The rooms were so nicely decorated and comfortable that it was hard to leave. A lot of small touches including the welcome box that has info on Florence. The snacks, water and coffee were nice touches. Most importantly after a long day of walking, the bed was extremely comfortable and the AC worked wonderfully. Wish we could have stayed a couple more nights. Some of the comments here mention stairs as a concern. If you don’t have an issues walking around Florence for a full day, you should have no problems taking luggage up. If you need help, the host is more than willing. 10/10 would recommend. Property is full of character and charm. Tip: take a taxi from the train station!

Top quality and perfect location! - Perfectly located to explore this beautiful city, this was a luxurious way to finish off our week in Italy. The location is very close to the Palazzo Vecchio and the Arno river. The room is beautiful, and although expensive for us, was well worth it, and definitely a luxury. There were free biscuits, tea and coffee, and also a bathrobe and slippers which meant is felt even more comfortable. There were even complimentary umbrellas as we were there on a rainy day.

• Margo (10/5): I would return to his property in a heartbeat! Just loved it. - The location…the comfort…the size….the decor. Marco, the owner could not do more for us to make it an enjoyable stay. The only drawback was the stairs. Not for me, but my husband. There are 4 1/2 flights of stairs to get to the second floor. They did not bother me, but my husband had a bit of trouble with them as he is older. Marco graciously carried our bags up the stairs when we arrived. I would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone who does not mind stairs.

It's also a great location to explore Florence, you feel right in the centre and close to all of the sights, but the apartment was so quiet we couldn't hear any noise from the streets. I highly recommend! There isn't anything I can say - we absolutely loved the apartment and I don't think it could be improved at all!

Perfectly located to attractions and restaurants. Staff were so friendly and helpful, will definitely stay here again. Nothing.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing apartment in the heart of Florence - We stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 4 with 2 young children. The host greeted us upon arrival. The apartment was beautiful and clean. It was spotless and had a kitchen and daily room service. The location was perfect - less than 6-minute walk to the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was secure. We were on the 2nd floor and there were two flights of stairs (no lift) but the host assisted us with our luggage. There was no parking provided but the host was able to guide us at the time of the booking that there is a secure parking garage only minutes away from the apartment, which we booked independently (for 40 Euros a day). We parked our car there for the entire stay and explored Florence by foot/public transport for the two days were there. There was no iron in the room but the host was able to provide one upon request. The host was available to answer any queries at all times and was very welcoming and helpful. We would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful stay.

The place was clean, beds were comfortable, and the AC worked amazingly (we were in Florence with temperatures in upper 90s in fahrenheit). The location was convenient to various sites, restaurants, etc. In addition, there were thoughtful welcome boxes, and we loved how the place was decorated. We would definitely stay here again!

• Deborah (10/5): Too short a stay in a wonderful apartment. - The apartment is gorgeous and located a stone's throw from the Ponte Vecchio yet on a quiet street. It couldn't have been nicer. We met the owner, Marco, and he was so helpful and very nice. If I were to come to Florence again - and I hope I do - I would stay here. I didn't like that we had only one night there before we had to leave! Our flight back to the US was the next day but I could have easily stayed there for a month.
• Kelly (9/5): Great apartment - 2-bedroom apartment - Great location, AC unit each room, filter tap water and comfy beds. Couple nights there were loud party noises around 11 to midnight and I believe our unit is on the 3rd floors si many steps up.
• Joseph (6/5): - There are 60 steps to get to the floor that these hotel rooms are on. Do not stay here if you have any limitations at all for physical activity. There is an additional flight of stairs to get to the bedroom and bathroom with two additional steps to the bathroom. It was hard to navigate at night. Ok if 20-45 yrs old and fit. No better options. Ruined my vacation!
• Taras (8/5): Very good - Perfect location to walk out and explore city center. Great value in terms of space for a family, while hotels can offer only 25m2. I asked for a crib and got one plus towels, soap and some kids supplements. Very helpful. Kitchen is fully supplied with pans, dishes, cutlery etc. 5 stairs to apartment can be really exhausting. Floor was not really clean, my kid had dirty pants after crawling on it. Air conditioners on both floors broke on a first day. Next day some technicians had to come to our apartment, which is irritating.
• Farida (9/5): Superb - The location was great, it was a safe area for female travelers. The property was very spacious with all the needed facilities. The shower drain was getting clogged after 1 minute so you had to stop the water to let it drain and then continue showering. In addition, it would have been nice to have a bidet in the toilet.

Marco was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond when I made an error in my reservation date. The property is beautiful. I have stayed in two of the apartments and found them both to be extremely spacious and beautifully appointed. The bedding and linens were so comfortable. I wanted to sleep in each day :-) The location was just perfect, as it is only a block away from all of the shopping and very close to the city center. It was also an ideal location because it was not in the middle of the city, which ensured that it was quiet in the evenings. There is a lovely restaurant directly across from the property where we had many perfect dinners. I could not recommend the property enough!

The apartment is located in a fantastic location, close walking distance to all the most popular museums, landmarks, and tons of shopping and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The two bedroom/2 bathroom apartment had a kitchen and living room area, no washer or dryer, but it was a great apartment. Very comfortable, clean, and conveniently located.
