Breakfast is provided. We have bar, lunch and dinner options for guests. Located on the first floor of the Hotel.

- Yamila (9/5): Hotel boutique con una ubicación extraordinaria. - La ubicación es soñada, literalmente sobre el mar. La habitación, cama y baño son muy cómodos y con una vista inmejorable. La única sugerencia que haría sería que, tal vez, sería bueno que el huésped tuviera la opción de tomar el desayuno en el salón del bar o en la habitación. Ofrecen un desayuno buffet muy completo, variado y rico, pero sólo se tiene la opción de recibirlo en la habitación y, en mi opinión, hubiera preferido poder elegir. La escalera caracol de acceso a la habitación. Nosotros fuimos en auto, por lo que no fue para nada un inconveniente, pero es bueno destacar que está bastante alejado del centro de Viña y/o Reñaca.

- Claudia (7/5): - het uitzicht was fantastisch. De kamer was gezellig en modern. Het feit dat het ontbijt naar de kamer werd gebracht. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Het zwembad was zeer aangenaam. Je kon alles horen van de hal omdat de deur van de kamer onvoldoende geïsoleerd was. Het eten van het restaurant viel tegen, het was bevroren. (pizza, vis, ...) Een keertje een vervallen yogurt gekregen. Dit werd natuurlijk gewisseld, maar ik vraag me af of er degelijk wordt nagekeken. de badkamer was gekuisd maar er kwam een slechte geur van de afvoer op de grond. Dit was niet aangenaam. Je mocht geen drank of eten meenemen naar het terras van het zwembad.

El estacionamiento es seguro y la ubicación es buena! Está muy cercano a varios restaurantes, etc. Las almohadas tenían las fundas sucias y la terraza de la habitación tenía una mesita y sillas que estaban llenas de polvo, tuvimos que pedir un paño para poder limpiar. El baño no estaba muy limpio. La comida del restaurante es muy mala y mal servido considerando los precios que son bastante elevados, no lo recomiendo para nada.

El tamaño de la habitación es muy adecuado y el desayuno servido allí mismo es un placer, muy completo con huevos, palta, fruta, jugo, yogurt, cafe o te además llega muy puntual a la hora solicitada. Gran detalle de recibirte con una copa de espumante de bienvenida, se agradece! Volveríamos felices!

- Lucas (9/5): Exelent séjour - Cadre absolument magnifique, digne des plus grand hôtel de la côte d'azur. Personnel super sympathique (comme toujours au Chili) et très professionnel. Restaubar de très bonne qualité, un super plus pour le volcan au chocolat 😋. L'insonorisation des chambres entre elles.

- martha (9/5): Bueno! - Sin duda la vista al mar y su sonido fue relajante para dormir. La atención del personal Excelente. El Bar lo cerraron a las 8:30pm y en la información que me enviaron al wp dice hasta las 9pm.

- mario (7/5): Bien - El lugar está muy bien con muy linda vista al mar Instalaciónes con poco mantenimiento y en particular mi habitación teníamos que subir una escalera al primer piso y otra de caracol ( horrible la verdad )

La habitación que nos tocó era espaciosa, limpia y tenía buena iluminación. Nos vamos muy contentas, volveríamos sin dudas Esto no tiene que ver con el hotel en sí, pero si no venís en auto no es tan cómodo. Además, si venís desde viña si o si tenes que ir hasta la Reñaca para dar el retorno, ya que el hotel se encuentra sobre una avenida al borde del mar. No hay comercios cerca, por esto al menos para mi es necesario venir en vehículo

- Milan (4/5): Takže absolutně nedoporučuju ! - Absolutně zvuk netlumící skla v oknech ! Hotel stojí u velmi frekventované cesty. Pokud dostanete pokoj směrem k hlavní cestě, je to peklo, celou noc jedno auto za druhým. Pokoje směrem k moři jsou vystaveny obrovskému burácení vln, které se tříští o přilehlé skály. Takže asi špatná volba nocleh zde. Protože jsme měli zaplacenou snídani, požádali jsme na recepci, že bychom potřebovali odjet už v 5 hodin ráno a jestli by bylo možné zabalit s sebou nějaký snídaňový balíček. Bylo nám řečeno, že to není problém. Jaké však rozčarování příšlo v 5 ráno, když nám recepční řekl, že o ničem neví....
