włóczykijka (8/5): Ok - Super lokalizacja w rynku, pod zamkiem. W pokoju czysto i Ciepło, suszarka I lodówka. Śniadanie ok. Trafil nam sie pokoj, w którym okno wyglądało na... ścianę budynku obok. Wiec tak jakby nie bylo okna. W takim hotelu nie powinno byc takich pokojów. Obniżyło to poziom zadowolenia z pobytu. Nie oczekiwalismy super widoku, ale bez przesady...

Michal (10/5): Úžasné 4* genius loci Náchoda - Kubistické apartmá s řadou milých detailů - koupelná, skříně, židle, stůl, světla, … s celkem šťastným doplněním křesílky a postelemi. "Welcome set" - sekt, ovoce, voda, limonáda, pivo, oplatky, buráky. Župany a přezůvky. Lednička, varná konev, nespressovar. V noci klid, snídaně skvělá (párečky, teplé/studené uzeniny, sýry, vejce míchaná/sázená. pomázánky/saláty. zelenina/ovoce, sladký sektor s čerstvými lívanci a zákusky. Jídelna krásná s velkými okny na náměstí. V restauraci aktuálně jarní chřestové menu (na chřestu z Mělníka) + běžný jídelní lístek (vídeňský řízek s bramborovým salátem). Úplné drobnosti, které kontrastovaly s vysokou úrovní ubytování - jako je totálně nepadnoucí WC prkénko; absence nespresso kapslí v jinak velkoryse pojatém servisu.
Jaroslav (8/5): Dobré místo k ubytování pro poznávání regionu - Pěkný čistý hotel s příjemným personálem. Restaurace lehké retro, nabídka jídel typicky česká, knedlíky apod. Snídaně formou bufetu s dostatečným výběrem jídla i nápojů. Hotel je čistý, tichý a klidný. Okna na náměstí se ukázala jako nevýhoda, protože v noci se na náměstí pohybují návštěvníci blízkého baru a po zavírací době jsou hluční.
Blanka (10/5): - Byli jsme jedním slovem nadšení. Nádherný secesní hotel na náměstí, pěkný pokoj, čistý, bílé povlečení. Úžasná snídaně, ta nejlepší míchaná vejce, jaká jsem kdy měla, obrovský výběr. Využili jsme i restauraci na večeři, perfektní kuchyně za rozumné ceny. Přijeli jsme na kole, nebyl problém uskladnit v prostorné garáži. Veškerý personál byl příjemný a nápomocný. To vše za cenu, za kterou se v okolí nabízejí o několik řádů horší ubytování. Nic zásadního. Jen bych doporučila podávat vína od jiného vinařství, zkuste třeba Vinařství Morkuša z Mutěnic.

Ladislav (1/5): - Při vstupu do pokoje jsme zjistili, že okna jsou zasklena mléčným sklem, což jsem nikde nezažil a to je mi 75 let. Za oknem ve vzdálenosti cca 2 m byla zeď a cca 30 cm pod parapetem okna byla nějaká konstrukce se světlíkem. Jednalo se o pokoj č. 104 a možná i okolní pokoje. Manželka v noci slyšela nějaké zvuky, pravděpodobně kočky, možná i něco horšího, takže jsme se báli v noci větrat, aby nám do pokoje nějaké zvíře nevlezlo. Myslím, že tyto prostory by se hodily pro sklady. Ladislav Karda.

Miła pani w recepcji i miłe panie sprzątające. Pokoje są dwuosobowe. Jeżeli przyjeżdża się z dzieckiem, nawet małym, musi ono spać w osobnym pokoju. Trudno na ten temat rozmawia się z menagerem hotelu. Warto zamówić hotel przez booking.com.

Linda (10/5): - Hotel je přímo na náměstí, takže je vše jako na dlani - památky, restaurace, kousek na autobusové a vlakové nádraží. Recepce funguje 24 hodin a recepční jdou milé a ochotné. Pokoj byl útulný a čistý, matrace pohodlné. Hotelová kavárna funguje od osmi hodin ráno, takže i bez objednané snídaně jsme měli možnost dát si výbornou ranní kávu.
