていて飽きずに過ごせた。 一方、気になったのは、廊下の声がかなり部屋の中にいても聞こえて夜中は少し気になったこと・貸切露天風呂の脱衣所が暖房が無くとても寒かったこと・駐車場が除雪されていなかったことなど。
- SHENGGUANG (10/5): 超棒的飯店，一定會再來！ - 從踏入飯店前就感受到飯店的不同 ， 大雪之中服務人員直接跑過來告訴我們該到哪裡停車除此之外這邊的晚餐也很特別 ，是使用當地的蔬菜所製成的刷刷鍋 ，好吃到不行，而且還有飲酒放題讓你可以無限暢飲酒類飲料，完全不加價 ，隔天早餐也不馬虎，特別的使用很厲害的蛋，及當地產的蔬菜，真的很好吃，更有露天大浴場可以使用，一望無際的高原真的很棒，我最直接感受到的是所有服務人員對於工作的熱情，每個工作人員表情都很棒，離開前工作人員還貼心的將每台車的擋風玻璃己全車進行除雪作業，我真的非常非常滿意這間飯店 如果有機會我絕對會再回來這間飯店另外從大陸廣西來的周小姐 也特別的感謝他對我們的服務

- M (6/5): - 員工熱情招待， 屋頂的露天風呂風景真好 ，酒店內有其他免費項目，如下午5:00-5:30有山菜試吃， 飯後7:00-8:00有免費甜品 ，晚上8:00-19:00酒吧有免費飲料供應 ，但酒店網頁都沒有介紹， 如果一早知道，會預時間享受服務，最尾因為太晚入住，一項都沒有試。 房間內比較多塵，清潔度不足，晚餐味道一般，但整體來說性價比還是高的。
- Verified traveler (10/5): おもてなしがお値段以上のホテル - お値段以上のサービスばかりで本当に驚きました。 貸切温泉は目の前に広がる景色が本当に綺麗でした。夕方入ったときは夕日、朝入ったときは朝日が目の前に楽しめました。夕食や朝ごはんは地元で取れた珍しいお野菜と共に美味しくいただきました。それ以外にも、夜食のサービスや、夕食後のデザートタイム、バーのアルコールの飲み放題など、ホテルの中でのサービスが本当に充実していました。是非、また足を運びたいと思います。
