• Dhia (4/5): Disappointing - The location was good, near the most important districts in Istanbul. I liked the help of the staff of arranging Taxis and giving some advices. Was not clean enough, beds are old and not comfortable, breakfast was poor. There was no water at the hotel for almost 10 hours due to some work outside but at least the staff could provide the guests with some 5l water bottle for each room.

• German (3/5): Poor - Poor cleaning service. We stayed for over a week and never got our room clean, not even the bathroom. They never got to change our towels and we always had to ask for toilet paper. Very bad service.
• Abdurrahim (2/5): - Vor der Unterkunft sind nur Cafés wo nur auf der Straße gesessen wird und geraucht wir. Mann hört die bis in die Nacht. Die ganze Unterkunft ist so alt das es überall stinkt. Die Zimmer nicht nicht sauber und die Möbel sind kaputt. Im Bad ist alles vor Schimmel schwarz. Die Handbrause ist so alt das das Chrom schon abgeblättert ist und in die Hand strickt. Ich könnte noch eine Menge schlechtes erzählen aber ich glaube das ist wohl genug erzählt. Ich rate komplett von der Buchung des Hotels ab. Trotz Ansage wurde noch mal das Zimmer gereinigt und die Bettwäsche, Handtücher ebenso nicht. Ich habe nicht mal am Frühstück teilgenommen und habe die Mehrkosten außerhalb in kaufgenommen.

• Mustaq (1/5): ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTING RUDE HOTEL - We had paid for room dowmstairs which we were not given, we were given room on 4th floor. The room was dirty the bathroom was very dirty. They staff did not clean the rooms or bathroom. The staff were rude, they did not allow us to sit in the lobby, they staff wrote on his phone in translation "shutup and go and talk in your rooms". The AC was leaking whole night on my head, next morning i had told the worker and he had said he will get it repaired. In evening it was still leaking and not fixed, on our return that evening ,the worker did not want to change the bed or bedding and was very rude. AC was off but still dripping whole night. Room was very cramped banged leg and got hurt. They did not change towels or clean room. We had to ask for toilet rolls and ask to have dustbin emptied. It was very unhygenic. The breakfast was same every day, boiles eggs salad, no milk was available. The card did not work, we had to include a 3rd person to do the payment which we got extra charges incurred. Very unhappy with the stay.
• Svetlana (2/5): - Is not safe place. I did see one men use knife to make injuries to women when I was in taxi driving to hotel from aeroport. I decided to not check in at that hotel because I am so scared. I tried to cancel my reservation by sending message to hotel staff nobody replied to me. It was first day and bad experience. Then I make another reservation on different hotel, but price was really high because it wasn’t in advance.
• Mustaq (1/5): Bad - Area close to grand and spice bazaar We booked 5 double bedrooms for ground floor for peoole with health and disabilities When reached we gt 1 double bed on 5th floor with no lift so many steps than other double bed 3rd floor again problem so mny steps 1 double offered 1 double bed offered with 4 bed as we had no choice 2nd day we were offered 5th floor exchange to ground floor so spent day packing /unpacking 3rd floor was still there From day 1 there was no option for 2 x double bed so 4 in a double bed as they only hv 3 double beds on ground floor The 5th floor who was given ground floor all night had dripping on face and bed all wet when woke up in morning the ac was leaking told them in morning came bk that evenng and was not sorted bed linen was wet and ac not repaired .at night they changed matress and bed linen after telling them to change they expected us to sleep on wet linen The 3rd gloor had to pack and unpack and was given room on 2nd floor Non of the rooms were cleaned had to request for toilet roll The staff wouldnt allow us to sit in lobby yet others were allowed . No cleanliness or cleaning setvice in rooms provided I had to give them the dustbins to empty Towels were never given every day and had stains on them when we asked them to change only than we recieved i had to change my towel again as it was stained . Breakfast was same every day no fried eggs or omleete or and cooked breakfast provided only boiled eggs Only salami cheese bread 1 type of fruit No milk was provided so no ceareal We decided enough is enough hygiene was poor as bathroom was not cleanded or the rooms and smell was bad we had no choice but to check out I feel the discount offered was unacceptable and demand full refund If bookung .com knew that we requested 5 double beds on ground floor How can they accept booking for those with dissabilities We have incurred extra transfers and extra hotel vost and demand full refund .

• Elisa (8/5): - Die Lage ist super zentral auch nachts ist es ruhig. Unser erstes Zimmer hatte uns auf Grund der Größe- und das es dort sehr warm-war nicht gefallen, aber das war kein Problem, das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns nach 2 Nächten neue Zimmer, die frei geworden sind, im oberen Stock, fertig gemacht zur Verfügung gestellt. Einige Dinge wurden schon renoviert, in Zukunft wäre es schön, wenn man die Einrichtung und die Bäder erneuern würde. Trotz allem war es ordentlich und sauber halt nur etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis hat gepasst. Wir würden immer freundlich und hilfsbereit behandelt. Wir danken für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

• Lica (2/5): Very poor - the only thing that’s good is close to most of the tourist points We arrived at 11pm on Sunday, the receptionist simply took our bags and left the hotel taking us to another hotel on the same street, without any explanation, we got there I asked why and we were thrown in that other hotel as they said our room was still occupied . I asked and they said they couldn't do anything. The famous “accept that it hurts less”. The next day, we went to the hotel and they didn't even explain to us about breakfast hours, where the coffee was, NOTHING. None of the staff speak English and they don't even try to communicate. There was no rug in the bathroom. Under the beds a lot of dirt, even paper Dirty toilet had.
• Dobroslawa (3/5): Price is low, but i wouldn’t recommend it. Its located near big attractions like Hagia Sophia, but the area os very mess - location, although surroundings were disappointing cleanliness, smell, overall state of the room and bathroom

• Marieke (7/5): Good - The owners were very helpful and super friendly. The contact via Booking went very smooth. We needed a safe parking spot and they made sure we got it. They have cctv which overlooks the street. The neighborhood is fine but a little intimidating after dark. But it was ok! There are lots of little shops, supermarket, bakery. The room was exactly what you can expect at a budget hotel. It was clean. There was a super nice lady who made the breakfast. The breakfast was what you expect, budget, but ok. The noise at night. There's something going on in the street until after midnight, not sure what but it makes alot of noise! Take earplugs. The sigaret smoke which goes from the lobby all the way up to our room.

• Mohammed Tarek (2/5): - Das ist kein Hotel das ist ein Knast. Zimmer und Bad voller Schimmel, es war laut ohne Ende, auf dem Bett lagen Wanzen, und das Viertel bzw. Die Gegend ist einfach nur schrecklich, dort befinden sich lauter Alkoholiker, Drogenabhängige usw. Ich werde auf jeden Fall eine Reklamation einreichen denn ich bin direkt nach der ersten Nacht schon wieder raus und habe ein neues Hotel gebucht
• Hanna (2/5): - Die Zimmer sahen nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Betten waren total dreckig , da lagen noch Haare von vorherigen Besuchern drauf. Auf dem Boden lagen tote Fliegen und im Bad hat es geschummelt . Der Geruch in den Zimmern war so übel.

• Liliana (6/5): - Staff very nice and helpful. If you want cheap place to stay it is perfect but do not expect nothing more. Area where the hotel is very noisy, dirty and doesn’t look safe to go out on nights. For 6 nights they didn’t change beds sheets or towels, unless you told them. But surprisingly they enter almost every day in the room as we looked 2 times and every time we found one time the key looked and they didn’t change anything… I don’t know why they enter :(

• Marcos (8/5): Acolhedor - Hotel simples! Muito educados! Fica bem no centro de Stambul próximo ao Grand Bazar região antiga e não muito confiável.Cafe da manhã razoável e bem ao estilo turco! Não existe carne de porco e nem derivados em razão da religião e isso e em todos os restaurantes e hotéis sediados na Turquia.

• Grigorii (8/5): Дешевый чистый хороший отель. - 100% соответствует своему позиционированию цена/качество. ЧИСТО, просто и дешево. Расположен в старой части города (почти гетто)) - это на любителя, кто хочет погрузиться в реальную атмосферу жизни простых Стамбульцев, самое то!))

• Verified traveler (6/5): Propreté catastrophique !! - Hôtel très bien situé par contre la propreté est catastrophique , nous avons trouvé une souris dans notre chambre et nous avons été hébergés dans un autre hôtel en attendant qu’une nouvelle chambre ne se libère . De plus les chats se promènent tranquillement dans l’hôtel ( donc pour une personne ailurophobique comme moi c’est un calvaire ) .
• Jacob (2/5): Terrible! - Terrible hotel. Smoke everywhere. Rooms dirty, breakfast owful. Bedbugs, moscitoes.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - Je ne suis pas satisfait de l'hôtel, les photos de la chambre sur le site ebookers ne correspondent pas à la réalité des choses sur place. La chambre était petite pour 3 personnes, salle d'eau salle avec des équipements vétustes et lave mains qui risque de tomber à n'importe quel moment, des odeurs insupportables de la salle d'eau, sans oublié l'odeur de la cigarette .... Vraiment une mauvaise expérience, je demande donc de me faire rembourser la prestation de l'hôtel car cet établissement n'est pas à la hauteur de la description sur votre site

• Rosser (10/5): All around good stay! - This hotel is located in the most historic area of Istanbul, the area around it doesn’t look as great but the hotel it’s great, the service is great, the Wi-Fi is good, the breakfast is amazing ...we really enjoyed our stay here and we look forward to coming back next year ...my daughter loved it, she enjoyed the cats that the owner has. Owner and manager are very nice people, very helpful ...we had a good stay. Walking distance to all the main attractions in the European side and well connected with transportation. We highly recommend it!!!
