El anfitrión muy amable y atentos con nosotros en todo momento.Lo mejor la piscina, a mejorar sería el mobiliario. La casa se encuentra en un entorno tranquilo. Estuvimos agusto y contentos con la estancia.

Zsuzsanna (5/5): - We were in the two-story apartment closest to the street front. The host was very kind, although he only spoke Italian and not English, but he tried to give us all the information we needed. He recommended places to visit, restaurants, and beaches. The pool was the highlight of the accommodation—it was clean, large, and the water quality and temperature were impeccable. The children loved the pool. The location of the accommodation was fine, and the apartment had a parking space within the enclosed garden. Grocery stores and shopping facilities were within a 5-minute drive. The layout of the apartment is advantageous, with small a kitchen-dining room and a bedroom with two separate beds on the lower level. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning. On the upper level, there is a bedroom and a balcony, as well as a large bathroom with a toilet and shower. The water pressure in the shower was fine. The upper bedroom also has air conditioning. In the upper bedroom, there was a large double bed and an extra single guest bed. We were provided with towels in various sizes and bedding (a sheet was placed on the bed as a blanket, which is typical of other Italian accommodations). There is selective waste collection, which the host kindly explained to us. Since the location, the pool, and the layout of the apartment are basically great, if they were to modernize it, clean it properly, and pay more attention to making sure everything works and is clean, the whole apartment could be really nice. But it is not right now. None of the three air conditioners worked properly. We arrived on Sunday, and water was dripping from the air conditioner in the kitchen onto the wall, which we reported—it was finally repaired on Thursday - but they left the repair mess behind, and I had to clean it up.. The sofa under the air conditioner and the picture on the wall were also wet, and the plaster fell off the wall. They just told us to put something underneath it. The small sofa under the air conditioner was so smelly and worn out that we avoided it from a distance (no wonder, judging by the condition of the wall, it wasn't the first time water had leaked from the air conditioner onto the wall and sofa). When we turned on the air conditioner in the lower bedroom, it turned off immediately, so it was unusable (this was not repaired). The air conditioner in the upper bedroom worked, but it only circulated air that was slightly cooler than room temperature and did not cool at all. From the moment we walked in, we could smell the musty odor throughout the entire apartment. The closets were so musty and smelly that we didn't even dare to open the closet doors. The shuttered door in front of the entrance door could not be closed. The stairs creaked loudly. The floor was dirty and sticky, and the cutlery in the drawer was also sticky. The bedding had a musty smell. The modern and old furniture were somewhat mismatched, but it could still have been charming if everything hadn't smelled musty. The apartment could use a thorough renovation. Since the location, the pool, and the layout of the apartment are basically great, if they were to modernize it, clean it properly, and pay more attention to making sure everything works and is clean, the whole apartment could be really nice.

Jan (3/5): A nightmare in a fast decaying building and garden. - Aircondition water damage from toilet drain leaking into wall and floor causing moul on bedroom wall, in cabinet and in ceiling below with strong odors everywhere in apartment. Owner where reluctant to handle this problem, so we had to keep door and windows open and hear loud traffic noise during night and give nasal drops to our children to relief airways irritation. We asked for 5 new towels and two new bedsheets and was not informed of extra charges for this until checking out and owner insisted on keeping 100 euro of our deposit for this.
