- Parisa (9/5): Nice hotel - The location 1 free ice cream everyday The staff are very very friendly and helpful. The young girl checking us in was very nice the manager also. There is a kind of a private beach but it’s still open to others than the hotel guests, you pay 100d and get a drink and a sun bed till 4pm. The housekeeping did a great job everyday.breakfast was good and you can choose from many things. Shopping mall with a supermarket just next to the hotel. Good seafood restaurants in the area. On our last night the had accommodated us with a connecting room which we appreciated very much! The bathroom set up, the bath was too small and if you wanted to take shower all the water went everywhere around the bath, not practical. Hotel is very huge so is the breakfast area, therefore it can get overwhelming and loud in the morning.

Вокруг большое количество ресторанов, массажных салонов, магазинов, все в шаговой доступности. Сам отель новый и приятный, номера чистые, персонал приветливый. Неплохой завтрак, хотя фруктов можно было бы предложить побольше, тем более что они стоят недорого во Вьетнаме.

All the staff were very professional and always ready to assist. The hotel even has money exchange service and tour information. Very good for the money. It is close to the night market and all other fun places around the area. It is also right next to Vincom shopping center. It is right next to a pub which has loud music every night so get ready it. If you come to this place to have fun at night, then it is for you.

- Anna Thu Hang (7/5): Nice Stay. Would be better if rooms were on the same floors - We enjoyed our stay, mainly because of the prime location. The hotel is directly across from the beach and the Sailing Club bar, which offers lively nightlife. This is a true 4-star hotel that feels clean, modern, and upscale. Unlike many places with outdated photos, this property is well maintained and updated. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection. There are many Russian guests, but that seems common throughout Nha Trang, so it was not surprising. The main downside was the room setup. We booked six rooms, but they were spread across several different floors, which was frustrating for our group. It is also a bit pricier than nearby options, but the location and overall quality still made it a worthwhile stay. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and overall a pleasant place to stay. However, the room arrangement was extremely inconvenient. I booked six rooms all under one reservation, expecting them to be grouped together or at least on the same floor. Instead, the rooms were scattered across multiple floors. This was especially challenging since our group had more kids than adults, making it difficult to supervise and move between rooms. It would have made a big difference if the hotel had taken that into consideration when assigning rooms.

- Tan Phuc (10/5): Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Super sauber, Anlage und Zimmer sehen exakt wie auf den Bildern aus. Personal super freundlich, super Service. Große Weiterempfehlung! Lage 10/10. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen mit einem WillkommensGetränk. Dann hat der nette Rezeptionist uns noch ein Upgrade fürs Zimmer gegeben. Anstatt den 27 m² haben wir dann gute 40 m² gehabt. Und er hat uns noch ein Meerblick gegeben. Kostenlos. Das Frühstück reichhaltig europäische asiatisch alles mögliche dabei. Fitnessstudio ist in Ordnung, Pool ist auch in Ordnung. Außerdem bekamen wir noch Gutscheine für den Sparbereich und für Eis. Besser geht’s nicht. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und können jeden einen Aufenthalt hier nur wärmstens empfehlen. -

- Kody (8/5): You paid for the view here. Otherwise mediocre hospitality for Nha Trang! - Everything was great for a 12 days stay there, except on the day that we checked out. Perhaps it was a busy day, but request for cart wasn't fulfill and so I had to drag all of my luggages by myself. Even for the day that they made me move room, there was no help for luggages. Checkout and last day wasn't the best experience. Bathtub/shower drainage need to be redone because you cannot take a shower without getting the whole floor wet.

The hotel needs improvement - The location of the hotel is excellent especially the front with lot of space with tables and chairs for guests to enjoy. The staff was very nice, the service was superb. We didn’t like the bed as it was hard and they immediately made changes to our satisfaction. The buffet breakfast was good with lots of variety of food and drinks however the hot food was not hot enough. The mattress and pillows weren’t good even though they had made changes to get more comfortable. The tivi was so old. The hair dryer was too old : it was too hot !

The staff are very polite and welcoming. The room is spacious, with a very comfortable king-size bed and a nice hot shower. The staff are all highly attentive and are fully committed to the hotel’s proper functioning. We particularly enjoyed our time by the pool. Vuong, who was the pool area concierge, was so amicable, anticipated everyone’s needs amd made it some we and the guests around us did not have to lift a finger. We also appreciated the assistance of the front desk staff when booking our trip to VinWonders. The Buffet was well stocked, had a great variety of local and global options and was sanitary. Everyone working was so friendly and positive. The location of this hotel also contributes to our satisfaction. It is Centrally located, beachfront, walkable and easy to find. There are many activities and food options all around. It is also very easy to call for a Grab motorbike or call to get to more local attractions. We were very happy with everything. If the hotel would like an area of improvement, the fitness area could use better equipment.

Рядом много магазинов, кафе, т.ц Очень вежливый персонал на стойке регистрации. Удобные номера, качественная уборка. У нас был номер с видом на море. Шикарный вид! Удобные кровати, мягкие подушки, чистое постельное бельё. Очень вкусные завтраки. На 3 этаже бассейн, спорт зал. Скоро вернёмся, нам все понравилось

I think it was previously used as self catering (hob in room and kitchen sink)- but there were not any plates/cutlery to use. Would be best to remove these completely and freshen up the rooms.

- Emma (10/5): Wonderful friendly hotel, with fantastic sea views. - It is a great hotel, I booked 2 rooms for my group and the hotel upgraded us to Seaview rooms and the view is totally amazing. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff are really helpful and friendly. It’s in a good location. The rooms are large and modern. I would stay there again. I wasn’t a fan of the window in the bathroom that looks into the bedroom, or the shower that was in the bath. But that is just my personal preference, my other family members didn’t mind the bathrooms.

Zimmer war sehr groß, die Lage sehr schön und der Pool zum kurzen abkühlen sehr schick! Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und umfangreich:) Alles super! Gibt’s eigentlich nichts, nur wenn man vielleicht gerne duscht ist eine Wanne eher unpraktisch.

- Maira (10/5): Лучший отель с классным пляжем для проживания в Нячанге - Локация супер. Через дорогу сразу пляж. Рядом ТЦ с ресторанами и детским игровым центром. Персонал вежливый. Администратор Анни на ресепшене всегда готова помочь по любому запросу. Номера чистые, есть все необходимое, уборка каждый день. Постель комфортная. Завтраки хорошие, ресторан при отеле отличный, недорогой. Бассейн на 3 этаже. Жаль , что нет балконов. Только окна на полу-открывании.

Wir hatten 1 Nacht verlängert, über booking.com ein Standart Zimmer (auf Empfehlung vom Receptionisten) gebucht und wir konnten im Meersicht Zimmer bleiben (gratis upgrade) - vielen Dank. Das Bad ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen (Badewanne..). Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, hatten aber auch schon bessere. Preis/-Leistung grundsätzlich ok. Annie ist sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit.
