• Barbara (9/5): très agréable séjour - -arrivant en matinée j'ai téléphoné et je pouvais déjà avoir la chambre à 10h ce qui était très agréable, également possibilité de laisser les bagages le jour de départ, j'ai reçu une clé qui m'a permis de venir les chercher quand je voulais car j'avais un vol dans l'après-midi ce qui m'a permis de visiter encore la ville . Personnel très sympa et serviable. Chambre très propre et spacieuse , possibilité de faire du café, petit minibar à disposition, emplacement calme, 10 min. du Vatican et 10 min. du métro et même pas 5 min. à pied de l'arrêt du bus qui va à l'aéroport

• Antonio (8/5): - La amabilidad de Luzia. La zona muy tranquila y al lado del Vaticano. Es un hotel muy pequeño, yo solo conté 4 habitaciones, no sé si tendrían más. La cama era muy cómoda y la habitación con todo lo necesario. La puerta de la habitación no cerraba muy bien y el desayuno algo escaso para lo que se paga.
• Pamela (7/5): - Das Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend groß, das Bad war neu gemacht. Zwei Sessel. Zimmer zur Straße sehr laut, gleich nebenan ein Restaurant, wo bei schönem Wetter bis Mitternacht Gäste sich gut gelaunt laut unterhalten haben. Es gibt aber auch Zimmer in den idyllischen Innenhof. Frühstück war nicht so toll, keine Brötchen, Wurst und Käse wenig Auswahl und nicht sehr ansprechend. Man würde satt... Aber guter Kaffee.

Příjemný a ochotný personál. Po check-outu nám nechali náhradní klíč a možnost uložit si zavazadla na recepci. Doporučuji.
• Sam (7/5): It was a place to stay. Not the best and not the worst. Value for the money was appropriate. - Close to the Vatican, included breakfast and very nice lady tending to it (made us cappuccinos fresh too). WiFi was almost unusable it was so slow, pretty small rooms, shower did not drain.

• Eulalie (9/5): Grazie mille! - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel idéalement situé dans le quartier du Vatican, ce qui nous a permis de visiter facilement Rome à pied et en transports. Le personnel a été absolument génial : très accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à aider. À notre arrivée, ils ont pris le temps de nous montrer une carte avec les lieux incontournables à visiter et nous ont donné plusieurs conseils pratiques pour économiser durant notre séjour, notamment pour le retour vers l’aéroport grâce au bus situé juste à côté de l’hôtel. La chambre était confortable, avec un très bon lit, et la salle de bain était agréable grâce à une douche avec une excellente pression et de l’eau bien chaude. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis tout au long du séjour. Concernant les quelques points un peu moins positifs, nous avons trouvé le petit déjeuner plutôt correct dans l’ensemble, même s’il reste assez simple. Le cappuccino n’était pas vraiment à notre goût, mais cela n’a pas gâché notre expérience. Globalement, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et nous recommandons cet hôtel pour son emplacement et surtout pour la gentillesse du personnel.

• Marília (7/5): Ok - O local é uma guest house, não é um hotel, fica dentro de um prédio. O preço estava bom e para se hospedar para os lados do Vaticano tinha uma boa localização, mas não é exatamente central. O que mais gostei foi da funcionária LUCIA, ela foi maravilhosa, gentilmente fez café da manhã sem gluten para mim e me ajudou com as malas, foi muito simpática. Meu quarto era no subsolo. Não tem elevador e precisei descer e subir dois lances de escada com mala. Me ajudaram, mas foi um contratempo. O quarto não era nada silencioso. eu só passei uma noite pois no outro dia iria pro aeroporto, mas não me hospedaria mais dias, pois acho que não iria descansar direito.

• Manoharan (9/5): Belle expérience à Rome - Le Domus Terenzio est bien situé, 10mn du métro A, 10mn du Vatican et autres lieux historiques, 5mn à pied de l'arrêt de bus shuttle qui permet d'aller directement à l'aéroport Fiumicino (trajet 1h). Il y a pas mal de restaurants et café autour. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et les conseils, la chambre était très confortable. Et enfin un merci à la personne qui s'occupe de l'espace petit déjeuner, elle est très sympathique, elle a veillé à ce que notre séjour se passe bien, elle a été de bons conseils.

La communication. J'ai envoyé un courriel la veille de notre arrivée parce que j'avais des questions et je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. De plus la personne qui nous a reçu n était pas très souriante. Chambre au sous-sol, pas facile avec les valises.

Everyone was friendly and when no-one could get through for a taxi or uber (systems down?) the very kind receptionist whose name I didn’t get unfortunately- took us to the station in her own car so we didn’t miss the train. • Sezgin (7/5): Beklentiniz çok yüksek değilse denenebilir - Kahvaltısı güzeldi ve kahvaltı salonunda çalışan kısa saçlı kadın çalışan çok sempatik ve ilgiliydi. Vatikan ile İspanyol merdivenleri arasında sayılabilir. Konumu bence güzeldi. Tabii kolezyum tarafına yakın değildi. 300 metre yakınında havalimanına çalışan havaş benzeri iki firmanın durağı vardı. Dönüşte biz bunu kullandık ve çok rahat ettik. Oda içerisinde müthiş derecede kalitesiz malzemeler kullanılmıştı. Örnek vermem gerekirse şampuan kokusu oldukça kötüydü. Tuvalet kağıdı o kadar inceydi ki üzerine herhangi bir şey yazamazsınız. Odadaki terlikler de aynı şekilde en alt kalitedeydi.

• Jonathan (10/5): 5 star of guest houses - This accommodation was simply outstanding! The location was perfect in a safe, well situated (for public transport and walkability), and calm neighborhood. The room was spacious, clean and very modern. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I wasn't initially aware of the daily housekeeping but it was a greatly appreciated addition. The only downside was a smaller bathroom. Everything is highly accessible but just a little tight. However, it wasn't significant enough to prevent the normal use of the facilities.

• Victoriano (8/5): Buena opción - Es un hotel pequeño, parece una vivienda convertida en hotel, pero está bien. La ubicación es muy buena, relativamente cerca del metro (10 minutos a pie), parada de autobuses al aeropuerto (5 minutos a pie), del vaticano y del centro de la ciudad (20 minutos a plaza Navona a pie). Personal del hotel muy simpático y atento. Desayuno, bueno. Nuestra habitación daba a la calle y se oía demasiado a los transeúntes y el tráfico. En alguna ocasión, también se oía a otros huéspedes cuando estaban en el pasillo.

Hotel is soo handy to the city. 5 minute walk to The Vatican city. 5 min walk to the bus if you choose the bus to and from the airport. 10-15 mins walk to main centre. The hotel is perfect if you are using it as a base to rome within Rome. The breakfast was nice but a little disappointing.

• Adriana (8/5): Estadia boa, ponto maravilhoso!!! - A acomodação que ficamos foi a de número 1. A cama, travesseiros, limpeza, água quente, são excelentes. Nada a reclamar. A localização é impecável, perto do Vaticano, pontos de ônibus, Trevision transfer que leva ao aeroporto, mercado, restaurantes…a equipe do hotel maravilhosa, voltaria com certeza. Quando comprei a acomodação, comprei com base na foto, no tamanho do quarto, amplo. O quarto número 1, no qual ficamos, é menor, diferente da foto. O quarto fica com a janela pra rua, a acústica da janela é boa, mas não o suficiente para impedir o som de carros e pessoas falando. quem tem problemas com sono leve sofre um pouco.

Localização central, a 5 minutos do shuttle para o aeroporto, próximo do metro, supermercado do outro lado da rua e restaurante na porta a seguir. Possibilidade de deixarmos as malas após o check out. Receção do hotel pequena e com pouco espaço, o que torna a gestão das entradas e saídas menos confortável. Colchão muito rijo para o meu gosto.

• Jose Ignacio (10/5): Perfecto - La habitación fue muy confortable, amplia con un bonito patio. Muy buen desayuno. El metro está a 600 metros y está cerca del Vaticano, supermercados y restaurantes. Es fácil de encontrar. No hay timbre y hay que llamar a la puerta para que te abran.

• Gréta Gabriella (9/5): - Rendkívül kedves és segítőkész személyzet. Nagyon jó környék, nyugodt, csendes, tiszta. A szoba is tiszta volt, minden napi takarítás, jó reggelivel. Kicsit szűk volt a mosdó, nekünk megfelelő volt még, de lehet valaki számára ez már túl keskeny.
• Pyromali (9/5): - We visited Rome in January. The room was very clean and warm. I clearly remember that when we arrived and entered the hotel/guesthouse, the place already smelled of cleanliness, starting from the reception area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to Lucia, who welcomed us and whom we interacted with most of the days since she was on the morning shift. She was extremely kind, sweet, and helpful. Upon our arrival, she provided us with a very informative map highlighting the main attractions of Rome and gave us clear instructions on how to get around the city. Breakfast was quite satisfactory, offering basic sweet and savory options. The property is located in the Prati area, within walking distance of the Vatican, St. Peter’s Basilica, and Castel Sant’Angelo. You can also easily walk to the other side of the river and reach the city center and most of the main attractions. We mainly moved around on foot, but Lucia also explained how to use public transportation if needed. There are very nice restaurants in the neighborhood, as well as a supermarket right across the street. Finally, the property is just a few meters away from the bus stop for the airport (Sit Bus Shuttle).
• Talha (7/5): Excellent location and staff, bad internet connection - VERY friendly staff, they helped us so much! Sufficient breakfast, clean room and very nice location!! Internet connection is SO BAD! Maybe it was because we stayed at the room downstairs. Wi fi rarely worked, our cellular data didnt work properly either. For GEN Z people be careful about that :) They should fix this
