- JP (3/5): Fun time, just cold and dirty - it’s what you could expect from an Oktoberfest camping experience. Atmosphere was so fun, staff were amazing and easy to get to Oktoberfest. Tents were so smelly, and damp and hardly clean from people before.. it’s what you can fully expect from a cheap Oktoberfest camping experience.

- Zuriñe (3/5): Good camping, terrible service from organization. - The installations were quite good, many showers and toilets, and tents were not that bad. Location is ok, just in front of a bus stop that connects you with the city. Since the beginning, everything was a chaos. The booking process was terrible: we booked the tent with a clear "futon and breakfast included" on the booking proof but we received a message from the camping saying our reservation was basic and we needed to upgrade to have all of that. After discussing a lot, we accepted to pay the upgrade; futon for sleeping, breakfast included and free drinks. Well, expect to be paying lots of extra in the moment too. Free drinks, yes, but until 23pm. The rest of the party is paying. Breakfast included, yes; a cold "instant" coffee and bread with a bit of (really a bit) of scrambled eggs and bacon. The "secured" zone for luggage storage, lacks of surveillance: I literally went in and out several times without any control, meaning I could take all the stuff I wanted if I had wanted to. If you want hot water for showering, need to pay too. You will need to buy a cup in order to take your free drinks too. As said in the beginning, paying extras all the time and a poor organisation and service from the staff. Summarizing, the camping in itself is good, but things should be much clearer when booking.
- Cipriani (6/5): Buona atmosfera , lontano dal centro -
- Joseph (10/5): Fun activities great staff and close to Oktoberfest I love this place - People were great, and amazing environment

- Aoife (10/5): Best time with the best crowd - The staff!! Great help and fun The weather, but what can you do. The open bar helped with that
- Torrent (10/5): Joy, fun and celebration - Brunch every morning and an international crowd, so fun
- Sasha (7/5): Good -
- Xander (7/5): Good -
- Emily (7/5): Good -
- Scarlett (1/5): Awful. Cold, unsanitary and loud. A waste of money - Nothing It was cold. The bathrooms were disgusting, the women’s bathroom had use pads and tampons lying around because there were no bins. The booking page said tents were separated from the stage, this was not true. It was really loud. The mats of the tents didn’t help at all and the ground was so hard to sleep on. It was cold, unsanitary and loud. Do not recommend
- Noronha (6/5): Pleasant -
- Klaudia (4/5): Atmosphere great, camp facilities not so much - The environment and atmosphere, quite clean for a campsite Paid for unlimited drinks (soft, hot, alcoholic drinks) however only two alcoholic beverages were actually offered. Sleeping pads and bags were mouldy and dirty
- Araceli (6/5): It was ok but could have been better - I like the atmosphere Very muddy no privacy
- Rudi (2/5): Very poor - Easy to reach using public transport Terrible toilets and showers. With the amount of people on site it was not being cleaned nearly often enough. Ended up using public restrooms at train stations as they were always clean.

- Nicholas (1/5): Bad - Tents were tiny. Our “mattress pad” was cold and wet. They wanted us to fit two people in a tent that was probably 3x7x4. Immediately booked a hotel after seeing what they expected us to sleep in.
- Roshan (4/5): Disappointing -
- Patrick (2/5): - Dear Hotels.com,
I am writing to complain about our recent stay with you, where we had booked a 'superior tent' in a tipi shape with futons.
Unfortunately, we were assigned a different type of tent that did not meet our expectations.
The tent we received was not only different, but the mattresses were sleeping pads that could not be compared to the futons we had paid for. Additionally, the sleeping pads were extremely dirty, as clearly shown in the attached photo.
This has created a very unsatisfactory experience for us, which we did not expect from a hotel chain like yours. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and provide some form of compensation for the experience we had.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,
Patrick
- Sam (1/5): Awful -
- Nazemi (1/5): Bad - Not good for stay , dirty no refund Refund my money
- Daniela (5/5): Passable -
- Dmitrijs (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jonas (1/5): Bad - The tent and sleepping bags was wet - the breakfast was NOT What er expexted - we found a hair in the eggomelet. Maybe a little refund would make the rating better.
- Philippe (2/5): - The mattress was not confortable at all and the sleeping bag was not clean.
Put music too strong at 08h00 the morning can't let me sleep.
Paid 213€ for 3 nights, you've could make real coffee and not instant coffee.
Not a good experience sorry
- Courtney (8/5): Exactly what I paid for, in a good way. - Breakfast was good. Bathrooms were clean. I liked the scene at the camp, it was what you paid for! Very good and caring staff. Campsites were very very cold, needed more blankets or warmth. Not much food available.
- Livingston (10/5): Exceptional - Stoketoberfest has been one of the most fun things I've ever done! Stoke provided the most fun and inclusive international environment to party my heart out... as a solo female traveler, they had a free ladies island upgrade that I was able to take advantage of so I could just camp in the all-women's area for added comfortability since this was my first time traveling solo! The food was much better than I had hoped and I really appreciated that they had free luggage storage and free extra sleeping bags upon request... the staff really made this experience, they care so much and work so hard to make sure you've squeezing every last drop outta the experience! Whatta group of absolute legends! It's SO cold at night, it's totally on me for not having packed better! I think I would've froze to death if Stoke didn't offer me free extra sleeping bags... so be sure to bring ALL the extra layers, you'll 100% need them!
- Nathaniel (10/5): - I had such a blast here, there were so many fun people. The staff were incredible, Coco was especially helpful when I lost my phone going above and beyond to help me find it. It did get a little chilly but who can control the weather, the beer halls and the awesome campsite more than made up for it.
- Aoife (10/5): More than just accommodation, it was an experience! Better than the beer halls - Best value accomm. ever – add-ons are so convenient, bar is so cheap, vibes of the campsite was electric, breakfast was the perfect start to the day, and best of all was the social scene – left with so many more friends!! Bro wish I could do this year-round, not just over Oktoberfest!
- Mary (8/5): Very good -
- Robert (6/5): Pleasant -
- Srikanth (6/5): Nice camping site to stay with friends, but the facilities really suck - The Vibe was good, evening hangout at the camp site Need more toilets at camping site. Someone should actually clean them, no one really attends them.
Getting ready at camp site was a Horrible experience.
Breakfast for vegetarians/Vegans is just BS
- Cleiber (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice, friendly
- Michelle (7/5): great time - staff were brilliant it had everything needed toilets n showers staff did there best to keep clean but just too many people but I knew what I was getting so it was great for the weekend
- Howard (10/5): A really good time! - The party atmosphere, the beer and sangria are free-flowing, the music is amazing, security was approachable and created a safe environment without killing the fun! It was wet and cold! The tents were a bit small, but kept me dry! It's basic camping, a sleeping mat and sleeping bag, I made sure to bring extra warm clothes - Munich in September!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Terribly long wait to check in - It took almost 4 hours standing in line to check in.
Other than that it was ok.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The weather was shitty but the people were great there was a good vibe and oktoberfest was awesome, my friends and I are going to book for next year.
- Douglas A (8/5): Fine - It was okay. Just a normal camping. Just think was too expensive. And you had to pay for a bath and internet
- Margaret (10/5): Oktoberfest Stay 2018 - GREAT atmosphere!! I've never met a staff who genuinely liked where they worked. Everyone was friendly, strangers became family. There was a mix up with payment but luckily Hotels.com helped fix the problem post stay. Would book again!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - This was not what we expected. Don’t get me wrong, the facility was nice, the worker did a good job and loved what they were doing. However based on the description we thought it was be a nice camping experience. We must not have looked into it enough because it was a complete binge drinking nightmare. If you are a quite couple this is not your place. It was very much sex fueled. Based on the description on cheaptckets it was just a fun campground.
- Chris (10/5): Epic Stoke campsite - Had a very pleasant stay here. The staff are really friendly and a lot of fun! The international crowd really adds something extra to your stay as you meet people from all over the place. The campsite parties were epic and on some days even better and more fun than the actual festival. If you are looking for a good time and not aim to spend too much money, going with Stoke is definitely the way to go!!
- Cara (4/5): - It's camping for Oktoberfest. Overall it was OK, could have been better food. Probably better off in a hostel - so book early and get something nicer!
- ronald (2/5): Smerig en armoedig - mega kleine tent met lekke luchtbedden en flinterdunne smerige slaapzakken. Sanitaire gebouwen en toiletten worden niet of nauwelijks schoon gehouden
