Me recomendaron, a petición mia, un sitio de masajes que eran muy profesionales y con la simpatía típica vietnamita. Por decir algo, el café del desayuno es mejorable.
• Christiane (7/5): - The bed was very comfortable. Host was friendly. Car pick up and drop off service was great value for money. They could improve having someone at reception. The bikes are free to use but they are not maintained, i.e. the tires need to be pumped. There was no hot water in the morning. Drinking water in the rooms should be refilled daily, even if room isn't cleaned.

• Beate (10/5): Tolle kleine Ankage mit sehr freundlichen Menschen in wunderschöner Umgebung. - Ruhige Lage unmittelbar in den Reisfeldern. Mit dem Rad zwei Kilometer von der Altstadt entfernt und zwei Kilometer zum Strand. Die Frühstücksauswahl war sehr eingeschränkt( ein Getränk, ein Gericht und ein Dessert möglich) und der Kaffee war für Vietnam sehr schlecht.

• Tricia (10/5): Amazing value & hospitality is stunning location - This was the cheapest stay I had in Vietnam- but it was the best! Stunning location, walk to cafes, restaurants, spas, laundry. Breakfast was hearty, I only needed one other meal a day- delicious fresh hot Bahn mi, fruit plate, eggs, coffee- plus other options. The room was fantastic- huge, amazing views, great ac, thick curtains, I slept so well- and quiet. The family is lovely, they booked my airport transfer which was cheaper than grab. Free bike use around beautiful rice fields. Not to mention the awesome pool big enough for laps. I can’t wait to come back. Rooms are a little old but made no difference to the quality of my stay, what you would expect from a guesthouse & added character- bed was very comfortable though.

Кондиционер работал, горячая вода была все время, бассейн и лежаки чистые, кровати удобные , белье чистое. Матрасы удобные. Можно заказать обед в отеле. Магазин маленький в 200 метрах, есть курица гриль очень вкусная . До моря на такси 60 донгов. -

• Laura (9/5): Très beau homestay, au calme - Le homestay était très beau, l’emplacement idéal, la chambre très grande avec un lit immense. On était triste de ne pas rester plus longtemps. Petit bémol sur le bruit car il faisait des travaux… mais bon ce n’est pas très grave.

• Viktoria (10/5): Traumhaft! - Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage, man kommt zu Fuß und auch mit den Rädern gut in die Stadt oder zum Strand. Es ist ruhig es ist direkt an den Reisfeldern. Es ist wirklich einfach schön und abends ist doch alles schön beleuchtet was es super gemütlich macht. Fahrräder hat man kostenlos bekommen und die Familie die dort arbeitet ist auch super lieb und hilfsbereit.

El desayuno es muy básico, menú cerrado. Literalmente es un café con un bocata de lo que elijas y un yogurt o fruta. No esperes grandes cosas. Además en todos los días no nos hicieron ni uno la habitación ni cambiaron las toallas. Falta grave. También comentar que no cojáis el servicio de lavandería, dimos nuestra ropa y toda la ropa clara o blanca la estropearon al echar un producto raro. Y encima te hacen pagar el servicio igualmente y te dicen que es culpa tuya por no avisar de separar claro con oscuro jaja Dicho todo esto, valorar vuestra estancia

• Dinah (10/5): Tolle Lage und zuvorkommender Service - Die Lage ist wunderbar und alles ist mit dem Fahrrad, welches kostenlos geliehen werden kann, gut erreichbar, ob Altstadt oder Strand und trotzdem ist man etwas außerhalb des Trubels. Das Frühstück war lecker und in der Auswahl absolut in Ordnung. Die Unterkunft hat alles was benötigt wird, ist sehr sauber und jeden Tag wird gereinigt. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen)

• Manan (10/5): Rice paddies were lovely - I liked the size of the rooms. It’s probably equivalent to 4-5 Tokyo studio units. The hotel has bikes and it’s a very bike friendly town. I went when it was cold so I couldn’t use the pool but they have one. I wouldn’t walk to old town but I’d recommend getting a motorbike ($4/day) or plan on bicycling. They’re relatively strict with scooters in the city center you’d have to drive it from business to business or pay to park somewhere and the street does close at 6pm for the walking markets. There’s some little hassles with the scooter just bicycle it. Plan on bicycling or renting a scooter. It’s definitely bicycling distance to old town and a scooter can be dangerous, would not recommend motorcycles in Vietnam for first time riders. Just ride the bicycle and be able to park anywhere for free. You’re saving at most 15 minutes to get to the other side of old town, only 5~7 min bicycle to the city area. They do have scooters and parking restrictions in the city center. Next time I wouldn’t get a motorbike because you’re forced to drive from shop to shop or pay to park somewhere when it’s an easy to walk city. Would not get a car unless you’re planning on waiting in traffic, got one last time and had to deal with 1 lane bridges.. good luck getting anywhere during rush hour. There’s chickens but they’re natures alarm clock. It’s healthy to wake up and see the sunrise.
• Stephan (10/5): Relaxing stay at Golden Rice Villa - I had spent a week in Hoi An (lovely but busy) and it was something of a relief to move to Golden Rice Villa. The staff are very helpful, the rooms are large - mine was a corner room with two balconies and views over the paddy fields. It's about a 2km ride into Hoi An by bike through the paddy fields, and the same to the coast with nice beaches if that's your thing. I really enjoyed my stay there. I booked for 10 days and ended up staying 26. I'd definitely go back. Drawbacks ? Maybe some of the fittings aren't up to the standards of a Japanese hotel, but a Japanese hotel is much more expensive, and Golden Rice Villa feels more authentic and characterful.

The room and grounds are very clean with a really relaxing atmosphere. The owners are very helpful and attentive, my wife was unwell when we arrived and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. We would definitely stay there again - for longer if possible. Nothing.

Our flight was postponed 1 day because of a typhoon and they adjusted our booking with no extra cost. The staff was super friendly and helpful to organise transfers and guide us on things to do in Hoi An and Da Nang. The room was very big and comfortable! Seemed to be a bit empty and “messy” in the shared areas, maybe as we were the in October, a bit off the main season.

Value accomodation for the money. When it rains, there was nowhere to really eat breakfast apart from sharing the family living/dining room. No fans in the rooms if you don’t want the air con on.

• Danie (10/5): Stunning Oasis - We saw Golden Rice Villa on a motorbike travel documentary and decided that we wanted to check it out. So glad we did. Chilled oasis a stone throw away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An...awesome town by the way. Our room was massive...the bed huge (2 beds pushed together) We loved the splendid pool and the magnificent views. Slight white noice buzz if staying in 302...I think it may be a generator in the storage room above but it did not bother us. Thank you for a lovely experience

La chambre hyper spacieuse L'eau fournie chaque jour La douche et la piscine Les transferts aller et retour vers Da Nang gare et aéroport à prix très corrects (seulement 40k de olus que sur vexere) dans des véhicules confortables. L'éloignement relatif de Hoi An : il faisait très très chaud (37°C à 39°C) et nous n'avons pas eu le courage d'utiliser les vélos en prêt pour aller en centre-ville. Donc, dans ce cas, prévoir un budget Grab (minimum 45k one way pour une voiture jusqu'à 120k le soir ou en cas de fête, la moitié pour une bike). Il faut compter 10 minutes de trajet en véhicule à moteur, 20 minutes en vélo et 40 minutes à pied.

• Ken (10/5): This might be the best hotel in this price range in Hoi An - Preface: This review is based on the price point of the property. The rating for facilities in particular is scaled; while these are not necessarily “5 star” facilities in the grand scheme of things, they are “5 star” for the price you pay. Review: This is our second time staying here; on this trip, we stayed for twelve nights. This hotel might be the best value in Hoi An in this price range. Pros: Very spacious rooms. Beautiful setting; the grounds are filled with flowers and other plants, and the view of the rice fields (especially from the 3rd floor rooms) is lovely. Quiet. It is located on a small side road, so there is no traffic noise. However, there is an entrance to a small side street right next to the hotel, and the locals have an annoying habit of beeping their horn whenever they approach an intersection, so you will have to deal with the occasional beep-beep. The nights are very quiet, though, with no club noise, traffic noise, etc. Nice pool that we’ve never swam in. Both times we’ve visited has been during January and it’s too cold to swim; however, it does look quite nice and is well maintained. Verdict: We love this place and would stay here every time we come to Hoi An. Cons: The water pressure on the 3rd floor is pretty weak, and it’s a challenge to get the sweet spot with the shower temperature, as the water is usually either too hot or too cold. However, what do you expect at this price?
• Denise (10/5): Excellent value for money - We were welcomed so warmly by Van and Golden Rice staff as soon as we arrived and they have remained so attentive to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Set in a beautiful, peaceful semi-rural setting with easy access by pushbike (available for use) to the stunning old city/markets/historic sights. The pool was an added bonus and a great way to cool off from the heat, or to relax around. A la carte meals delicious. Golden Rice was recommended to us by friends and it certainly has not disappointed. We will also be recommending it to others. Thankyou sincerely for a lovely stay

• George (9/5): Very friendly staff, amazing location, great value for money. - Golden rice villa is in such a beautiful location, very quiet and away from busy roads and roughly in between the beach and town centre. Because it is off the main part (but only a few min walk to a main road) not many people were staying there compared to other villas so I had the place and pool to myself mostly which was perfect for my first week here. Was invited to a party by the hotel staff and was one of the best nights I’ve had while in Hoi An. Very rarely got hot water, air con wasn’t too cold but it was a very large room. None of these things were a dealbreaker because it has been very warm so cold showers are okay and the air conditioning was cold enough for me to sleep. Also they advertised they had a gym/fitness centre but every time I asked they didn’t understand and I couldn’t find one on the property. But again it’s very cheap to go to a local gym.

• Julian (10/5): Exceptional - Everything! The location is beautiful, so peaceful, only a 5 min motorbike ride / 10 min cycle from the town centre. The room and the bathroom are HUGE and very clean. The air conditioning works great, and the best part about the room is it is so well insulated that after turning off the A/C in the morning, the room is still cool when I get back in the afternoon. Van Le is an amazing host, really good communication and caters very well to her guests. The host family is lovely, they don't speak much English but they make up for it in smiles :)

• Olivia (10/5): Beautiful villa amongst the rice paddies - Absolutely loved staying here! Well equipped room and comfortable bed with lovely views. Beautiful pool. Helpful and kind host. Free bicycle usage. Wonderful location amongst the rice paddies. Water is solar heated so no hot shower on cloudy days. Internet was not always good enough for me to work from so had to use phone hotspot sometimes.

• Samantha (9/5): Beautiful, Scenic, and Convenient - Lovely accommodation in the rice paddies of Hoi Ann! The view from the entrance of the hotel is unbeatable. Room was incredibly spacious with a koi pond and pool right outside the window. You can borrow a bike from the property and bike to a lovely cafe right down the road, or 20 minutes to the nearest beach. I traveled solo while working remotely and had such a lovely, peaceful stay. It was an amazing value for the price and I hope to come back again another time!

Location was great, just a couple of minutes to the ancient town and all the restaurants and also on the way to An Bang beach. There was nothing we didn't like about Golden rice villa and the staff.
• Alison (10/5): A very family friendly place to stay. - We LOVED our stay at the golden rice villa. It was in the perfect location for us between the town and the beach. We had views over the beautiful paddy fields. The pool was great and the gardens surrounding the pool had enough space and shade. The owners were really friendly and welcoming and always on hand to answer any questions or help with laundry and taxis. They had bikes to use which we loved cycling around the pathways through the paddy fields and into town or the beach. There are many places to leave bikes at both the town or the beach. We hope to return again one day! Breakfast was simple, but fine for what we needed.

Nice to stay in a family run hotel and we were made very welcome by the family and staff. We were even invited with other guests to a family meal on our final evening in Hoi An. Room very large and comfortable.
• Karine (10/5): Incredible stay - The hotel and swimming pool were great, all the staff very kind, and we have taken bicycles to visit Hoi An and rice culture very easily. They welcomed us as members of their family. Most of all, my daugther got a heatstroke and they went to visit us at the hospital and helped us on every step. That was so nice ! Great memories !

• Anouck (10/5): Superbe hôtel au milieu des rizières - 3 nuits au Goldenrice Villa et j'aurais aimé rester plus longtemps tellement on s'y sent bien ! Le cadre est idillique, reposant, au milieu des rizières mais en même temps proche de tout, à 15 min de la plage et de la vieille ville d'Hôi An en vélo gratuit ou possibilité de louer un scooter pour un prix très raisonnable! Literie confortable, chambre très propre piscine vraiment belle et bien entretenue! Bon petit déjeuner et personnel très accueillant!
• Alla (10/5): Best place in Hoi an!!! - We loved our stay so much, we extended it for another week. The staff are warm and welcoming. Its a family run business and the love and care is very obvious. The grounds are well maintained with banana trees, lots of flowers and plants which are well taken care off and in bloom. The pool is refreshing, koy pond is a cool feature, waterfall even! The rooms are large, with high ceilings, big and comfy beds and the views from 2nd and 3rd floors of the rice paddies are worth paying extra for. We are coming back next year and Im already missing this lovely, quiet and memorable spot.
• Tom (10/5): Relaxing stay - The Golden Rice Villas in Hoi An was a very relaxing experience with the inviting pool and the extensive gardens and very accommodating management and staff. Will definitely stay there again.

Peaceful and comfortable stay. - We stayed 5 nights and booked 2 deluxe rooms thinking we'd need 2 queen beds for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids, but the beds turned out to be so large (2 super-size singles combined to form a giant king?), I think we could have gone with a triple room instead. Anyhow, our very spacious rooms were next to each other, facing the pool and padi fields. Didn't see many other guests when we were there, so it almost felt like we had the whole villa to ourselves! The complimentary breakfast was simple but yummy (you get to choose from a menu but we chose to have pho everyday and never got tired of it). Most days, we would laze around the villa in the morning, spend the afternoon at An Bang beach, then order dinner from the villa kitchen in the evenings. The lunch/dinner menu offer simple but tasty home-cooked dishes. We also used the laundry service before we left, which was really useful. They charge by the kilo, reasonable rate. Mostly, we really enjoyed the peace and quiet of this location, the large comfortable rooms/beds, and the ease of ordering inexpensive, tasty home-cooked meals when we didn't feel like catching a cab to old town just for dinner. We didn't use the pool much as we were at the beach so often. (You can cycle to Cua Dai beach from the villa but we preferred An Bang beach, easy cab ride there and back.) On our last night here, we were treated to a complimentary dinner at the villa, which was unexpected and really nice of them. Overall, excellent value!

Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell am Strand und in der Altstadt (15 Minuten) ich musste mich anfangs etwas orientieren, da ich kein Internet auf dem Handy hatte. Aber man erhält eine Karte vom Hotel. Das Fahrrad wird kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt 👍 Samstags hat die Familie das komplette Hotel zum gemeinsamen Abendessen eingeladen. Das war sehr nett und man kam mit den Gästen ins Gespräch.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the family who run it are super sweet. The location is awesome and the free bikes are a bonus! The best way to get around Hoi an! My partner and I would both go back to Hoi An again just to stay at this serene oasis!!!

The pool is beautiful and we enjoyed swimming in it. The family are very friendly and invited all the guests for a typical Hoi An meal on 1 night of our stay which was very enjoyable. Would recommend.

En el hotel te dejan bicicletas para ir a Hoi An o a la playa, a 20 minutos de distancia. El personal es súper amable. La piscina también se agradece. Muy recomendable.
