- Marthe (5/5): Prima om alleen te slapen - Dit hotel/appartement is oké, incheck proces ging heel makkelijk. De locatie is heel fijn, dichtbij het centrum. Pluspuntje, er is een wasmachine aanwezig De inrichting is heel sfeerloos, dit komt omdat er bijna geen meubilair in het appartement is en de lamp in de kamer wit TL licht afgeeft. Wat ik miste was een nachtkastje en stopcontact naast het bed. Het is heel fijn dat je een ‘balkon’ hebt, maar je kan er alleen op staan. Er wordt verder niet schoongemaakt en dat vond ik tijdens mijn verblijf van 7 dagen op een gegeven moment wel storend worden.

- GUANYU (10/5): 12樓風景很好，還有兩個大陽台住在這裡真的很舒服 - 住宿位置很棒👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻房間跟照片裡一模一樣 來大阪這一間幾對了～～～ 道頓堀走路10分鐘，黑門市場走路2分鐘，通天閣走路20分鐘 樓下對面就是7-11裡面還有換匯機台匯率很好👍🏻我基本上都是在那裡換，黑門市場裡面有個叫(黑門中川)裡面賣了很多便宜的生鮮到了晚上還有打折商品，就像台灣的全聯一樣什麼都有賣 在走路2分鐘附近也有一間(業務超市 高津店）也很好買 如果想要寄放行李走路1分鐘(黒門秀栄ビル)大行李箱行李寄放日幣700小的行李箱是日幣500 !!!!有在kkday或是klook買大阪一日遊行程，它們的集合地點和下車地點也在附近日本橋站的2號出口，走路也是5分鐘就到了 下次來大阪還是會住在這裡生活機能都超方便🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

- Yanley (9/5): Wonderful stay to end Japan trip. - Easily accessible . Detailed checkin given . Rooms were nicely space out and roomy enough for 5 pax to spread out luggages. The bathroom door could have been opaque else when someone is showering, you can use the washbasin or the the washing machine. Also probably a button to let other tour party to come up instead of coming down to open the door. a 7-11 was right by the corner and close to kuromon market.

But it is self-check-in like in most places and we had a problem with the machine which needs to scan our passports but on the first passport it just froze. Hopefully one girl of staff randomly appeared. I dont know what we would do if she hadnt appeared because I wrote emediately in the chat but I didnt know how long it would take for them to answer and it was like 7 p.m. I am just greatfull that she appeared and fixed everything ! Hopefully the machine doesnt cause any problems from now on !

- Karen (8/5): Apartamento sencillo, cómodo y bien ubicado - La cocina está poco equipada para cocinar, pero igual que en otros apartamentos de Japón.
- Zorica (10/5): Amazing - I had a really great stay at PG Kuromon in Osaka. I was especially surprised by the size of the room, compared to typical Japanese hotel rooms, it was quite spacious and very comfortable. The check-in process was very convenient and quick, as it was done through a device before entering the lobby. It was smooth and efficient. The location is excellent: the hotel is very central and popular areas like Dotonbori are within easy walking distance, which made my stay even more convenient. I also really enjoyed the view from the terrace,it was a nice bonus. Everything was clean, well organized and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again. I even got small free packets of laundry detergent and fabric softener, which was a nice extra. One small tip: when entering the address in Google Maps, it’s better to use the Japanese version. When I used the Latin spelling, I was taken to the wrong location, but with the Japanese address it worked perfectly.

- youngja (9/5): - 상주직원없었지만 문을두드리니 직원인지 주인인지 나와서 객실키를줘서 쉽게들어갔고 우리말로 대화는않됐지만 핸드폰어플로충분했어요 퇴실시간이 비가많이와서 바로앞에 시장계획이 취소됐는데10시에청소하겠다고 지금않나가면추가요즘내라고해서급히 서둘러나와서 로비에서 정리하고나왔는데 퇴실 시간을11시로알아서황당햇다 퇴실시간과 낮시간에도 상주직원이없었다

- Karen (8/5): good apartment but feels isolated - In a quiet building, very clean, and sufficient space specially after the tiny rooms of Japan. Short walk 10 min to the popular market with all the street food. 7/11 just in the corner. Didnt have any human contact, it doesnt matter, I got the key easily. It felt weird with all the cameras even in the lift, may be its for security. All the instructions for discarding the rubish, we stayed 3 nights and didnt even cook so there were hardly any rubish to be discarded. If you are alone you might feel too isolated and impersonal. also an industrial feel of building,

- Rhea (10/5): We had an amazing stay. :) - The property is very nice and clean. Inside a quiet neighborhood. Close to subway station and Kuromon market. It has a balcony overlooking the city. Nothing.

- XIN (9/5): 地段方便，性价比很高。 - 全自助服务，从入住到退房看不到工作人员，垃圾也需要自己倒，由此换来很高的性价比。地段很好，离大阪交通枢纽之一难波不远，日本桥地铁站就在楼下不远，去周边的京都、奈良、神户等地都非常方便，难波周边吃的也非常多，心斋桥和道顿崛都步行可达。房间面积尚可，有一个阳台，楼下就是便利店。配套设施也很完备，三分离的卫生间也很好用。 床架的尖角暴露在外面，不小心路过尤其是夜间很容易撞到腿。

- Eden Cohen44 (10/5): - ענו מאוד מהר לכל שאלה שהייתה לי הדירה הייתה מצוינת וכללה מרפסת מטבח ומכונת כביסה כמו כן שירותים ואמבטיה. סופקו מגבות וכל מוצרי הטיפוח שצריך. היה נקי מאוד. סוף סוף היה לי מרווח נשימה לעומת שאר המלונות שהייתי בהם ביפן שהיו מאוד קטנים. במרחק של 10 דקות הליכה מתחנת נמבה וכמה דקות הליכה לשוק, מצד ימין יש 7/11 כדקה הליכה. שימו לב שאין להם שירות של שמירת חפצים ולא ידעתי את זה וכבר שלחתי את המזוודה שלי והם היו מקסימים ובכל זאת הכניסו אותה לחדר והיא חיכתה לי שם.
- Diego (9/5): Buena calidad precio, pero pequeño para más de 2 personas. - Buena ubicación, barrio tranquilo, caminado estás cerca de los puntos de interés de la ciudad. El apartamento es pequeño pero con las comodidades necesarias para estar un par de días. En nuestro caso éramos 2 adultos y 2 niñas y las camas eran muy pequeñas. Por espacio no cabían camas más grandes. Para estancias cortas bien, para muchos días, te puede faltar espacio. Por suerte, únicamente estábamos para dormir.

- Martina (7/5): - Posizione buona per Namba e Dotomboricamera asettica senza personalità ma letto comodo. Cucinotto per cucinare e microonde, c'è la lavatrice ma purtroppo no l"asciugatrice perciò impossibile da utilizzare. Gentili lasciano comunque detersivo e ammorbidente monodose. La camera al nostro arrivo era gelata, ci abbiamo messo un pò a portarla ad una temperatura decente.

- 김 (10/5): 감사합니다 - 오사카 마라톤차 방문했습니다 직원이 너무 친절하셨고 방도 깨끗하고 조용해서 잘 묵고갑니다 수건도 추가지급안된다고 알아서 세탁해서 사용해야한다고 봐서 수건 몇개안주는줄알고 집에서 버리는 수건 가져갔는데 넉넉해서 숙박기간동안 사용에 문제 없었습니다 야노시호 유튜브에서 일본 방구할때 조건보는법 알려줬는데 씻는 곳과 변기가 분리되어있고 주방따로있고 베란다정도는 있어야 괜찮은 방이라고 하더라고요 일본치고 숙소도 넓직하니 좋았고 (1LDK던가 그렇습니다) 암튼 잘 묵고갑니다~ 감사합니다 도톤보리나 난바까지 다 걸어갈만한 거리에 있지만 닛폰바시 개찰구에서 8번출구까지가 은근멀고 나와서도 조금 걸어야하는 점이 약간 아쉬웠습니다

Booking’e gelen mesaja ekledikleri rezervasyon kodu ile check in yapabilirsiniz. Pasaportları makinaya taradıktan sonra fotoğrafınızı çekiyor. Check in tamamlanınca anahtar kutusundan aldığınız anahtar ile sağ taraftaki kutudan dış kapıyı ve daire kapısını açıyorsunuz.
