We paid for the room through booking, and in the checkout we were charged for the other half of the value without explanation.

Ritengo sia opportuno scrivere correttamente o aggiornare la descrizione degli appartamenti perché non ci sono letti matrimoniali, ma letti singoli uniti da lenzuola. Ritengo che questa sia una specifica importante da fare perché crea disagio a chi paga per ricevere un determinato servizio e se ne trova un altro.

Arianna (8/5): Come sentirsi a casa - La struttura è centrale a tutto. All’interno del monolocale vi era tutto il necessario. Phon, kit per lavare i piatti ( spugna, detersivo dei piatti, strofinaccio), due pastiglie per la lavastoviglie, buste per la spazzatura. Il ragazzo della reception è molto gentile e disponibile per ogni cosa. Ragazzo giovane ma molto in gamba! Unica pecca: le camere non erano insonorizzate. Sentivamo la gente che parlava nei corridoi.

Rebecca (8/5): Great spot and highly recommend. One member of staff was very rude but it did not affect our overall stay or recommendat - Great location! Our studio apartment was simple but had all the necessary utensils and was very clean and cosy. The receptionist we had for our stay was very unfriendly. He was very curt and rude with us which made us feel unwelcome - luckily we were out most of the day skiing and it didn’t ruin our time. The facilities are great and it’s a perfect location.
Slav (6/5): Clearer communication about parking would save guests a lot of stress. - The stay was ok, the apartment was very clean, the location right next to the ski lift is excellent, and overall it offers very good value for the price. The room was super small and felt a bit cramped, which made it less comfortable to spend time inside.. The parking situation was very poorly explained. I booked a garage in advance, yet when I arrived there were no instructions and the entrance was extremely narrow with a closed gate, which almost caused damage to the car. Later I discovered there is a free guest parking area behind the hotel, but this was never mentioned during check-in.

Astrid (8/5): Ideale ligging. Basic verblijf, vriendelijk bij receptie. Na intensief skiën is het heerlijk douchen. Een extra handdoek - Ligging ideaal. Kamer van ons was prima. Vrienden hadden een onpraktische, hele kleine kamer Heb zelf niet goed gecontroleerd. Heb ook 2x via bericht contact gezocht met daarbij voor mij bekende data. In hun antwoord geen correctie ontvangen. Ter plaatse bleken wij een dag te vroeg te zijn. En ook een dag korter. Is mijn menselijke fout maar had gehoopt door een menselijk antwoord dat mijn data gecorrigeerd zou worden. Heel ongemakkelijk na een reisduur van 12 uur.

Marcello (7/5): Consigliato - Gli appartamenti erano molto accoglienti e ben strutturati per una piacevole permanenza. Salottino con divano e tavolo, un piccolo cucinotto e le stanze in funzione della capienza. Negli appartamenti non sono presenti tende scure che impediscono alla luce di entrare, scomodo per chi é abituato a dormire con poca luce. Nota dolente il custode del parcheggio che ha dei modi di fare poco ortodossi e senza alcun senso, basati molto probabilmente su traumi che si trascina dietro da chissà quanti anni se deve trattare un gruppo di ragazzi come se fossero i suoi sudditi.
