- John (7/5): Good enough. - The convenient location near the train station. The inner spring mattress, very comfortable. The shower: hot and good water pressure. Dormitories are in the annexe which backs on to the train tracks, and the trains can be noisy.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Quiet room no traffic noise! Maybe one small improvement: a dark curtain instead of a light one. Check out until 12 am is great.
- Saaban (8/5): Mess Inn Semarang of Jalan Iman Bonjol. - The hotel was located in central of Semarang town and near by railway station . Very convenient to get transport and a lot of nearby malls and banks.
- Fuji (8/5): Hotel seperti mess, hrg oke, hanya Ac kurang dingg - Hotel seperti mess.. Cocok buat sales, hrg bersahabat. Hanya Ac kurang dinggin
- Jan (6/5): Not the Best Option - The hotel is in an alley rather than on a street, and finding it was made all the more difficult because 1) it goes under a new name and 2) neither old or new name is on the building. Service was indifferent at best. The room was adequate.
