- Verified traveler (8/5): 気になる点も - コロナ対応で洗面所のカップが紙コップになっている。紙コップを重ねてあるが、間にダニが複数いてちょっと驚いた。部屋や洗面所近辺には居ないのでたぶん紙コップの保存に問題があるのだと思う。

- Verified traveler (10/5): 気軽にくつろげます。 - 2回目の利用です。お風呂場の椅子など、若干汚れが目立つところもありますが、総じて、気を遣うことなく、いつものようにくつろげて、お値段もお手軽なのがいいです。 朝ごはんはコロナ対策で、自家製？のお弁当でしたが、お部屋で食べれて、かえって、バタバタせずによかったです。ふきの煮物だけ、味付け忘れだったみたいですが、まぁ、よしとしましょう。 このご時世の中、楽しませていただきました。また、利用したいと思います。

- Verified traveler (6/5): 清掃面で残念でしたが、、 - お値段が安かったので多くは望まなかったので全体的に普通、の評価をさせて頂きました。 受付やお料理を出してくださる皆様の対応は良かったですし、お料理もお値段を考えると夕飯、朝食バイキング共に納得できるものでした。 1点、ベランダに出る窓枠にたくさんのてんとう虫の死骸があり、外にでて景色をみる気分になれませんでした。 古いホテル・旅館でも最低限のお掃除をしっかりして頂けていたら古さも情緒になり気持ちよく過ごせると思います。 水場、ホコリ、売りにしている景色が見える窓とベランダ、ここだけは綺麗にしていけばより満足して帰られる方が増えると思います。

- Motoyasu (8/5): コスパ良し - 3連休の中日にお世話になりました。混雑している割には、快適に過ごせました。 人情味のある仲居さんが一生懸命に食事を提供してくれましたが、少人数で多くの客に対応していて、可哀想になりました。 館内の老巧化が進んでいますが、必要なところは補修してあります。 食事は、そこそこ美味しく、ボリューム満点です。 コスパは良いと感じました。
- Verified traveler (8/5): 良い思い出になりました - 2泊3日で行き、朝夕ご飯付きで1人1泊8000円未満でした。 お盆のあとの平日だったということもあり、和室から洋室+和室のとても広い部屋にグレードアップしていただけました！ 部屋から鬼怒川も見えて良かったです。 目当ての日光江戸村には車で約10分と近く、朝から閉園時間まで楽しめました。他の観光名所も近くとても良い場所だと思います。 3日とも生憎の天気でしたが、初の日光はとても楽しめました！また機会があれば利用したいと思います！

- Verified traveler (10/5): 安く泊まれれば大満足！ - 素泊り、お盆時期を外して泊まりました。 大人2人、子供2、時期的に安い値段だった？！ 部屋からの眺め、大浴場など値段の割には大満足です！ ただし、、、部屋はパッと見は綺麗ですが、照明に蜘蛛の巣など細かい所までは掃除されていませんでした。 値段次第で、満足度がかなり変わると思います。

- Verified traveler (4/5): 食事が美味しくない - 温泉も部屋も接客サービスも普通。 しかし食事が美味しくない。海なし県なのに海の刺身、美味しくない湯葉、アクだらけの肉料理、どれもガッカリさせるもので、食材がかわいそうに感じた。外国の方の旅行者もかなり来館していたが、これが日本の食事だと思われるのは良くない印象になるのではないかと感じた。翌朝のビュッフェも断り、コンビニで朝ごはんを食べたがそちらの方が何倍も美味しかった。栃木には美味しいものもたくさんあるのに、活かされておらず残念。

- hiromi (4/5): 掃除が不十分 - 部屋の掃除が不十分（畳の上に髪の毛が沢山落ちていた・入口のドア後ろ部分の壁下部分に誇りがたまったまま）で裸足で歩くと足の裏に毛がついていた。 食事は特に問題ないレベルでした。

- Verified traveler (10/5): 食事が美味しくリーズナブル - 家族で利用しました。古いホテルですが、リフォーム済みで部屋にお風呂、トイレ、冷蔵庫もあります。川沿いで景色もよく、和室で布団を敷いてくれるタイプでしたので部屋が広いです。温泉も古いタイプですが、シャワーがたくさんあり、リフォームされています。夕食は一般的ば旅館のセットですが、品揃え良く、美味しいです。小学生の子供には子供メニューが出ますが、大人と変わらない品もあり、ボリューム満点です。朝食は和食が中心ですが、パンやスープ、卵、ソーセージなどの洋食もあります。全体的にリーズナブルで家族利用にはとても良かったです。

- Poh (8/5): Nice hotel and location - Really like the hotel and staff generally very helpful. Hotel has it own onsen and generally better location as not so touristy. Only negative is the room was not cleaned on a daily basis during our stay. It was quite expensive seeing that the rate did not even include breakfast.
- ok cat (8/5): - 靠近鬼怒川，環境不錯，房間設施充足，也相當舒服，但露台地面平整，附近沒甚麼食肆，距離鬼怒川温泉站和花園站有1公里，交通不算太方便。
- Trip81 (4/5): Tired hotel, that reflects the local economy. - We couldn't get a room in Nikko, so we ended up out in the boonies in Kinugawa Onsen. I would guess that 1/3 to 1/2 of the hotels are closed. Our hotel was nothing to brag about. We have learned that if you can't get a Non-Smoking room in a hotel, all rooms are smoking rooms. We were given a spray bottle of room freshener. Warning: there is little English spoken by the staff. The staff at the onsen didn't speak any English, which made it disconcerting when considering bathing at the onsen. It took over an hour from Nikko to Kinugawa Onsen station. There is a bus service from the station to the area hotels that costs 190 yen/person. Just give the driver the name of the hotel. There is a restaurant on site, but if you're not a member of a tour group it was our understanding that we couldn't eat there. (Note this was a big communication issue.) We left to try to find an open restaurant, but the town appears to be geared to summer tourism and we didn't find a restaurant nearby. We ended up walking back to nearby the train station. This is probably the worst hotel I've stayed at in a long while.
- Verified traveler (6/5): 感覺有點年代的日式旅館 - 離鬼怒川溫泉車站有點距離，走路約20分鐘左右，隔天回車站時可先預約巴士。 飯店所處位置周遭無商家，最近的便利商店需走路五到十分鐘，有訂當天晚餐及隔天早餐，表現普通，男生如果食量大的話可能吃不飽，我們還是跑到便利商店多買一些零食回飯店吃。 飯店面向鬼怒川風景不錯，不過是六月來的所以一片翠綠，假如是楓葉季相信景致會更漂亮。
