• Moussa (7/5): Lovely Place - I liked some dishes, the clean beach / pool and activities. The Jacuzzi was never warm always cold. Too many flies on the food (Pizza, Cheese, Ham, Vegetables,...) which was disgusting to be honest.

• Maksym (3/5): Do not book if you're booking as a gift to someone else - I booked it months before the stay. Booked it for my mom asa present in her BD, and clearly defined the guest details in Booking. Just few days before the travel they messaged me saying that the payment must be done upfront (which is fine), but ONLY with CC on a name of a guest. I tried explaining them it's a present and I'd like to pay myself - but no luck, they threatened me they'll canel the booking (again - few days before the travel! All things packed, tickets bought, friends are waiting her there) End result: gift was ruined by a need my mom to pay herself
• Julius (9/5): Great stay over all - Lots of space and nice staff. Evening entertainment great. Food could be better, as some meals were not great. Could introduce more different world food nights.
• Tetiana (3/5): Disaster - It was one of my worst stays ever! I did not like anything about the place! The worst place I’ve ever stayed! Food is horrible, room are smelly, full of kids , felt like you are at the last destination…. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone to go there!!!
• Eduardkarulis (10/5): Great hotel. There is everything for a family vacation and everything is at a very high level. - It's a wonderful hotel. There is everything for recreation and entertainment for both adults and children: a private beach, a playground on the beach, a heated pool and a shallow part for children, a water park with slides for adults and children, slot machines for children and adults, a SPA center with a Jacuzzi and pools. There are almost always places on the beach and by the pool. A beach with small pebbles, you can buy shoes for children. Good staff. Interesting shows in the evening. Not a bad meal. There are shops near the hotel. For those who arrive late, it is possible to better organize the service, for example, to leave food in the room.

• Maryam (9/5): Superb - Hotel was fabulous. The facilities were great and security was very good. A safe hotel for family. Food was varied and exotic. All the staff were helpful. A special thank you to Layla the Desk Manager and Mr. Idris the Guest Relations Manager for dealing with all our requests - they deserve a promotion. Beds were comfortable and rooms were a good size. Spa was lovely and indoor pool was nice and warm. The view of the mountain is unbeatable!!! And the waterslides were thrilling for adults and children alike. I would like to thank Rai Premium for a fantastic holiday! Noisy with loud music

• Valentyn (9/5): Superb - The room and the hotel in general were very good. The sea was clean and warm, great animation team, very nice waiters, especially when you thank them! Territory is green and amazing. Great food, especially on Tuesdays when fish is served. Administration is kind and very helpful. This is my second time in this hotel, and I come back there again for sure!! I am pretty much sure that the hotel is really worth paid money and I highly recommend to visit it. Room cleaning was not always available. The only cleaning services available was towels changes. Minibar in the room was filled only in the end of our 10-day vacation. Also bottles of water were not served in the room. Needed to run down to the bar each time to take water. It wasn't a problem, but could be fixed. Extremely big minus is that almost all deck chairs are occupied starting from 6AM. I think that if the hotel wants to attract European tourists, it should review its policy... At least forbid leaving towels for the whole day without using deck chairs. Otherwise, we had to wake up early and run quickly on the beach to find a free place to rest. The same with the amphitheater. Each time when we tried to watch the show, all places were occupied by empty bottles, which is forbidden as the administration representative informed us. These are 2 points that I think the hotel can improve on, and are mentioned here not as something bad, but as something the hotel can take more control of.

• Peter_cervienka (7/5): Nice hotel for Russians - I liked the room, cleanliness and services. There are lot of beach bars when one can take a refreshment from. Also staff is always willing to help. Despite the international hotel, the staff did not know English, just Russian. I realise, majority of their customers are from Russia, but waiters should know what "fork" means, security guard should know what number is "eight" and that "cuba libre" is not a beer. I do not expect fluent English, but the staff should, at least, know the basic words in English "just in case".

• Sarper (10/5): Fabulous Family Friendly Resort! Two Thumbs Up! - We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay at Queen’s Park Rai Premium Tekirova. The staff was very attentive, the food was rather delicious, the accommodations for children and adults were nice. You have the best of both worlds at this resort, the sea view in the front of the property and the beautiful mountains in the back. This property even has two waterparks on premise - one for younger children and the other for older kids/adults. The resort has everything you might need onsite, but if you choose to venture outside property lines there are even endless stores to shop and grocery stores/pharmacies if needed. Family friendly resort. We had a fabulous time and look forward to returning!
• Tatsiana (9/5): perfect stay, great clean, modern hotel, good food. however purely Russian speaking - clean, good variety of food for all inclusive, high standard of finish the hotel is purely Russian speaking. everything was perfect, however more facilities and English speaking stuff would be make it more attractive for more people.
• Muhamed (6/5): Pleasant - The staff were very friendly, the food was amazing, the hotel was beautiful, the room was ok. Our room was not so great. We had the jacuzzi room. In our first room our AC didnt work for 4 days and it was literally 40 degrees outside and the room was like a sauna all day and night. We got a replacement room, where the AC worked but the ventilation in the bathroom didnt, the blinds seperating the bathroom and bedroom didnt work either so it was open all the time, and one night we found cockroaches in the shower.... There was also a door which led to the room beside, in our room (clearly they made a bigger suite into two rooms) u could hear kids screaming all night and people talking, so there wasnt too much privacy.
• Genadi (9/5): Superb - Absolutely incredible place It is not a big area but you have it all there including an aquapark with a lot of attractions, a big and nice pool and sea beach. It is also a very good spa with a kind staff and an impressive interior.
• Ali (9/5): A beautiful beach resort that I'd definitely come back to - an exceptional hotel, beautiful beach, clean rooms and pool and a definite value for money. Thw buffet had a huge varieties of food and drinks with different options everyday. every night there was an entertainment show happening at the amphitheater. The staff are really helpful and welcoming and everything looks exactly as you see in the photos. the only thing that can be mentioned here were the lifts which were too slow and too less for the number of guests at the hotel and had to wait for a long time to get in one
