Obecnie ośrodek przygotowuje się do sezonu letniego jeżeli chodzi o resort. Prace trwają i nie powinni wynajmować pewne pokoje resortu po odświeżeniu dla klientów, z alergią . Wilgoć , zimno i zapach .Po mimo czystości i odświeżania fatalny zapach wilgotności i poprawek farby. Dotyczy wynajętego pokoju.

• Irena (1/5): Don`t go there - Nothing Unfriendly staff at 7 pm in the evening they were too lazy to take us to a room when it was not where the reception was, they left us in the alley and showed us where the room was from 150 meters away. We were unable to open the door to the room because it required a huge effort. I went back to the reception even though the staff had difficulty unlocking the door too. Then it turned out that the toilet flush valve was not working, I had to walk to the reception again. It turned out that there was no other clean room where they could not move us. Our kid told us that she saw a big mouse in front of the room that was on the ground floor, in the morning it turned out that the hotel was full of huge rats. It's good that we were only there for one night, I wouldn't go again even if it was free. There was nothing in the room to prepare food. We asked to have dinner in the restaurant and to choose what to order and pay, they said that it couldn't be because the restaurant was full, which was not true at all. The room was of mosquitoes no net on the windows. The door of the one bedroom which looking to garden cant be locked so everybody can enter from this side.

• Tanya (8/5): Great located complex with everything you need for a short stay - Great location 10 minute walk from Olbia town with plenty of restaurants and 15 min walk from the port. sea views and pool. The apartment would be spacious enough for a family of 3 or 4. The bedroom.was bright with a nice balcony looking over the pool. Very clean with towels and bathroom products available. Had it's own private beach and access to a bar as well. I will stay again. Amenities are quite basic for cooking and kitchen is quite old but it still sufficed.

• Anna (6/5): Gute Unterkunft, aber kein Wi-Fi - Gute Lage und Parkplatz in der Nähe. Bequeme Betten und gut geschnittenes Apartment. Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon. Die übliche Ausstattung in der Küche ist vorhanden, allerdings gibt es keine Reinigungsmittel zum Spülen. Den Pool konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da er nur von 9-19 Uhr geöffnet war, wo wir unterwegs waren. Größter Minuspunkt: Es gibt WLAN nur im ESSE Hotel Posada nebenan, nicht auf dem Residence-Gelände. Das sollte entsprechend aus den Ausstattungsmerkmalen von Club Esse Residence gestrichen werden.

Pessime l'accoglienza e l'attenzione alle esigenze degli ospiti Struttura fatiscente e poco accogliente Nonostante tre lamentele, hanno riparato il wc inutilizzabile solo il giorno dopo e ci hanno lasciati con tre materassi su 4 sfondati. Mai dormito e mal di schiena per non parlare del lavabo e prese di corrente che cadevano a pezzi nonostante il soggiorno sia costato €524 per tre notti e abbia contattato il servizio clienti di booking. Struttura assolutamente da evitare. Pessima e salata esperienza.

• nicola fabbri (6/5): - Ubicazione top, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Spazi in appartamento ampi e puliti nonostante non di nuova costruzione. Davvero sufficiente per lo scopo. Unica pecca la stanza da letto del piano di sopra che, senza condizionatore, raggiunge temperature elevate da rendere difficile il dormire (direi impossibile). I ventilatori forniti non bastano. Unico condizionatore degli appartamenti si trova dentro la camera principale, di sotto. Quindi una camera al freddo ed una al caldo.

• Thierry (1/5): Logement a rénover - L'emplacement était très bien situé L'équipement du logement presque inexistant, pas de micro onde, pas de four, pas de cafetière, pas de bouilloire , pas de grille-pain, pas de balais,pas de produit d'entretien......pas assez de casseroles, fourchette, cuillère, couteau, poêle. Horaires de piscine décevants 10h-12h 15h-17h. Mobilier : chaise cassée, matelas pas confortable du tout . Lit qui grince.clic clac sale. Douche vétuste avec des joints sales. Serviette de bain Extra fine . Fenêtre, volet, impossible a maintenir fermer ou ouvert......qui claquent toute la nuit dans tous les appartements et en plus isolation phonique inexistante. Pas de clim malgré qu'il annonce clim dans la réservation. A fuir
• Alessandro Branchina (7/5): Soggiorno al residence Club Esse Capo D'orso Palau - Tutto il personale, addetti al bar, addetti al ristorante, staff pulizie, reception, staff animazione gentili e disponibili al 100%. La struttura è dotata di arredi un po' datati e/o vintage, ma con un po' di spirito di adattamento ci si abitua. La punta di diamante della struttura è la posizione che si trova a circa 800 m dal centro, quindi la sera se si vuole cenare fuori dalla struttura o fare due passi non serve prendere l'auto per gli spostamenti. Il residence si trova di fronte all' hotel Posada, stesso gruppo club esse, in quest'ultimo si trova il ristorante con pranzo e cena a buffet con un prezzo accessibilissimo. Sia l' hotel che il residence hanno il bar e piscina. E ogni sera nel teatro del residence vengono organizzati spettacoli molto carini a cura dei ragazzi dell'animazione, mentre nell'hotel si ha un bel piano bar live a bordo piscina. Punto dolente della struttura e l'isolamento acustico, in pratica assente, infatti si sentono tutti i rumori proveniente dai vari alloggi adiacenti disturbando così il vostro riposo, l'arredamento troppo datato, infissi non dotati di zanzariere e clima non adeguato, poiché presente solo nella camera da letto matrimoniale e non riesce a rinfrescare camera singola e cucina. Isolamento acustico inesistente, arredamento troppo datato e/o vintage, infissi non dotati di zanzariere e clima non adeguato.
• concetta (8/5): - L'appartamento comodo, spazioso. La cucina ben attrezzata, letti comodi, bagno comodo, finestre e porta con buona capacità insonorizzante. Lo spazio esterno comodo anche per pranzare/cenare. Il verde esterno molto ben curato e piacevole. L'animazione discreta e simpatica. Manca un forno/fornetto in cucina, mancherebbe un condizionatore in soggiorno ma è molto ben sostituito da un grande ventilatore a soffitto. L'appartamento necessiterebbe di un po' di manutenzione con la quale diventerebbe davvero un gioiellino.

• SUAREZ (6/5): Bon séjour sur place, proximité des îles de la Maddalenamais rapport qualité prix clairement pas au rendez-vous. - Deux piscines à disposition, proximité du port de Palau avec ferry pour les îles de la Maddalena. Appartement disposant d’une kitchenette, mais « rien pour cuisiner », à savoir pas de condiments, sel, poivre, huile… et nécessité de garder la vaisselle propre contre frais de ménage de 50€, mais pas d’éponge ni liquide vaisselle. Aspect très vieillot de l’intérieur de l’appartement. Nous sommes arrivés à 15h, nous avons dû attendre 21h pour avoir le lit bébé qui nous avait été accordé, après avoir appelé deux fois la réception de l’hôtel. Pourtour de piscine peu entretenu.

• PAMELA (8/5): - Le residence est propre et joli. L'appartement très spacieux. Le personnel très gentil et disponible. La réception est ouverte tout le temps et le personnel est toujours à l'écoute et gentil. Le staff des animateurs très sympa et professionnels. Même si la plage est jolie et l'eau est claire la plage se trouve juste en face le port de Palau ou' il y a un passage énorme de bateaux pour les îles en face: Maddalena, Spargi etc. Donc il y a parfois un fort odeur de nafta, essence et pour cette raison je préfère aller dans des plages à côté , en voiture. Entre les apartments au rez-de-chaussée il sera bien de mettre un sépare entre une terrasse et l'autre pour avoir un peu pmis d'intimité quand on est dehors.

Mało wydajna klimatyzacja w głównej sypialni i brak klimatyzacji w pozostałych pokojach. Były tam jedynie wiatraki. Zbyt ubogie wyposażenie w kuchni. Część rzeczy wymaga wymiany.

Ingen informasjon om wifi, så dette fikk vi aldri brukt. Vi informerte 2. dagen av oppholdet vårt på totalt en uke, at ett av toalettene ikke fungerte. Vi fikk ikke noe svar på hvordan de hadde tenkt å ordne det. Vi spurte igjen etter 4 dager, og enda en gang etter 6 dager. Toalettet ble ikke ordnet så lenge vi bodde der. Lite bestikk og glass tilgjengelig. Ikke noe utstyr til oppvask. Dette må kjøpes selv.

The life guards were inconsistent, allowing some people to jump and others not. One swimming pool attendant threatened to start chlorinating the pool before my children were out of the water. The rooms were dirty. And when I asked questions the staff would not answer, just saying it is is hotel policy. The reception and internet is not on site, but is across a road. Booking.com has obviously not inspected this hotel as they would not allow the description or ratings if they had. Boo to the hotel and boo to Booking.com!

Op wandelafstand van haventje Palau let lekkere restaurantjes, gelateria’s, bars, … en ook vlakbij een gezellig en relatief rustig strandje. Onze dochter vond het zwembad ook erg aangenaam. Slacht 1 airco en deze bevindt zich in de slaapkamer beneden. Boven in de slaapkamer en ook in de leefruimte was het dan ook erg warm.

• aciernocar (3/5): Organizzazione e servizi da migliorare - La vicinanza a piedi al centro di Palau. Considerando il prezzo alto pagato per una settimana, ci si aspettava dei servizi migliori. L'appartamento era molto caldo, infatti c'era un solo condizionatore nella camera da letto matrimoniale, mentre nelle altre stanze solo dei ventilatori poco efficaci. Le porte erano rumorose perché si bloccavano a terra nell'aprirle/chiuderle. Inoltre, si sentiva molto forte il rumore anche delle porte dei vicini, specialmente durante la notte. L'organizzazione delle serate non era molto attrattiva, rispetto ad altri Club in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Abbiamo chiesto un cavatappi, avendolo trovato rotto in casa, e ci hanno detto che per ogni bottiglia che volevamo aprire bisognava recarsi al ristorante. Abbiamo comprato noi il cavatapp,i al prezzo di 3,00 €.

Die Zimmer sind extrem veraltet, das Wasser lief im Waschbecken nicht ab – komplett verstopft. Die Möbel im Bad waren aufgequollen und in schlechtem Zustand. Auf dem Balkon des Kinderzimmers standen Aschenbecher voller Zigarettenkippen vom vorherigen Gast – absolut ekelhaft. Die Matratzen waren völlig durchgelegen und eine Zumutung. Der Pool war trüb und sichtbar verschmutzt; offenbar wurde er nicht regelmäßig gereinigt. Im Wasser trieben benutzte Taschentücher und Haarbüschel – wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Es gab viel zu wenige Liegen, die abends nicht aufgeräumt oder gerichtet wurden. Ein weiteres Problem: Im Elternschlafzimmer, das sich in der oberen Etage befand, gab es keine Klimaanlage – was das Schlafen am Abend bei hohen Temperaturen sehr unangenehm machte. Zum Glück war im Kinderzimmer eine Etage darunter eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Für drei Nächte zu dritt haben wir knapp 700 € bezahlt – dafür ist die Leistung eine absolute Frechheit. Diese Ferienresidenz ist völlig überteuert und bietet keinerlei Qualität. Ein kleiner Pluspunkt: Palau selbst ist ein charmantes, kleines Fischerdorf auf Sardinien. On the balcony of the children’s room, there were ashtrays full of cigarette butts left by previous guests – absolutely disgusting. The mattresses were completely worn out and very uncomfortable. • Enrico (6/5): Carino ma con qualche riserva per quanto riguarda l'appartamento - Il villaggio è carino e si trova in una posizione strategica, si arriva a piedi al porto e al centro di Palau. Appartamento grande (appartamento per 4 persone), una camera doppia al piano e una doppia sul piano rialzato / sottotetto, presenti due bagni. Attenzione: è presente solo una pompa di calore in una delle due camere, il resto dell'appartamento non ha aria condizionata! Animazione molto bella e simpatica ideale per le famiglie e per passare dei dopo cena in allegria soprattutto per chi ha figli. L'aria condizionata era presente SOLO nella camera principale!!! Nel soggiorno e nella camera al piano superiore / sottotetto non era presente alcun condizionatore e ahimè c'era un caldo soffocante! Non bastano certo due ventilatori a smuovere l'aria calda! Ho dovuto spostare i letti di mie figlie per metterli tutti assieme nella camera principale e stavamo tutti attaccati! Anche mangiare al caldo è stata dura, devono capire il caldo ultimamente raggiunge livelli assurdi e chi affitta un appartamento ha bisogno di comodità e relax altrimenti uno se ne sta a casa! Le piscine sono carine ma piccole, potrebbe essere un problema nei periodi di maggiore affluenza.
• Margita (6/5): - The property is located near the beach and port. It was very nice and quiet place. I paid extra for air conditioning and it was only in one bedroom, in the other one under the roof wasn’t - there was extremely hot, the same in the living/kitchen room. The kitchen had a few equipment, nothing to wash dishes with.
