• Siviwe (1/5): - The area where it's located is good. Not sufficient parking space for people driving a big car like a Vito, which I was driving. The room had a funny smell and the pictures are not a true reflection of what I experienced. The breakfast prepared bad. The bread was hard. We even checked out way before the night of our check-out.

There's no complimentary water in the room, the kettle only had water for 1 cup, although we were two guests. We had to take the water from the mini bar, and 500ml bottle costs R30! They can improve on that. Everything else was perfect.

• Ramkisson (3/5): bad - the breakfast and location was great Room Number 6 was horrible , the tv was small , the bed was uncomfortable - the carpets were very dirty. a suggestion to change the room floors to wooden flooring and the bed was like a rock . travelling for work - there was no space to work on laptop the tv cabinet is horrific and the tv was the size of a monitor. a few tweaks will bring this to a superb accomodation - the staff extremely friendly and the breakfast was great.

Good breakfast to finish. Perhaps time for a steam clean of the carpets in my room. But would not stop me from booking again.

Nas fotos as instalaçōes e quartos parecem bons não é mesmo? Mas nos deram quartos no porão do "hotel", não há cama de casal queen ou king size, todas as camas são 2 de solteiro juntadas, e em ambos os quartos 1 dos lados da cama estava mais baixo do que o outro e o colchão é extremamente desconfortável. A pia era inutilizável no banheiro infelizmente.

• Lemmeck (2/5): Unpleasant, i hated every minute of it. - The staff there was great. Kept trying to make excuses for the venue and its management. 1. Disabled unfriendly 2. Poor breakfast menu, they basically serve eggs, saysage and bread. I only ate once in my 4 day stay. 3. Old and carpets smell 4. Cold water for 2 days 5. Poor bar, had only Black Label, Savanna, Hansa and Winhoek. I dis see some ingredients for cocktails but i dnt drink cocktails. And thats the main bar, not the mini bar in the rooms which are worse. 6. The suite i was given was next to breakfast area. I could almost hear people chewing, imagine them chatting. 7. One curtained sliding/big window is facing directly to the smoking sitting area, i could see people smoking while lying on the bed. 8. The unsmart old TVS, damn it. They just have a DSTV Decoder. In 2026 u must watch Chick Norris Movies on MNet Movie Magic? Oh, they also have a DVD player incase you want to watch your old DVDs, which i find very weird. 9. The manager was apparently on Maternity leave, i have called many times and even sent SMSs, im yet to get a response. 10. I paid a fortune for this creepy old place. I think over the 4 days there were only 2 other guests there, which actually makes sense considering the appalling state of the place and its poor service.

Breakfast was lovely and freshly made. However staff did not cater for my disability or need as placed me in a tiny room which was difficult to access as there is no lift. No management available to speak with and staff in charge uninterested and unhelpful. The inability to cater to customer needs or offer good customer service and satisfaction

Das hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und nichts repariert. Tür im Bad verliert fast den Türknauf. Wurde trotz Meldung nicht repariert. Minibar die angepriesen wurde war nicht vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage reagierte Personal gleichgültig und meinte in dem Zimmer gebe es keine mehr. Frühstück besteht nur aus Müsli und Joghurt. Bestellungen sonst gegen Aufpreis und Kaffee gab es am ersten Tag auch nicht. War vor 10 Jahren vielleicht noch was aber die Zeiten sind vorbei
• Ben (4/5): Jammer dat we een fantastische vakantie zo moesten afsluiten maar gelukkig maar voor een nacht. - De locatie was prima Het was een heel raar hotel, rare entree, een kamer ergens onder in het gebouw naast een groot inpandig zwembad. Kamers vies grote vieze vlekken in beddengoed. Grote hekken voor onze kamer, buiten zaten mensen drugs te roken en alles kwam naar binnen moesten de deur dicht houden en de airco aanzetten die maakt zoveel lawaai alsof je naast een vliegveld zat. Kortom alles behalve de locatie was erg slecht en vooral vies.

The TV doesn't have netflix or any streamer only a bunch of sport channels. no minibar The breakfast was sad, no almond milk, so basic an uninteresting and needs to be ordered the night before. When I booked I requested 8PM check in and they declined it for no reason. I replied with questions and they never answered, Bad customer service They don't take cash for incidental of 60 zar only. Just highly uninteresting, I should have gone to the Taj, it was the same price

• PEDRO (4/5): - O quarto em que ficamos poderia ser melhor. A cama era pequena, a janela dava de frente para a casa ao lado (as cortinas tinham que ficar sempre fechadas), não tinha frigobar. A piscina fica em uma área coberta, e o rooftop que aparece em uma das fotos é só para os hóspedes de um dos quartos.

• Lorren (4/5): Definitely NOT 4 start……3 star. - The versatility of the location and the fact that the spa is on the property. Absolutely loved the aesthetics. Amazing pieces and the decor is on point. The kitchen staff were great as were the staff at the spa. The property needs a bit of maintenance… the ‘terrace’ could do with a paint job and outside couch can be dusted or covered to prevent dust accumulating while not in use. Pot plants outside room 8 can be watered to create a more inviting experience. Dead plants are never a good thing. Also please can you get better quality toilet paper. I think they used a recycled brand but it was very unpleasant to use. Repair the second fountain in the entrance. The DStv was not working so we couldn’t use the tv at all.

Our room was very exposed to the road and traffic outside so there was a bit of noise. Plus there is a strong spotlight in the garden directed straight towards our window blasting the room with a rather unsettling white light.

• Lindy (10/5): My stay made me feel very safe out of the country - The staff was absolutely wonderful! It was my first time out of the country and I felt at ease! They were very accomdating and friendly! In addition, the spa staff was very kind and did a great job on my facial! I did not like how there was no air conditioning. It got very hot, but it was not intolerable. The beer and snack options weren't a ton, but they were good!

They were overwhelmed. The guy from Reception was the one serving food as well. Multi tasking at our expense (Time) we wasted a lot of time waiting for breakfast because we were a group everything was done as a group. There's no bottle water to drink in the room. They're selling everything. There's no safe water to drink.
