Guest Reviews
- Stephen (9/5): Perfect overnight stop on long journey - Excellent No problems whatsoever
- Graham (10/5): - Really quiet and peaceful stay. Staff were exceptional from reception to catering and cleaning/ground staff.all went extremely as expected. Above and beyond. Not applicable
- bhumi (6/5): - พนักงานต้อนรับไม่ค่อยเป็นมิตร
- Stephen (9/5): Surprisingly nice hotel in a relatively remote area. - This is a large, surprisingly nice, 4-star hotel in an area that does not see a lot of tourists. The room was good sized and stylish, with a nice pond in the middle of the property. The food and drink were good. We were happy with our one-night experience, and we found the Khmer temple ruins in the area quite interesting. We had a car, but otherwise it would be quite difficult to access this hotel.

- Christoph (8/5): I love bar - Hotel nice but only one thing don't like swimming pool not so clean to much Clean swimming pool please

- Ralf (10/5): - Wunderschön Hotel Anlage, etwas außerhalb der Stadt, direkt neben einem Supermarkt Lotus Stronger visited hotel, is well visited/booked.
- Simon (6/5): Disappointed that standards have slipped. - My wife and I have been staying at this hotel for ten years, and we were married here. The hotel really is a hidden gem, not what you would expect to find in town of this size. The staff and building are amazing. The lighting in the bathroom and generally in the room itself is far too dark. My wife found it very difficult to do her makeup etc
The breakfast buffet was very poor, none of the bain Marie’s had their oil burners lit, so everything was stone cold, even at 08:00.
- Wynand (10/5): Great upmarket stay! - Comfortable, clean room and beautiful scenery. None specific.
Alles wunderbar.
- Eric (7/5): Alles in allem gut - OK, Die Lage
- Jason (10/5): Amazing - Everyone and everything just perfect for us both thank you Nothing
- Timothy (9/5): Superb -
- Saeed (1/5): I hope they can rectify these issues - The room was very limited with furniture, bed was squeeky, pillows were uncomfortable , no sound insulation, tv channels were very limited, mosquitoes everywhere. It was a disturbing experience thankfully it was short
- Paul (8/5): Very good -
- Ashkan (8/5): Very good -
- Thomas (7/5): Good -
- Sasima (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brad (10/5): Will definitely come back and stay there - Very clean and tidy
- Akram (5/5): We requested the hotel to book a taxi for us to be collected from the airport. The hotel charged us - Room was infested with cobwebs especially in the wood panelling over the bed and mosquitos were plentiful .
Room lighting as extremely poor with room pretty dark and depressing. Furniture was outdated. The hotel was practically empty and the breakfast offered was of very low standard with limited choice and ants floating in the jam.
This is not a 5 star hotel.
- Jeff (9/5): Longer next time, because I didn't get the full experience. - Location was great, staff were really nice and helpful, plenty of parking, rooms were great and comfortable, can't comment on the other facilities like pool and food because we didn’t use them, but I suspect good. When you have to think real hard to come up with something you didn’t like, and can't. Means it's good.
- Caroline (8/5): Very good - For a main road hotel it was very peaceful as all the rooms overlooked a large pond.
Large clean room with balcony overlooking pond.
Lotus next door with very good nail bar.
Location good for visiting historic parks. 25mins in car. Pool area although attractive needed new parasols and the sun lounger beds cleaning. Pool needed clearing of leaves on a more regular basis.
- Chris (7/5): Passing through buriram - Looks very typical thai hotel rather than a modern concrete one. Good location for ancient sites. Pool looked a little unloved, leaves everywhere with loungers looking like they were ready for renewal.
Finding food was not easy - we ended up eating in the hotel Japanese restaurant which was OK.
- Louise (9/5): Superb - Excellent bed and pillow comfort. Breakfast served in our room was a treat as we could stay in the robes and slippers that were supplied .
Staff was friendly and helpful Pool location was not in the sun
- Kanitta (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steve (8/5): Very good -
- Agnes (10/5): Excellent stay in very comfortable hotel - The room was large and really nice with a beautiful balcony looking over the pond filled with waterlilies. Good comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. I can’t imagine anyone not being comfortable here. We booked an extra night because we were enjoying the place so much after having traveled around a lot. Breakfast was very good although only some western dishes. Thai dishes were excellent. We had dinner in the restaurant twice. First time we had the duck in red curry and the phanang curry with duck. We shared both, they were absolutely delicious, among the best we had in Thailand. We didn’t understand why not more people were having dinner here. Prices were absolutely not exaggerated. Second time the food was as excellent as the first time but just not warm enough.
We visited khmer temple Phanom Rung which was really beautiful.
So overall we highly recommend this hotel! The hotel urgently needs a good coffeemachine to make capuccino’s at breakfast. Now there was only a large pot of filter coffee that tasts terrible after half an hour. The pool is a bit far from the rooms and rather shady. Could do with some maintenance. Although this didn’t disturb us at all. We gladly used it.
- Robert (8/5): Very good -
- Puyati (10/5): Exceptional - 👍 great
- William (8/5): Stay here, but do not here! - Lovely setting within the bounds of the hotel - the lake is peaceful and the swimming pool is a lovely relief from the heat! The rooms looking over the lake are very comfortable and nicely designed. Small point, but we enjoyed being able to connect the iPad to the TV. The restaurant food is over priced and disappointing - walk around to the public park behind for a better meal.
- Somchai (9/5): Superb -
- Dean (6/5): Such potential but lack of staff means everything falls down - Lovely hotel but clearly very understaffed
Also the Japanese restaurant was closed which we didn’t know about beforehand
Can’t even order a decent coffee at breakfast as machine was broken for two days
Expensive and very very very slow food , 1.5 hours from order
Other than that a beautiful hotel, however beauty is only skin deep Almost no staff
- Darren (8/5): A lively comfortable hotel with a great restaurant - Very well laid out I think for the price breakfast could have been included
- Peter (9/5): Best hotel in town, close to the major Khmer period temples - Very nicely designed. A very comfortable bed
Breakfast was excellent. Good Japanese restaurant & a cafe No warm water in the shower on 2 different days
- Patrick (8/5): Very good -
- Firman (9/5): Superb -
- Jarmo (9/5): Superb -
- Michael (10/5): Very good - Very good hotel Nothing
- Jiraphat (10/5): Exceptional -

- Antony (10/5): Awesome hotel and an amazingly low price. Highly recommend - Excellent hotel with great service at a very inexpensive price. Highly recommend this lovely property if your travels take you Buri Ram.
- Puyati (10/5): Exceptional - Service and food No
- Valeriya (9/5): all the best and prosperity to all🙌🏼 - convenient location, check-in, parking, bed linen and delicious breakfast noisy air conditioner) but we were so tired from the road that it was not a problem
- นันทนาภรณ์ (9/5): Superb -
- Thomas (8/5): Very good -
- Michael (8/5): Very good - Breakfast service and waitress was outstanding - a lovely, smart lady . Good standart breakfast Reception was not brilliant - we had to carry our luggage ourselves (which is ok) but as one receptionist went with us top the room she should have asked at least if she could help - she did not.
- Peter (6/5): Blah blah nice pool… great sushi next door - Pool was nice I didnt really feel welcome this time when i came…before i stayed and had an amazing time……
- Yvan (3/5): Poor -
- Puyati (10/5): Exceptional -
- Saeb (9/5): Superb -
- Alan (10/5): Great hotel great rooms - Great hotel super comfortable and good location The breakfast or food wasn’t the best ..
- Ben (10/5): Excellent place - Magical place, good service and amazing breakfast
- Andrew (8/5): Very good - Beautiful place, friendly staff , one of the most lovely hotels I've stayed in Thailand. The buffet breakfast was terrible, the set breakfasts were brilliant such a shame that was the only bad thing about our stay.
- Richard (8/5): Very good - General location and amenities at the hotel great. Very easy to find just off the main road but also because of how the hotel is laid out nice, quiet peacefull. Made for a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Service in the restaurants could be quite slow.
- Surachai (5/5): Passable -
- Chotiros (8/5): Very good -
- Yofre (10/5): Buriram is not a touristic destination but this hotel makes it seem as if you are in one. - The Spa is one-of-a-kind, they really know their stuff, super polite staff and a very professional job. that i couldn't take a paddle boat in the beautiful pond :-)
- Ronzitti (7/5): Good -
- Rujikun (10/5): comfort and cozy - Clean and beautiful place with great breakfast. nothing.
- Naing (6/5): Pleasant -
- Philipp (9/5): Relaxing Haven in Buriram - Nice Hotel with a laid back atmosphere. Very nice pool.
- Martin (10/5): Exceptional - Staff are amazing and the spa services are incredible! Location a bit far from the main town.
- Darbid (8/5): Very nice hotel except room wifi stopped working - Everything was great except the wifi in our room stopped working on the 4th day and so we had no internet access for the final 3 days of our stay. The wifi in our room stopped working for the last 3 days of our stay.
- Graham (8/5): Convenient. Only meant to be short stay to attend a family funeral. Everything was very good. - Convenient to where needed to go for funeral. Hotel was clean and staff very helpful and pleasant. No dislikes
- James (8/5): Enjoyed the room if I was back in the area and needed a place to sleep I would choose here no proble - Breakfast was OK. I didn't like having cold slice ham on sMe plate as cooked ham. Also was not a lot to choose from.
- Braun (10/5): great - lovely place price is too high especially for breakfast per person.
- Michael (10/5): Great stopover ! - Nice quiet place, very nice room and top quality staff ? read my review
- Kevin (9/5): Superb -
- Mark (9/5): Superb - Beautiful place, we are tree lovers. Thanks for keeping so many trees. Nothing negative to say.
- Danny (9/5): Superb -
- Terry (10/5): All of the staff made us feel like family, we had a great stay and we will be back. - The property was well-maintained beautiful and it had everything that I required for a great holiday
- Timothy (9/5): Superb -
- Simon (8/5): Very good -
- Inwardglee (7/5): Pleasant hotel with bad coffee and food for breakfast. - Friendly reception, nice style by architecture and rooms, big water pond in the center. Special rare features. Breakfast was with unpleasant and loud music, cold fried eggs, an inedible oil dressing if not going for the heavy sweet dressings, bad coffee, not at all what even other hotels offer for as little as 150 Baht
