Overall the hotel was very comfortable, in a great location near the main city attractions and not far from the train station. All very walkable.

The location was ideal and the Junior Suite was beautifully decorated in authentic Italian style.Would highly recommend. The Junior Suite had a kitchenette,however there were no plates,bowls,pans or wine glasses. Coffee,tea and milk was not replaced each morning. Would have given a 5 star rating had these been provided. Not a real issue however as we throughly e joyed our stay. Thankyou for making us feel so welcome.

La vez que fui justo hubo un incendio al lado y los bomberos no nos dejaban subir por el humo… en la habitación de al lado habí una familia y los nenes corrian de un lado para el otro imposible dormir

Elegante camera in stile classico, molto pulita e spaziosa. Colazione favolosa. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Comodo parcheggio a 5 minuti a piedi, prenotabile in anticipo (SABA Arena a EUR 22 per 24 ore)

• Thaís (7/5): Estadia ok! - A localização é muito boa, perto de tudo. Tem limpeza diária do quarto, amenidades muito boas (com hidratante corporal e touca de banho), ambiente cheiroso. Um ponto que pra mim foi bem ruim foi o seguinte: chegamos no hotel já cansados da viagem e, como não tem uma portaria, tivemos que ficar lá fora na rua esperando até aparecer um hóspede que abriu a porta com o cartão e assim pudemos entrar. Ao chegar, tocamos interfone várias vezes mas não fomos atendidos (e tocamos no lugar certo!). Isso causa uma estranheza enorme já de cara, porque se esse hóspede não tivesse chegado, não sei quanto tempo ficaríamos na rua. E ainda teve o agravante de que estado esperando na rua com chuva. Fora isso, achei o esquema do chuveiro um pouquinho difícil de entender para aquecer a água. Poderia ter uma orientação nos banheiros, ajudaria bastante. Por fim, achei o hotel bem ok, quarto cheiroso e comodidades dentro do esperado pelo valor.

Fluffy towels, very comfortable beds and bedding, beautifully presented quality breakfast in a lovely little dining area, excellent service all round… too much to praise this hotel about really. It’s in an excellent location, just a short walk from the Arena, and just 15 minute taxi from Verona airport. The entrance to the hotel is concealed so would be easy to miss unless the taxi driver helped us. Strange entrance to the hotel really but once you know, you know. The staff can’t do enough for you - so helpful and informative. We also booked a session in the Paradise spa which is affiliated to the hotel. A short walk down a few side streets, this spa is within another hotel - you wouldn’t know it was there so check before you go otherwise you won’t find it! We paid 35 euros for a two hour session in this slightly quirky but beautiful spa. Prebooked an evening session, and the two of us had the whole spa to ourselves! A fab jacuzzi with some amazing jets, a Kneipp water path thing, a sauna, infrared room, steam room, some interesting showers and plenty of relaxation space. Afterwards we were offered tea and water, and a relaxation area that really is quite different. All in all, a wonderful place to stay when in Verona for a few days; quirky, comfortable, convenient, and excellent service and food! The only thing I can think of is there weren’t enough mirrors in the room. Just one in the bathroom which is ok if you’re not two women travelling together and want to get ready at the same time :-)

• Julie (6/5): Apartments loud from club below - First night was a Saturday and we checked into the apartment with two small children. There was a club beneath that played loud, vibrating music until after 3:30 am. No one could sleep! When speaking to the front desk and considering if we should change rooms, we were told “people usually only complain on Saturday nights.” We ended up switching rooms to the hotel portion and staff wasn’t apologetic. Otherwise, the rest of the stay was fine and they let us check out late.

• Benjamin (10/5): I highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Verona - Excellent room - spacious, sparkling clean, very comfortable beds. Beautiful, historic, building close to the historic city center and easy to get to from the train station. Very quiet rooms and good breakfast. This really is an excellent hotel and we would still here again. The staff were great and I highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Verona.

Quarto bem equipado e bem decorado. Bom pequeno almoço incluído. Insonorizacao do quarto (barulho dos hóspedes nos corredores e algum ruído da rua ao início da noite). Mas para uma estadia curta em Verona acho altamente recomendável.

Our room was very comfortable, had modern bathroom fittings and most importantly clean. Breakfast was excellent, serving a quite a variety which should cater most tastes. We found the hotel team very responsive from email communications to our daily interactions. Overall a tremendous hotel with a bit of character.

Vastaanotto suositteli myös pyynnöstämme ravintoloita ja hoitivat pöytävarauksen ravintolaan. Lähtöpäivänä soittivat taksin lentokentälle ja kaikki sujui vaivattomasti. Todella hyvää palvelua. Huone oli siisti ja sijainti todella hyvä.
• Yael (9/5): - החדר היה מקסים, מאובזר היטב הכל חדש, מיטה נוחה, ארוחת בוקר חביבה. המיקום היה ממש מעולה, בדיוק אמצע הדרך בין הרכבת לעיר העתיקה, הכל במרחק הליכה קצר, המון מסעדות על הרחוב ותחבורה ציבורית. הזרם במקלחת היה מעט חלש, ובלילה היה מעט רעש מהמסעדות מתחת לחלון, ממליצים לבקש חדר בקומה גבוהה יותר (אנחנו היינו בקומה הראשונה)

• PaulW (10/5): Super italian welcome very chic hotel in a great location - Great staff, very welcoming with excellent restaurant recommendations. It's a 5 minute walk to the Arena. Room was huge and spotlessly clean. Very comprehensive breakfast included with the room. NOTE: It's a bit hidden away - its off the main road through a large double oak door which reception need to open via cctv link. Nothing

• SALVATORE (9/5): Eccellente hotel - Ottimo hotel che rispecchia la bella e romantica città di Giulietta e Romeo. Ottima e varia la colazione gestita da una cordiale, premurosa e bella signora. Purtroppo il garage leggermente fuori mano lo penalizza nel punteggio complessivo.

• Partenope (6/5): Buono ma occhio agli appartamenti - Struttura molto curata, pulita e accogliente. Ottima scelta di cuscini e personale gentile. Posizione centralissima L'appartamento si trova in un palazzo al cui piano terra vi è una discoteca. È stato impossibile dormire fino a quasi le 3 di notte perché vibrava tutto l'appartamento e la musica era fortissima.

• Bohumila (8/5): Consigliato - Posizione comoda, stanza,servizio e pulizia ottimi, colazione favolosa, personale squisitamente accogliente. L'unica cosa negativa è stata la temperatura per me troppo calda della stanza, presumo dovuta al calore proveniente dai locali sottostanti. La situazione comunque era migliorata nella tarda serata e di notte si stava bene.
• Andrea (9/5): We definitely will visit in the future, a great value. - It was in a great location the property was well maintained. Great breakfast options were provided and the staff were very friendly. I couldn’t get the air conditioner to cool down the room. And I would have preferred to have a room that was not on the street side of the building. There were a couple of nights that the restaurant below was loud until midnight.
