Nicholas (2/5): - This hotel is absolutely horrible and for a hotel of this age should not have a 200 security hold on your credit card when brand new hotels take 100 dollar security hold. When i asked the staff they told me that it’s because of the damaged from people who stay there. Also no breakfast compensation. Do not stay here

Janine (6/5): - For the price, I suppose it's a bed. I'd stayed for less than 12 hours and was on my way first light. The armchair in the room was very noticeably dirty. I would opt to not have a chair than place this one in a room. Unless most guests are working in the patch and their clothing is soiled already. Than I could see it's utility.
Andrew (8/5): - The staff was, as always, helpful. The room was clean and secure. This time though, i found it to be cold and did not see where to simply increase the temperature. It is a good hotel. I will be back for certain.
Fran (4/5): - Front Desk was great, however when i got to the hotel after paying on Expedia they asked for a $200 security deposit that wasnt stated on the website prior to booking.. when i asked why it didnt state it they said it was Expedia Error for not posting it.. so just know its a $200 deposit for a room

James (4/5): - Come in to check in. They change my reservation. No contact. No explanation front desk person he was rude about it. Owner called me on halloween my son had a couple friends over before going trick an treating. Informed they were there and asked if they were staying there. I said no and they we there just to go trick and treating after. Actually none of his business. Kids were not doing anything wrong. Just hanging out on the balcony. As for the change of rooms said it was an upgrade. Was not. Reservex 2 queens ended up with 2 twins. Be the last place i will stay at.

William (4/5): - Arrived at property, we had advised that we were brining a pet, and a child, because we had a pet with us they moved us from the motel proper to a building across the street, first room they gave us was occupied, went back to get a new room, again they gave us a room that was occupied, so another room, very dingy, air conditioner looks like something out of the 90s, does not cool room at all. Double bed is all that was available, no bed for the child who will be sleeping on the floor. I then got a call that I had to go back to front desk as they forgot to charge me GST on my bill. If I could have found another location, would have taken the lost on the charges at this location, never again. this is more of a place for Oil field workers and construction workers, a place to put your head down and then go to work, not for a family on holidays.....
Raj (2/5): - They did not reserve room for my family even i saw them confirmation from expedia app. They did not take responsibility and we were left out side at midnight around 1 am. All the other hotels were booked also.

Steven (6/5): - Well priced hotel, but don't expect any extra's. Badly in need of a little TLC. Room was clean though. Lamps were unplugged from behind the bed, TV HDMI cable was unplugged (which is only accesible from behind the TV), no kleenex in the room, and vanity bulbs burnt out. It's unfortunate that missing these little inexpensive amenities can make you consider your next stay.

Verified traveler (6/5): - The place was clean but the room really showed it's age. We had toilet issues but the staff responded quickly to fix it. The main ac unit wasn't working so they installed a portable floor model one which was very loud. The curtain that was on the side where the ac was attached to the window was only hooked by a few hooks. Couldn't find the TV remote for the longest time but finally found it under the bed. Not good impression of the cleaning staff. On the whole it was a place for the night.
April (10/5): - Very clean room, comfortable too. Missing the latch on the inside of the door, aside from that everything was great. Front desk was very friendly!

Chad (2/5): - Rooms are dirty, staff is inconsiderate and rude, owner will threaten to kick you out after you pre pay for a week if he figures he can likes to blame his faulty rooms on guest. Scalded my back with hot water after the taps were backwards and turned the opposite direction.

Verified traveler (6/5): - The room was nice but they up charged us. We booked a 70 something dollar room they upped us to an 89 dollar room WITHOUT TELLING US and made us pay the difference. It was not cool I was not happy I couldn't do anything about it cause we had stayed in the room without knowing it wasn't the one we had booked. Also on a side note, the room only comes with 2 pillows so ask for more if you use more then one pillow.

Very inconvenient do you have to put your shoes on and walk across the snow covered road to heat up your supper. Other than that it was a decent hotel at a decent price.

Disappointed (2/5): - Everything looked fine until getting to the hotel. Thats when they said my payment method was not accepted and they offered no help with any solutions or even another place to stay. They were completely fine with sending me off to essentially be spending the night on the street or in my vehicle without even a second thought. Wont recommend this place to anyone.

Verified traveler (6/5): Fairly ok motel - The weather was very cold when I was there (-30) and the heater in my room could barely keep the room at 18. I asked for an extra blanket and I got a sheet. That being said, if it wasn't so cold out, it would have been a pleasant place to stay. Great location, great staff, and clean. Close to lots of little places to eat and shop, all within walking distance, if it wasn't so cold. There was a mini fridge, great wifi, and tv in the room, but no microwave for warming up your own food.
