• Carolina (10/5): Love this place! - I love this hotel. I had stayed here before and came back with friends this time. They recently renovated and the decor is beautiful, you can tell whoever did it had excellent taste. The grounds are gorgeous, they make wine, olive oil, and balsamic. You can visit their acetaia (where they produce their delicious balsamic), and buy products too. Their breakfast is delicious! Nothing.

• YUKA (10/5): Il miglior soggiorno - Ha un'atmosfera molto accogliente e familiare. Il cibo è delizioso e il panorama è mozzafiato. Tutti sorridevano e la cerimonia è stata commovente. Il negozio di aceto balsamico vanta anche una posizione meravigliosa, e il servizio è eccellente, così come la qualità dei prodotti. Voglio tornare qui di nuovo! niente!

Sirven un lambrusco espectacular. La guinda del pastel un desayuno con todo lo que se puede esperar en dulce y salado. La estructura es una finca de gran lujo, en medio a viñedos y olivares. Se puede visitar la Acetaia (donde se crea y produce el “aceto balsámico di Módena” y es un lujo aprender los secretos de esta joya única al mundo. Repetiré.

• Sven (9/5): Wunderbares Acriturismo in der Region Emilia Romagna - Wir waren bereits vor 3.5 Jahren das erste Mal hier. Es ist alles super. Die neu renovierten Zimmer sind sehr schön, gross und hell. Wir hatten die Lambrusco Suite. Doppelbett und 2 x Einzelbett. Das Frühstück war gut und es gab typische regionale Produkte. Auch das Abendessen war sehr fein. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam gewesen. Danke! Die in der Nähe liegende Acetaia muss man besuchen. Es gibt sensationelle Produkte (ich rede aus Erfahrung). Geheimtipp: alle Balsamico Bianco. Sehr ruhige und entspannende Gegend. Man ist relativ schnell in Modena oder Bologna. Nur die Stinkkäfer. Aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Durch die Moskitonetze an jedem Fenster waren wir geschützt.

If you are into to cars there are some wonderful places in Maranello Modena and Imola to visit, as well as driving round the beautiful scenic countryside. Next time we would stay for longer. Nothing to report here.

Das Personal war etwas unpersönlich, aber freundlich. Das Abendessen war lecker, aber nicht. außergewöhnlich. Es fehlte etwas Rafinesse.

Det ligger meget øde og restauranten har lukket om aftenen søndag, mandag, tirsdag, som gjorde det meget svært med barn. Vi vil ikke anbefale at rejse dertil med baby :-) Lidt dyrt i forhold til hvad du får.

• Shlomi (5/5): - Clean. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast No one was at the front desk to check us in. Eventhough they coordinated with us our arrival time, they had us waiting for 40 minutes when we arrived (this is after a 4 hour drive with a baby). I called them, sent them a WhatsApp message and rang the bell many times. And instead of apologizing, they were going on and on that I should have rang their bell more times. They gave me a 20 euro discount because of it, but the overall experience was unpleasant.
• Bogdan (10/5): Fancy and relaxing - If you have never been to an agritourism guesthouse - a family business like the one run by the Sereni family, you should do it as soon as possible. It is absolutely an oasis of fresh air, peace, friendly and welcoming staff. We received a large apartment, with a sleeping area for children and its own TV, another level of ecotourism. I couldn't help but notice the expensive ceramics in the bathroom and the fittings, the spacious shower and the cosmetics provided. Free parking and car charging with a station for Tesla. You should also try the tour with a guide who speaks perfect English at Acetaia - the factory that produces Aceto balsamic di Modena IGP. Tasting is on the house. The restaurant is divine, with a terrace and sophisticated dishes. The view of the sunset and the valley with grape vineyards is like something out of a fairy tale. The restaurant menu could be more diverse, especially for children.
• Dario (4/5): - La struttura vanta di una posizione panoramica eccezionale. La piscina e la terrazza sono meravigliose, l’ambiente ben curato e la pulizia ottima. Punto dolente e deludente é stata l’accoglienza del gestore della struttura, orientato esclusivamente all’assegnazione della camera e sbrigativo. La percezione è stata quella di “dare fastidio”. Fortunatamente, il suo staff è stato molto attento alle nostre esigenze, visto che viaggiavamo con una bimba di appena due anni. Il momento del checkout (sempre a cura del gestore\proprietario) è stato a sua volta deludente: nessuna parola gentile o di saluto caloroso. La struttura si vende da sè, ma l’esperienza che vuole ed esige di vivere il cliente richiede cura e talento.
• Sabine (10/5): Gästehaus in traumhafter Landschaft und ruhiger Umgebung - Unsere klimatisierte exekutive Suite im Gästehaus war sehr luxuriös, großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Die sehr ruhige Lage mitten in den Weinbergen sowie der schöne Aussenbereich der Ferienanlage inklusive Pool, lädt zum Erholen ein. Im Zimmer lagen kostenlos Flip Flops und ein Strandhandtuch bereit. Frühstück und Abendessen sind jeweils sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und waren rundherum sehr zufrieden. Zu empfehlen ist die Führung durch die Balsamico-Produkt (mit vorheriger Anmeldung). Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Le petit déjeuner est excellent : mention spéciale pour les fraises et l’orange PRESSÉE! Les croissants aussi! Ça fait 5 jours qu’on est en Italie. Nous avons fait de bons hôtels mais vraiment là c’était le meilleur petit déjeuner. La piscine n’est pas très agréable même si le maximum a été fait pour l améliorer.

The restaurant at the property was not open Sunday night (which was the night we stayed). However we were advised of this after the booking was made and were given suggestions for dining in the area. So not a negative and didn't detract from our stay.

The breakfast spread is fantastic with fresh orange juice machine. Definitely book in for the vinegar factory tour and try the dinner at their onsite restaurant. The staff is friendly and food is fantastic, with local ingredients and plenty of wine option from the region (which the owner's son very knowledgeable and recommend us many option to go with our dinner). Bonus point for EV charging station on site. Can't wait to return. Nothing at all.

There was plenty of room for the whole family. The swimming pool had the most amazing views. We booked dinner in the restaurant and it was by far the best meal we had during our entire trip around Italy and it used all produce made on the farm. I would definitely stay again. Nothing.

Restaurant closed during most days with no options for food or drinks, while the property is remote (no restaurants/ shops at a waltking distance). It's such a pity - acces to drinks and snacks (sandwiches, salad bar...) would really make a big difference for those who want to spend the day by the pool.

The food is amazing, great location, super friendly, very clean. Our car broke down in the pouring rain and the owner’s son helped me get my car back running. He came and picked us up and helped restart my car in the rain and got soaked with me. Class act. Would highly recommend. Nothing.

• Janet (7/5): Good - There's no doubt that the scenery is beautiful. The balsamic vinegar tour was extremely interesting and informative, but there was a heavy sales push at the end. Breakfast was very good with a large variety. Staff was overall aloof. We chose to book a tour and tasting dinner and were surprised that the so-called dinner included no meat with the exception of one slice of prosciutto. It was interesting to try the balsamic vinegar in various dishes, but for the price, we weren't expecting to leave hungry. Overall, it was a bit overpriced and not somewhere we would return.
