• NAKATSURU (10/5): - 予約する際に1歳4ヶ月の子どもがいることを入力したら宿側から添い寝ができるようにベッドをくっつけてくれることを連絡してくれました。 チェックインの時間が遅くなることを伝えたら快く受け入れてくれました。 チェックインの際にお茶とかりんとうを出して温かく向かい入れてくれました。 部屋は綺麗でした。 子どもがベッドから落ちる可能性があるのでクッションのようなものを貸して欲しいと依頼したら快く厚手の布団と座布団を貸してくれました。 お手製の朝食がすごく美味しかったです。

• Vita (10/5): A perfect stay - I just came back from a month-long stay in Japan. Out of the variety of accommodations, from traditional ryokans and hot springs hotels to western hotels and Airbnb, B&B Hotel Hyochoan was my absolute favorite stay! The place is lovely, but most importantly, it is managed with love! I felt like visiting a family rather than staying at the hotel. The owners are incredible and truly take care of their guests. The kaiseki breakfasts in a gorgeous room with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the garden were a highlight. The room had a small terrace that faced a lovely garden. I did not have a car, and the rides (to/from the station, the onsen, and the restaurant for dinner) were incredibly helpful and nice. THANK YOU SO MUCH! It was perfect

• YANG (10/5): - 住了四天，每天都享用到道地的且不同風味的日本家庭式早餐，很新鮮也很滿足。民宿夫婦很細緻的招待與服務，很溫暖。在輕井澤非自駕的自由行，交通較為不便，但老闆娘會仔細幫你確認行程與時間，甚至協助接駁，真的非常感謝。房間很大很舒適，意外的鄉間小屋裡，3C相關設施很高標準，即便是雙人床房，充電插座也非常充足，還配備APPLE TV跟超快速的網路。很愉快的幾天~ 這邊的好服務小細節還很多，不是浮誇奢侈的那種，是很樸實安心的~ 好想問老闆娘為什麼民宿毛巾這麼舒服蓬鬆阿哈哈哈，飯店都沒這麼舒服欸哈哈 衣櫥如果有衣物芳香噴霧就更好了~

• FitzPei (10/5): - 老闆和老闆娘非常的貼心，提供很多相關的旅遊資訊，因為住宿的位置比較偏郊區，附近非常安靜，晚上可以聽到蟲鳴，早上有鳥叫，老闆也會親自開車去車站接送，想去附近的星野溫泉也可以接送，去哪裡都很方便，早餐也有日式和西式的選擇，吃早餐客廳的環境，老闆娘的廚藝也非常厲害，不管是日式還是西式都非常好吃，使用食材也都非常新鮮，還會講解原料從哪裡來的，吃的安心又開心，還有拍照給我們留念，退房時拿到一個輕井澤精選還印有我們的照片，整個體驗都非常非常好，謝謝他們這麼用心經營民宿。

• Yiwen (10/5): Perfect place to stay and 優しい host - The hosts are super super nice! They picked us up from Karuizawa Station and drop us off as well. They welcomed us with some tea, juice and snacks at the night and prepared some maps for us to explore the area. In the morning there are Japanese style breakfast prepared for us as well. It was so tasty 😭 better than the food from outside restaurant! They speak good English and we chatted a bit. They really made us feel home when we left the place in the morning and came back in the afternoon to pick up bags etc. 😭😭 I will definitely want to stay at this place again if I ever visit Karuizawa in the future again 🥺

• Fukuda (9/5): 毎年軽井沢に来たいと思える旅行になりました。 - 部屋数が3部屋ぐらいなのでかなりアットホームな雰囲気です。朝食が何より良くって普段から薄味で過ごしている母が軽井沢で色々食べたけど朝食で出たお魚が1番美味しかったと言っておりました。 また夕飯のお店まで送迎して下さってとても助かりました。ご主人と奥様がいい方で外出から戻ると我が家に戻ってきた様な安心感があります。お世話になりました。 平地より高い場所のせいかお手洗いの流れが悪くて毎回2回流さないといけない事が不便でした。テレビのチャンネルが色々ありすぎて母だけでは使いこなせない感じでした。説明書とかあればいいと思います。
