• GIOVANNI (9/5): Terme suggestive in uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia - Ottime le terme, oltre ad essere molto belle sono anche gestite bene per non creare affollamento e fare quindi in modo che si possa utilizzare ogni locale in pace. La colazione fantastica con moltissima scelta. Il personale è molto disponibile. Una delle camere aveva il riscaldamento molto rumoroso e quindi non si dormiva molto bene.
• Valeria (9/5): - Torniamo spesso qui perché si sta benissimo. Staff ottimo, piscina termale esterna sempre piacevole senza essere mai affollata. Camera di grandi dimensioni per ospitare sia noi che il nostro cane di taglia media. Incredibilmente ci hanno fatto trovare un kit di benvenuto per il cane (biscottini, sacchettini igienici, una ciotolina da viaggio e una traversina). Proprio perché avevamo il cane la camera era situata in una zona non di passaggio e defilata per garantire la massima tranquillità al cane in stanza. Colazione e cena molto buoni, prodotti di qualità e servizio al banco davvero gentile.

• Stefano (1/5): Non ho soggiornato perché ho preferito andarmene anche se era tutto pagato - Niente Struttura obsoleta anni 60-70, corridoi che portano alle camere stretti e poco illuminati, camere piccole ( avevo prenotato una superior). Abbiamo chiesto se qualcuno poteva aiutarci con le valigie e ci è stato risposto che potevamo utilizzare un carrello presente in reception ma occuparcene noi. Il tutto a 232 euro + 6 di posteggio.

Non avendo usufruito dei servizi di ristorazione non posso esprimere un giudizio su questi. Nel corso degli anni posso affermare che è sempre un piacere soggiornarvi. P.S. La vigilanza presso la piscina esterna è stata più curata e questo ha dato un valore aggiunto a tutto.

• Lis (10/5): Skønt ophold i Bagno di Romagna - Hotel Santa Agnese er et fantastisk sted - historien rammer nutiden i et væld af detaljer: spa, vand, arkitektur, sødt personale - al sammen i et gammelt kloster, nænsomt restaureret Perfekt ramme for eksempel for et ophold på den lokale sprogskole kaldet Malvisi - kombinationen af spa-ophold og sprogskole kan varmt anbefales Vi kommer igen!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la piscina termale esterna non è molto grande ma ha molti gatti che hanno una buona pressione, in diverse parti del corpo. Ottima anche la possibilità di bere alla fonte termale. Sicuramente ritorneremo. La colazione ha poche opzioni per un hotel quattro stelle, un poco risicata. La struttura è accogliente. La Spa una buona opzione per passare qualche ora.

• Tanja (8/5): Quite generic SPA - hotel with a good location. - The location is very central, at the main street. The room was clean and spacious. If the air-con is not on all the time, the bathroom smells terrible. The smell gets to the room if the bathroom door is left open even a little bit. The personnel was not genuinely friendly. It was hard to get one smile or kind words from them. This with one exeption: the cleaning lady in charge of my corridor was a ray of sunshine and so lovely even without having a shared language.
• Chris (1/5): Thank goodness I paid for a "superior" room. I can't imagine how bad a lesser room would have been. - For our one night stay there was nothing to like about this hotel. The hotel parking and then the hotel itself were difficult to find. I finally stumbled upon a secured, grassy car park in a narrow back street with a sign stating that it was parking for the hotel, but with no visible means of entry. I spent some time unsuccessfully attempting to 'phone the hotel, but was unable to speak to a human being. My wife set out on foot to find the hotel, the entrance to which is on a pedestrianised street. The receptionist told her that we were not at the hotel's car park. When my wife returned I went to the hotel. The receptionist finally printed for me a QR code for entry into the car park. When we finally got around to checking in I was somewhat rudely told that we would have to pay for breakfast since we had reserved through Booking; as if that were a crime. All of this took place in Italian since the receptionist seemed to be monolingual. There was no offer to assist us with carrying bags to the room. The room itself, while being of adequate size was completely characterless, lacking any wall decoration. The air conditioning did not work and it was on the first floor next to the main road. At least opening the rather lovely windows afforded us a comfortable breeze. When we finally laid our heads to rest we found the mattresses (two beds pushed together) were lumpy and uncomfortable. Nevertheless we managed some sleep before being awoken by shouty workers delivering things to the hotel service door situated directly beneath our room. We had a good breakfast at a café in the nearby main square. On returning to the room we discovered that in addition to being directly above the service entrance we were also directly above the vent of the hotel's septic tank, which had clearly been experiencing some vigorous early morning activity. In more than 50 years of travelling the world on business and for pleasure, this must rank as one of the worst three hotels I have encountered on the planet.

Check in rapido, locali comuni bene organizzati, due piscine con acqua termale a 45 gradi, una interna e l'altra (più grande) esterna ma coperta, entrambe con piacevoli getti, percorso kneipp, acqua termale potabile disponibile gratuitamente da una fontanella. Stanza confortevole e bene arredata, silenziosa e con buon bagno. L'albergo ha molte stanze su due piani. Colazione buona.
