• Sonja (10/5): - Der Aufenthalt im Artemis Studio war perfekt. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend. Athina ist eine liebevolle, sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
• Lesley (8/5): A pleasant stay which was relaxing ,enjoyed the local walks. the local walks - It was lovely to have plenty of room..having the bedroom area on the mezzanine was a big bonus. The kitchen area was spacious and there were 2 balconies… Everything was spotless! The only issue for me were the stairs in the room…the treads were a little narrow so had to take them carefully,

• Alexander (8/5): - Schöne Unterkunft in Agios Roumeli, am Ende des Ortes in einer Seitenstrasse nicht weit vom schönen Strand. Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit Küche und zwei Balkons, es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Sehr ruhige, idyllische Lage teils mit Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer. Nette Gastgeber. Mir hat es insgesamt gut gefallen. Bett befindet sich auf einer zweiten, rückwärtig gelegenen Ebene im Zimmer, was eigentlich gut ist, weil es das Zimmer größer macht. Dadurch hatte man jedoch nur wenig Luftbewegung und selbst bei eingeschalteter Klimaanlage war es nachts sehr warm. Ein Decken- oder Standventilator würde hier Abhilfe schaffen. Klimaanlage leider etwas laut.

Jag gillade den lilla köket och möjligheten att laga frukost. Jag lagade mat bara en gång:) Tack för en trevlig vistelse! Jag har inga klagomål!

• Mary (9/5): Excellent accommodation, such an unreal location - What can i say... Agia Roumeli is just an unreal place to visit. It is inundated with people arriving from walking down the Samaria gorge in the afternoon but when the ferry leaves at about 5.30, it is just so nice and quiet. There are numerous restaurants, some with fab sea views. Couple of lovely supermarkets and people are so friendly. The apartment is fabbb.... very spacious and the host is so helpful and friendly. Views to the sea and mountains behind. Very clean and comfortable, basic facilities for cooking, but so many restaurants for greek food... why would you cook... love this place the mosquitoes....................

• Christina (10/5): Beautiful apartment with friendly host. - The apartment was beautiful, clean and well furnished. There were two balconies with wonderful views of the sea and mountains. It was lovely to watch the wild goats on the mountain side The hostess was delightful and extremely helpful and friendly. The beach was a short walk away as were the restaurants and bars. Everyone was very friendly. Everything was great, there was nothing to dislike!

• Vanessa (10/5): Great value, close to beach, kind owners - Kind owners! This place is exactly as described online and in photos. It’s a great value for the price, especially for those with families that need a larger room. It has one building between itself and beach but some balconies may have a partial sea view. Short 3 min walk to beach. Had everything we needed. We would return again in the future. Thank you! These are older facilities but this was expected, as many buildings in this area are. Facilities were honestly and accurately represented online so we were fine with it!

• Esther (10/5): Exceptional - One night stay after walking the Samaria gorge so we didn't have to rush for the ferry. The accomodation is great, 2 balconies both with side view of the sea. Good air conditioning, really comfy beds. Great place to recover from the long walk. Athena was very welcoming and let us stay until 12. Nothing to dislike
• Gill (9/5): Great spacious apartment - Very spacious apartment with two balconies, both of which had a partial sea view. Lovely comfortable beds on a mezzanine. Very close to the centre and lovely friendly host. The shower was a little small, but otherwise all was great.

We feel very fortunate to have stayed in your comfortable and spacious studio apartment for a whole week. The beds were oh so comfortable! Excellent location for all the walking and exploring we did. Lovely stony beach nearby with crystal clear waters. We hope to return one day. It really was a little bit of heaven! We also ate twice at Artimis restaurant and it was one of our favourite places to eat out of all the restaurants in Agia Roumeli. Well done to this lovely family who are working hard to give those who venture to this remote and rugged place, such a wonderful time. We loved everything about the studio. Some may find it unsuitable due to steep staircases to apartment and to mezzanine bedroom.....but it was absolutely perfect for us.🥰

• Δημήτρης (7/5): Decent & clean but poor payment arrangements - Clean, decent room at a fair price. Not possible to pay using a POS for debit/credit cards. I was offered instead, to type in my card details into the manager's smart phone (which I found inappropriate to say the least), or to pay cash on the spot and receive a receipt the day after.(which I think is very bad form and possibly illegal)

• Adam (9/5): Excellent apartment in stunning beautiful location - Apartment - enormous and spacious, especially for a single person. Separate mezzanine bedroom area and two balconies, one mountain facing and one side sea view facing. Air conditioning available, but two enormous high windows provided enough breeze during the daytime if both opened not to need it. Location - at the end of the beautiful village, a minute from the quiet black sand and pebble beach into the crystal clear blue waters of the Libyan Sea. Better location for having a little distance from the many day trippers and hikers exiting the Samaria gorge most days. Village located at the end of the gorge, and only accessible by ferry (stunning ferry ride along part of the south coast of the island). Very easy to walk up the bottom end of the gorge (which I did). Host - Eva was lovely. Always on hand for information and advice, and we even managed to have a lovely conversation in my broken Greek and her broken English! Mezzanine bedroom area was very hot. Problem only solvable by using the air conditioning for a couple of hours before going to bed, which lasted most of the night (remote control available for A/C for quick cooling if required). Eva and owners aware of the issue and offered this advice/solution.
• Lisa (9/5): Highlight of our father-daughter trip to Greece - My dad and I spent a week travelling around Crete and this was the best place we stayed. The host was super friendly and made us feel so welcome. The accommodation was perfect for us to relax in between adventures and we especially liked having coffee on the balcony overlooking the sea. Agia Roumeli is a very cute town surrounded by stunning scenery and has some beautiful walks. Can't recommend this place enough!

Athina is super amazing kind & generous & hospitable host. good location in Agia Roumeli - very close to the beach ( fabulous deep sea swimming) and also close to the beginning of the Gorge walk but also away from the sometimes more busy , very centre of the village .

• Sergey (10/5): Exceptional - Spacy convenient apartment with high ceiling and bedroom on the 2nd floor. Privacy on the balcony. Kitchenette is enough equipped (we didn't really cooked, only washing fruits, making tea, toasts, etc. .) Friendly helpful owner.
