A few km away from the city but still in the most beautiful area of Genova. Right next to the famous spiagia di Boccadasse. Franscesca was very welcoming and understanding even though I blocked her safe ;). Breakfast was more than excepted, 5 star. Next time I pass by Genova this will be my choice.. Everything was perfect. That I only stayed one night

Il soggiorno è andato ben oltre le mie aspettative .Camera favolosa ed arredata con gran gusto , colazione eccellente e preparata al momento dalla host Francesca , parcheggio in prossimità della struttura , autobus per il centro sotto casa ! La chambre est parfaitement située, à deux pas du charmant quartier de Boccadasse et d'une magnifique piste cyclable le long de la mer, idéale pour se promener et pour rejoindre le centre de la ville. Francesca est une hôte exceptionnelle : très accueillante, attentionnée et toujours de bon conseil. Grâce à elle, nous avons eu la chance de faire une visite guidée de Gênes en français pendant deux heures avec Christina, une expérience passionnante qui nous a permis de découvrir la ville autrement. Le petit-déjeuner était enfin extraordinaire, copieux et délicieux. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour et recommandons cet endroit sans la moindre hésitation. Merci encore à Francesca pour son accueil !

Francesca ist eine sehr liebenswerte Gastgeberin, konnte gut Informationen geben. Das Frühstück war Ausgezeichnet , riesen Auswahl. Ich kann den Aufenthalt nur weiter empfehlen.

Molto scomodo. (Camera suite) La mattina seguente avevo la necessità di lasciare la stanza presto e la colazione è stata appena sufficiente. Yogurt nel barattolo, succo nel bricchetto. Mancava miele e cioccolata. Corda dello sciacquone non sempre ha funzionato correttamente . Le foto descrittive non sono pienamente veritiere.

• Carlotta (10/5): Lo consiglio e non vedo l’ora di ritornare. - Una struttura accogliente ed elegante che rispecchia pienamente l’animo e i modi della proprietaria. C’è gusto, attenzione e cura in ogni circostanza, in tutti gli spazi. Situato in una zona incantevole, a due passi dal mare e con tutto quello che può servire a portata di mano. La camera è spaziosa, luminosa con un fascino autentico. La colazione una vera coccola, con prodotti variegati, freschi e di qualità. Grazie di tutto.

La proprietaria gentilissima: dovendo purtroppo lasciare la struttura al mattino presto mi ha allestito la colazione con grande dovizia di prodotti ( buonissimi). Le istruzioni per accedere sono state chiare e molto dettagliate! Complimenti!!
• Natasha (6/5): Comfortabele kamer in een rustige omgeving, ver van de drukte van de stad. - Locatie was heel goed! Niet in het centrum dus waar het kalmer was. Heeft deugd gedaan. Het bed was ook comfortabel en groot, niets op te zeggen. Ook het ontbijt viel mee ook al was er niet zo veel keuze Check-in is vrij ingewikkeld. Je moet eerst de sleutels gaan halen boven in de kamer vooraleer je kan parkeren. In de buurt van de ingang is het ook moeilijk parkeren dus je kan zelfs niet je bagage afzetten enz en alles zelf dragen van de parking tot de kamer...En het toilet werkte niet zo goed. Elke keer dat je wou spoelen bleef het vast zitten en het is vrij hoog geinstalleerd dus telkens lastig om het weer goed te krijgen...Ze zouden een loodgieter moeten laten komen om dit op te lossen want is niet normaal en vrij lastig. Vooral al je 's nachts opstaat om de wc te gebruiken....

• francesca (10/5): - La camera era un piccolo angolo di quiete, curata in ogni dettaglio. L’atmosfera accogliente si percepiva appena entrata: colori caldi, profumo di pulito e una luce naturale che filtrava dolcemente dalle tende leggere. Il letto, comodo e perfettamente preparato, invitava al riposo. Ogni elemento , dal mobilio in legno alle decorazioni discrete, trasmetteva un senso di armonia e attenzione. Anche il bagno era impeccabile, moderno e funzionale, con biancheria fresca e profumata. Ma ciò che ha reso il soggiorno davvero speciale è stata la sensazione di essere come a casa: silenzio, tranquillità e la gentilezza sincera dell Sig.ra Francesca. Un luogo dove si stacca davvero la spina e ci si sente accolti.

• Louis (8/5): Bon endroit pour un séjour à Gênes - Bien situé pour visiter Gênes en bus, quartier sécuritaire et intéressant pour se promener en bord de mer, intérieur de l’édifice où se trouve le B&B beau et propre, grande chambre calme (mais il faut fermer les fenêtres pour dormir car on entend le bruit de la rue), supports à valises et grand banc au pied du lit très appréciés, salle de bain grande et propre avec serviettes de qualité, parking sécurisé à pied à proximité (15 euros par jour), petit-déjeuner varié avec produits frais, gentillesse de la propriétaire. Nous avons été déçus sur 2 points : ce n’est pas vraiment un B&B car la propriétaire n’est pas sur place pour nous accueillir à l’arrivée. Il faut aller chercher les clés pour entrer et celles du parking nous-mêmes et il y a une longue liste d’instructions à lire pour cela et pour autres choses. En ce sens, c’est plutôt un Airbnb, mais avec petit-déjeuner, alors qu’on voudrait être accueillis à l’arrivée, comme dans un vrai B&B. De plus, la chambre réservée n’a aucune vue sur la mer alors que c’est écrit que c’est le cas dans la description sur Booking. Il y a de grands arbres qui cachent la vue devant la fenêtre.

• Eva (10/5): Ein Juwel in einer wunderbaren Stadt - Eine ganz zauberhafte Unterkunft, herrlich eingerichtet mit persönlicher Note. Man hat sich ganz zu Hause gefühlt. Der gemütliche Balkon mit liebevoller Bepflanzung hat das ganze perfekt gemacht. Es gibt ein paar Häuser weiter einen Parkplatz, den man mieten kann, das würde ich unbedingt empfehlen. Die Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke und man ist in 15 Minuten in der Altstadt. Francesca ist eine humorvolle und sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Das Frühstück - von ihr individuell und sehr stilvoll hergerichtet - war eine Augenweide und einfach nur lecker! Persönliche Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Was will man mehr? Wir waren rundum begeistert und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! :) Da gibt es nicht viel, es sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Die Temperatur in der Dusche lässt sich kaum einstellen. Es war entweder zu kalt oder zu heiß. Der kleine Kühlschrank ist gut befüllt und eigentlich eine gute Idee. Leider kühlt er aber überhaupt nicht, die Getränke haben Zimmertemperatur. Außerdem wird der Kühlschrank außen sehr warm, so dass er eigentlich noch das Zimmer heizt ;)

• Maria Salomé (10/5): Il miglior B&B di Genova! - Questa è la seconda volta che ho avuto modo di soggiornare con Francesca, la casa è una delizia vicino a Boccadasse e ai migliori Lidi di Genova. È molto ben collegata con le linee di autobus e si può raggiungere a piedi il valico di Marittimo. La camera è ottima e la colazione è degna di un hotel. Ogni volta che posso vengo qui. Francesca e Anaya come sempre gentilissime. Non c'è nulla che non mi piaccia, ogni volta che vengo a Genova, resto qui!

• EmmaChaps (10/5): Une jolie expérience dans ce B&B - Idéalement situé près du petit quartier de pêcheurs de Boccadasse, ce B&B est très beau et très bien entretenu ! Il est dans un immeuble au 3eme étage avec un ascenseur atypique d'époque. Les consignes données via WhatsApp pour arriver et rentrer dans le logement sont très claires. Possibilité de se garer dans la rue sans souci (stationnement payant bleu), sinon parking privé à disposition pour 15€. La chambre est très belle : climatisation, grandes fenêtres, très beau mobilier, petit balcon, au calme, peignoirs de bain, grand lit, bref beau logement. Le petit-déjeuner est très agréable également dans une jolie petite salle et bien préparé ! Salé et sucré, fruits frais et personnel très sympathique ! Je recommande pour un séjour sur Gênes dans un joli petit quartier près de la plage ! Rien

Bei Bedarf gibt es sogar einen abgeschlossenen Parkplatz, was sehr selten in der Gegend ist. Gibt nur zwei Zimmer, persönlicher und angenehmer kann man kaum in einer fremden Stadt wohnen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! -

Fransesca is a wonderful host working hard to give her guests the best experience. I have never had breakfasts like the ones she makes. The Chinese restaurant across from the building was too notch! Do not miss that! We loved our stay!
• Gloria (10/5): I wish we had the chance to stay longer - We had the two-room unit. Last year we had the one room unit. They are located in what would have been a family apartment. Both units are well appointed and lovely. The single room has an outdoor balcony with a view and a nicer bathroom. The bathroom in the two-room unit is up a steep step and there should be a handrail by the step. We kept the light on in case we needed to use it at night. There is also a second smaller room with a chaise lounge, table and closet. There was a beautiful breakfast room but unfortunately, because of a 6:00 AM flight, we were unable to enjoy it. The rooms are located in a very elegant apartment building and the elevator opens right in front of the apartment door. It is a residential area, so not much around, but it is just a few blocks from the sea. Francesca, the owner, arranged an early morning taxi to the airport for us. I would recommend B&B Albero This year we did not meet Francesca. It was fortunate that a man cleaning the front of the building let us into the lobby and the housekeepers were just leaving when we arrived to let us in. We did communicate with Francesca by text and phone. For those with heavy luggage, there is a small flight of steps from the front door to the main floor with the elevator. My fault for buying clothes, etc. that made my bag heavier.

Best breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel. Good location, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants The shower is not good. The host wasn’t too friendly :(
