• Mathias (7/5): Okay - Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage. Man könnte zur Skilift laufen. 400 Meter Die Betten sind sind super gewesen. Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es könnte mal wieder gestrichen und renoviert werden. Die Küche ist spartanisch ausgestattet. Es sind allgemein in der Wohnung wenige Steckdose.

• Klaus (8/5): - Super Lage. Sehr gut eingerichtetes Apartment. Konnten die Tiefgarage des Hotels nutzen, unser Fahrzeug war zu groß für die hauseigene Tiefgarage. Wir leider die günstigste Kategorie, deshalb Fenster auf Straßenhöhe. Sehr hellhörig. Die Apartmenttüre müsste mit Schalldämmung ausgeführt werden. Man hört wirklich jeden Ton vom Gang.

Auch Kurtaxe mußte zeitgerecht selbst bezahlt werden . Garage ist sehr eng. Küchenutensilien gering

• Jaka (7/5): The location was acceptable, but the uncomfortable sleeping arrangements and poorly equipped kitchen - Location: The location is relatively good. It is approximately a 300-meter walk to the children’s ski lift. From there, two connecting lifts take you further up, followed by a short walk to the gondola. The gondola provides access either towards Passo Gardena or down to the village, and via groomed slopes to the gondola leading to the other side of the ski area above the town. Bed: The beds were poor and uncomfortable. This was especially true for the fifth person, who slept on a single bed that is essentially an old sofa with an added mattress on top. This setup was particularly uncomfortable and not suitable for proper rest. Kitchen: The kitchen is very poor and practically unusable. It is small, cramped, and lacks basic working surfaces. The refrigerator is very small, and there is no dishwasher. Preparing dinners for five people is almost impossible, or at best extremely limited. Key collection: Key collection on arrival was straightforward and without any issues. Apart from being close to the town center, shops, and relatively close to the ski area, there wasn’t much else to like.

• Alessandro (8/5): Una casa molto vicina al centro paese e molto comoda. - LA posizione è davvero bella e molto vicina al centro del paese. Le nostre camere erano molto grandi e di 2 bagni erano puliti e avevano tutto quello che occorre. Ho fatto un po fatica a capire come mai una parte dall'appartamento non si accendeva ma dopo una approfondita ricerca abbiamo trovato un interruttore che era il sezionale master dell'appartamento.

However, the facilities are out - The apartments are 5 min walking to the slopes and close to the town centre. The kitchen was missing several utensils and basic cook ware, which made cooking for our group difficult.

• Rita (10/5): Spacious and calm stay - We booked two bedroom apartment and they were surprisingly spacious, at least 80 sq.m. One standard bedroom with bathroom in the corridor and the second, 3 people bedroom was huge size with incorporated bathroom. The kitchenette is on the smaller side, but well complimented by a spacious living room. All clean, hosts responsive on whatsapp, good internet connection, comfy beds, silent. There was a large terrace in the living room with two sunbeds and amazing view. We were given a free access to public transport, bus stop is 7 mins walk downhill. Some nice restaurants around with 6-8 mins walk. No issues with parking. Great place! all excellent!

Good location, easy walk to all the bus stops and restaurants. Quiet, safe area. Apartment itself it spacious with kitchenette. The front door key is there same key for the room. Not sure if it’s designed to be a master key for the front door, and individual for the room? But this should be communicated to the guests. Kitchenette didn’t have any utensils (forks, spoons, knives) Shower drain needs to be cleaned out… water pools.

• Melissa Del Carmen (7/5): Soggiorno sereno e posizione ottima, alcuni servizi da migliorare. - La struttura ha una buona posizione, a pachi passi dal centro di Val Gardena e il parcheggio coperto ottimo. La vista che dà sulla strada e il freddo che ho un po’ patito e suggerito una coperta in più, tempestivo riscontro da parte dello staff, gentili e tempestivi. Alcuni servizi migliorabili, tra cui bagno kit ospite, salviette e assenza di lavatrice.

• Shirly (8/5): - מיקום מצויין ושקט בעיירה יפהפייה. לנו בדירת שני חדרים שינה שהיתה מאוד מרווחת ונוחה עם ילדים מתבגרים ומרפסת שפונה לנוף מקסים. הדירה היתה נקייה מאוד. 1. אין צוות במלון. הקבלה היא במלון די מרוחק. עונים בוואטסאפ או טלפון. הם כן אדיבים ונחמדים. 2. חניה, יש כאן מידע שגוי , המקום מציע חניה פרטית אבל היא כמעט בלתי אפשרית לתפעול, בטח כשמדובר ברכב גדול מהממוצע (7 מקומות). מצאנו את עצמנו מתמרנים כל בוקר וערב עם הרכב כדי להצליח לצאת בלי לפגוע ברכב. גם רכבים קטנים יותר התקשו עם החניה. פניתי לצוות המלון והם הציעו לי חניה כפולה, אך היא לא היתה שמורה לנו ולכן לא תמיד יכולנו להשתמש. או לחנות במלון שמרוחק 10 דקות הליכה מהדירה. מן הסתם עם ילדים זה ממש לא רלוונטי ולא נוח בשום צורה. זה ממש השפיע על החופשה שלנו לרעה, כי אין שום חלופה קרובה. בחוץ לא ניתן לחנות. בסופו של דבר עזבנו ערב לפני המתוכנן בגלל הקושי הזה והמלון לא הסכים לתת החזר על הלילה הזה, כי לטענתם הוצעו לנו חלופות ראויות. חבל. 3. לא הייתי קוראת לזה דירה עם מטבח, אולי מטבחון עם מינימום אבזור ומקום לבשל. היה נחמד גם להשאיר שם דברים מינימליים לאורחים שרק מגיעים. מים, מלח, סוכר וכו.
