• Michelle Amanda (10/5): - As a solo traveller seeking peace and tranquility, Seafront Apartments was exactly what I needed. I stayed for nine nights of pure rest and rejuvenation, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The coastline is simply dreamy — a small, quiet ‘private’ beach with a grassy area and loungers for those who prefer not to get sand in their sandals. It’s idyllic. The water is shallow enough to wade out comfortably, even for someone like me who isn’t a strong swimmer. It’s so clear you can see little fish following your footsteps! I stayed in a double studio on the ground floor, facing the family-run taverna attached to the accommodation. Drinks very reasonable priced considering the premium location. The studio was simple and spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The bathroom is small but functional, and the kitchenette is well-equipped for a short stay: two-burner stovetop, fridge, kettle, crockery, pots, cutlery — even a corkscrew! The mattresses were just right — not too soft, not too hard — and I slept comfortably every night. Tip #1: keep your door closed in the evenings, as that’s when the mosquitoes come out to play. Bring repellant if you plan to sit outdoors after sunset. Finally, I must mention the two brothers and their wives who run the place. Their hospitality was warm and genuine, and they somehow remembered everyone’s names! Thank you, Spiros & نحلة Nahla, and Constantino (Costas) & Anna 🙏 — you made me feel truly welcome and at home.

I had to resolve an emergency (lost laptop) and the owner facilitated my situation to ensure my laptop was delivered to me in airport. I feel extremely grateful to Mr Spiro for this. I highly recommend staying in this location. There are a lot of very friendly cats and a dog to pet.

• Antje (6/5): - Tolle Terrasse mit Meerblick leider nutzbar von sämtlichen Gästen, die Vermieter waren in Allem desinteressiert, mehr als das nötigste (wenn überhaupt) wurde gemacht, von Herzlichkeit wie ich es sonst überall aus Griechenland kenne keine Spur. Fieses altes Mini Bad mit angeschimmeltem Duschvorhang, 1 Putzlappen der für alles Tage genutzt wurde. Lieber etwas mehr zahlen dafür mehr Hygiene.

The two brothers, Spyro and Kosta are the most beautiful people yu can meet to enjoy the sprit of Korfu island. The rooms are simple and the bathroom very small, but clean and comfortable enough to live a quiet experience. Kindness and peace of mind with very great people!

• Maren (10/5): - This was a wonderful, family run business. The family was kind, friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, at the end of town for quiet but close enough to walk to many places for food and shopping.
• Jilliana (10/5): - The apartment is on the edge of a small but busy town. It backs on to beautiful clean water with views of the mainland and sunrise. Two brothers and their wives look after the guests, so there’s always someone around. Rooms are very spacious, very clean and comfortable. Aircon is extra, but we didn’t need it. There is a grassy picnic area to one side of the yard and a cafenia run by the owners alongside. A very pleasant area to sit at anytime of the day. Watching the fishermen check their nets and bring fish back to feed the cats. Beautiful sunrises. Mozzies are bad on sunset, so bring spray if you want to sit on the balcony in the evening, a great way to socialise. There’s not a lot to see in the area but 20 mins back up the road is a fabulous beach- Benitses Beach. The southern end is most delightful with shady trees, stoney seabed and crystal waters. Water temps were the warmest we felt in four weeks. (October 3)

Il proprietario, parla bene italiano, è gentilissimo e ci ha aiutato nell'organizzare delle escursioni e il noleggio del motorino, lui e la sua famiglia sono persone veramente gentilissime e piacevoli. Gli appartamenti affacciano sul mare, è presente un grazioso pontile e il bar per le bevande. come in tutta l'isola sono presenti dei meravigliosi gatti e cani. consigliatissimo
• Frank (10/5): - De meest gastvriendelijke eigenaren ooit. Je voelt je thuis zodra je aankomt. Het is super veilig. En er is heel veel te beleven in zomer en allemaal op loopafstand. Maar als je de hitte niet aan kunt dan ga liever in winter. Wij gaan de 2 broers Spiros en Costas echt missen. Ze zijn onze nieuwe familie en we zullen nergens anders verblijven op Cavos Korfu. • Katherine (10/5): - We stayed at seaview for a week in may just before the season was starting. The view of the sea was amazing and the property was well maintained. The facilities were suitable for what we needed, was very clean and parking was available which was great for our hire. The property is at the end of the main strip so quiet if thats what you want but only a short walk and you are in all the shops and restaurants.The owners were great, very friendly and helpful.

• Jean (4/5): Le confort et l'hospitalité manquent cruellement ! - Nous avons choisi cette hotel-appart pour les commentaires; hélas nos attentes ont été littéralement douchées. Arrivés dans l'apprès-midi (14h15), nous avons eu droit à un accueil froid et une demi-heure d'attente pour le check-in. Nous avions demandé un appartement 2 chambres avec 2 lits doubles et un lit d'appoint, Nous avons eu un appartement avec 4 lits simples et un lit d'appoint facturé 40 euros en supplément. Malgré la vue sur la mer, l'appartement était très inconfortable; pas de coin séjour: soit on s'assoit sur les lits, soit on s'assoit sur un balcon minuscule. La salle de bain est aveugle et a besoin d'un bon rafraichissement. Le système de chauffe-eau solaire surchauffe l'appartement même lorsqu'il fait frais dehors; ce qui est inconfortable en été. Pour refroidir le tout, il faut prendre l'AC en supplément. L'argent semble compter plus que tout pour les propriétaires. La ruelle qui mène à l'appartement est très étroite et le parking plutôt étriqué. Niveau bruit, le calme vanté par les autres touristes fait désormais partie du passé. Il y a un bar de plage qui s'installe juste à proximité du Seafront Apts et fait des essais sonores toute la journée. Il n'était pas encore inauguré à notre départ (fin juillet 2019) mais les travaux étaient bien avancés. Donc nuisances sonores en continu à prévoir, de jour comme de nuit. Si vous voulez du calme et du confort, cherchez ailleurs. L'offre en appartements avec vue sur la mer est abondante à Kavos.

• Kimberley (10/5): Perfect location, kindhearted and genuine hosts - A perfect place as a base during our stay. The room is basic but spotlessly clean, and with everything you need. As a group, three individual beds was perfect and we all slept well. Air conditioning was additional €6 per night, but we felt this was a very fair price and was worth every penny, WiFi was included and was very good. And we were even able to leave our bags and collect later as we had an evening flight. Absolute seafront location, far enough from the main strip for total peace and quiet, but an easy five minute walk to shops, restaurants and beach areas. Genuinely kind, charming, and friendly hosts who went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We were grateful of our hosts recommendations and found some lovely authentic restaurants. We could not have wished for more- the family and their apartments are a hidden gem! We recommend highly and would not hesitate in returning to this fabulous little spot! They really do deserve every kind word said about them- a wonderful place!

• Demelza (8/5): Lovely place to stay - Stayed here for 3 nights - on the edge of Kavos within walking distance to the clubs but far enough away not to hear the music. Lovely balcony and very friendly and welcoming family run business. Really enjoyed our stay with clean beds and kitchen. Only thing to be aware of is that if you want air con it is €6 a night per 2 bed room (you will need it). Friend left a belonging and they were very helpful and contactable about getting us the item! Thank you so much. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay in kavos but not have music blaring 24/7

• Kevin (8/5): Budget accommodation with friendly hosts - These apartments are quite sparse, as one would expect at the price. We had beds, a kitchen sink, a fridge, a tabletop hob and a few pans, cutlery, dishes etc. We didn't cook, it was cheap enough to eat out at €7 for a starter plus main course. Our hosts (the owners) were very friendly and welcoming, they really were charming. Kavos itself is a town containing a strip full of nightclubs and bars. Thankfully it was largely closed as we visited out of season (they open towards the end of May) but, in any case, the apartments are a 5 minute walk out of town and should therefore be quiet. The apartments are right on the seafront, there is no beach as the sea comes right up to the garden, but you can use sunbeds on the grass lawn

• OrangeAnj (10/5): Treated like part of the family... - We really didn't know what to expect from this trip, friends told us of the "madness" of Kavos and made us worry before arrival. However from the moment we arrived, to the moment we sadly had to leave, our stay at Seafront Apartments with Kostas and Spiros was absolutely fabulous and we could well understand why most of the guests there have been returning year after year. If you like the impersonality of a large hotel, then this wouldn't be for you. Spiros and Kostas made us feel like treasured guests and part of their extended family. I was concerned on arrival to discover that we were so close to the bar, however it doesnt stay open late and the double glazing in the apartment was so good, we wouldn't have heard anything if it had! Our front door was literally 20 paces to the sea and less than half that to the bar. The accommodation had everything we needed and although the bathroom was compact and bijou (the swinging of a hamster would not be advised), it contained everything required - sink, loo and shower. The kitchen area had an undercounter fridge and a hob and kettle. The food is Kavos, however is so cheap and good that we didn't actually cook anything in our room Toasties and pizza were available from the bar too, if we couldn't stir ourselves to leave the premises. My only regret is that we only booked for a week and have discovered that they are fully booked for the same time next year!

• Nic (10/5): A fantastic holiday, and the owners are amazing! - Right on the sea, next to Kavos and, if you're up for it, its nightlife. Still, isolated enough to be quiet and peaceful. The owners, who live on site, are the most brilliant people and a massive asset for this property. Friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. We love them to bits!

• Lizzie (10/5): Wonderful Place to Stay - Ignore the Hype! - These simple and clean apartments are right on the sea, with a lovely beach bar open all day until about 9pm. The hectic night life is available about 5 minutes away if you have the stamina! But it doesn't intrude. Good choice of restaurants available but I prefer traditional Greek so I highly recommend PEFKOS and ROUSSOS. Jetski and powerboat hire is available on site and a Day Trip for about 20 people max, instead of a Booze Cruise! We hired a quad bike for the week, good idea if you want to go out and about. A bus to Corfu Town is available. There was a good mix of nationalities amongst the guests which was very nice. The Pandis host family are lovely, very welcoming and friendly and a big part of return visits I would imagine. I was initially worried about Kavos reputation; I truly needn't have been, we had a wonderful holiday and will hopefully return.
• Sheena (10/5): A Hidden Gem - The name Seaview is perfect, as the sea is literally steps away from the friendly bar area and a few more steps from the apartments. It was a luxury to step outside the door every morning to the sea and mountain views watching the different boats go by in the distance - idyllic! It was lovely and relaxed to come back and relax after the hustle and bustle of Kavos town around the corner. The welcoming and friendly owners made our stay even better, helping with anything at all including trips, veggie food eatery options, bus times etc etc etc.
• Tracy & Sarala (10/5): Relaxing holiday - Lovely clean apartments. Amazing owners. Could not fault them. As previous reviews state - they made us feel very welcome and were extremely helpful. Note that the apartments are an hour away from the airport so would advise that you try and book your transfer prior to arriving. A cab will cost you 80 euros each way. Will definitely return - hopefully next year.

• Jon (10/5): Fantastic! - What a place! We had two weeks at the Seafront Apartments. 10 Metres from the sea, which is amazingly safe for all as very shallow and calm. We read the reviews and were skeptical, but we should not have feared. The place is run by Spiros, Kostas and their two lovely wives. They are the most friendly accommodating people I have ever met, and made the stay so enjoyable. Kavos is a great place, and is full of the young having a good time, but Seafront Apartments is quiet yet only 2 minutes walk from the mayhem that is Kavos. You can enjoy wonderful drinks in the home built bar at the Seafront, which is beautiful. Most guests are repeat visitors and that says it all! As soon as you get there you are one of the family! This was our first time and def will not be our last. The rooms are comfortable in the normal Greek charm (easy maintenance). The beach and grass area is plenty big enough for all, and there are plenty of sunbeds. As I said before the sea is very safe and is only a foot deep for about 10 metres and very slowly gets deeper. Our children 16 and 13 thoroughly enjoyed it, and would def recommend a go on the Speedboat and Jet Ski....Spiros is an excellent driver! Can't wait to go again!
