• VA2europe (10/5): Quiet hotel in wonderful city - The hotel is located on a residential road that was very quiet at night. We were only a block away from the tram and therefore were able to go everywhere we wanted during our 4 day stay in Prague. I had a problem with the toilet and they were up to fix it right away. The room was a good size with a desk, closet and place for luggage. The bathroom was very good and a nice size for the shower with plenty of pressure/hot water. excellent choice for our needs. We were two friends in their 70's traveling. Very safe area. Breakfast was good also. Staff was great Nothing.

Minus za ciepłe piwo podane w barze i długi okres oczekiwania na napoje choć byliśmy jedynymi gośćmi oraz za pomylone rachunki. Ogólnie polecam i chętnie wrócę.

• Silke (9/5): - Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Betten waren bequem und das Frühstück wirklich ausgezeichnet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die empfohlene Abkürzung zum Bahnhof zu Fuß hat leider überhaupt nicht gepasst – wir hätten dadurch beinahe unseren Zug verpasst!

• Monika (10/5): Perfect choice for a solo weekend in Prague - The location is fantastic — close to great cafés, restaurants, and within easy reach of the city center, yet quiet enough to relax. My room was very comfortable. What stood out most was the exceptionally kind and helpful staff. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe and well taken care of. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would happily choose this hotel again for my next visit to Prague.

• Kateřina (10/5): - V hotelu jsme byli již po druhé. Pán na recepci byl velice milý. Pokoj byl pěkný a čistý. Přišli jsme na snídani kolem 9.hodiny. Z velké části nebyl bufet doplněný. Personál se spolu vybavoval. Doplňovat bufet začal, až když byl vyzván hosty, kteří přišli na snídani chvilku po nás.

Postel byla veliká, pro někoho by mohla být tvrdší, ale vyspala se i moje žena, která má ráda matrace měkčí... tak že v pohodě. Snídaně byly dostačující, každý si vybere.

• Sarah (9/5): Lovely stay in beautiful Prague - Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The room was spacious with modern, well equipped bathroom. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. The location is excellent with the tram stop just around the corner and the metro stop about a 7/8 minute walk away We were on the top floor and one of our guests had visible mobility issues (using a walking aid) and the lift does not go to the top floor. It would have been nice to have been offered an alternative room which was more accessible and not on the top floor

The room was quite clean, but when we got into it there was a towel on the heater that the staff might've missed while cleaning (it was behind the door). they took it right away and gave us even more clean towels. overall very pretty place, the location is great, nice staff, and comfortable beds. I'd want to come back!

• Ben (7/5): Even with a couple of small issues we really did enjoy our day at the hotel staff were friendly and warm. The location w - Good location, the breakfast options were good comfortable and clean. Carpet in our room was extremely worn to the point you could not see the pattern on most of it. The hairdryer seemed faulty and the toilet seat wasn’t fully attached and also could’ve done with an extra pillow as one each wasn’t quite enough.

• Daniela (5/5): Disappointing - The bed was extremely uncomfortable, it was so hard. The pillows were too soft. The duvet cover was single for a double bed and when I asked for a larger one I was given a thicker one, it was not bigger. The carpet needs replacing as it is very worn. The top window in my room could not be shut therefore I got constant noise all night from the road below. I pushed the button on my door for do not disturb and it was flashing red ( no signs available ) when I came back the room had been entered and cleaned.
