Security issue, People tried to get in my Room as well. - There was no breakfast and if there was, I was not told to stop by for a complimentary breakfast. It was an inconvenience that I had to be switched out of my Room due to the rain (the window was left open). Though they were kind to provide me with a new room.The Room i was then switched to had a filthy Comforter sheet. I was kindly given new sheets. They would not refund my stay. I was there 3 nights and my Room was never cleaned. When requesting Room Service, the Lady was rude. She stated for me go and get the towels because she was alone. I called back again and we were disconnected. I called back again for towels. She stated I had to bring her the pile of towels and she will give me new towels. That is not great Hospitality.

- Nachalie (2/5): - Honestly, the only good thing about the place was its location. When we arrived, the person at the desk treated us poorly, so we appealed to them in the same way. Breakfast wasn't included as stated in the descriptions, and the air conditioning was blocked by the TV stand, which didn't provide air conditioning. I would never return to that place.
- Adriani (1/5): Do not choose this place!! - Nothing. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment. We made a reservation and called ahead to inform them of our arrival time, which was 12:30 am. Upon our arrival, the manager completed the paperwork, charged us, and then retreated to the back room to discuss something with someone. He returned and informed us that he would clean our room, but we had to wait. We were astounded to discover that the same individual who attended the front desk was the same person who would be cleaning our room. While he was away cleaning, more guests arrived and engaged in an unusual conversation with the other woman at the front desk. My husband and I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe in that place, so we requested that the manager cancel our reservation. However, he refused and was extremely rude in his response. Despite our request, we left the establishment, and the charge on my credit card remained. This experience was truly appalling and left us with a lasting negative impression.

BEDBUGS - They are infested with Bedbugs and refuse to refund my money even after I was nice enough to change rooms and the other room was also infested with bedbugs. So I couldn’t stay there and they would not return my money. Now I’m getting my Bank involved and BBB and health department They are infested with bedbugs and refuse to return my money. - Chris (2/5): - I booked a nonsmoking room and got to the room which reeked of cigarettes. I literally gagged. The sheets were dirty. The floor was dirty. The walls were dirty. Paint was peeling off the walls. The tiles on the floor were cracked. The towels in the bathroom were dirty and used. I was told they could get me a new room around 7o 8 pm which was too late as I was attending the Bills game. This looks like what I marine a halfway house to look like.

The woman checking people and did not sound like she was supposed to be there and constantly answered the phone ignoring three people waiting at the desk. She was checking in two people at once and the third couple that was there was blatantly ignored and dismissed repeatedly. My husband travels for work often, and this was one of the most wildly inappropriate experiences he has ever had at a hotel. We couldn’t even stay the night because there were pedestrians wandering around the parking lot that didn’t seem like they should be there. The room smelled like bleach and bad decisions. There were cracks in the walls. The man at the office at night seemed very bothered by me, knocking on the door to ask a simple question and I just left the premises without staying. It was a huge waste of my money and I am very upset with this experience.

It was clean ... or so I thought until I saw a bedbug upon waking in the morning. Paint scuffs on the walls, worn furniture, dented refrigerator, yellowed/broken outlets, damaged/jagged metal drain the shower that you could cut your foot on. The bedbug!!

I left before checking in and reported it to mgr, etc just so I didn’t get charged. 45 min texting customer service, another 46 min on the phone. I got an email from the hotel stating I was bein charged because I was a no show reservation. Still not resolved. The on sight mgr wa ms very rude to hotel.com customer service people and to me. Disgraceful.

When we entered the office to check in it was scary ,
the furniture in the office looked like it was chewed up by
animals, they would be better off furnishing from Good Will.
The manager showed us our room and we said that we can't stay there ,it smelled terrible and the bed covers had nasty stains on them. We were also concerned about a person laying on the sidewalk with a backpack sleeping. I wish that we took pictures but we just wanted to get out of there and decided to just drive home after the concert.

Part of the electric did not work in room. so when I charge my phone up. It did not charge because of not having electric. the owner’s wife came over to drop something off at the room. I asked her about the fighting next-door. She said it was my responsibility to call 911.

We did not realize until the morning that there was no hot water and yes, I did let it run for several minutes. Everything about this room looked old (except the bathroom, which did look like it had been redone).
The paint was chipping off the walls, the carpet was old, the room was tiny and uncomfortable. The bathroom, while looking newer, was extremely tiny and the towels had greyish streaks on them.
The hotel did not offer breakfast either. The only reason we booked this place was because we needed an emergency place to sleep at 11pm, but be careful what you pay for! Would not stay again.

The owner would not hear about a refund when i told him of the bugs just showed me another room! The smell of bleach was extremely strong as soon as you opened the door in the office area..The Department of Health needs to make an appearance to this hotel. There us NO way that it us ok for you to charge over $224 for a room with holes in the linens, the flooring a tripping hazard with bugs!

That was odd. Then we go to our room and people were popping out of their doors asking to buy cigarettes off of us. when we got into the room it smelled of weed and cigarettes, there was 1 towel and no mirror in the bathroom. We booked a different room within 10 mins in the middle of a lake effect snowstorm and left. It doesn't matter how close you are to the Bills Stadium when you feel unsafe and in danger,

They also did not have any other rooms to offer and when asked why I didn’t receive any call or even an email prior to check in, their response was “I don’t know what to tell you.” Needless to say, trust the reviews on this place. I’m glad I didn’t end up staying there after simply walking into the office.

The toilet paper was wet when we first went in. The toilet paper holder was broke and so was the door handle to the bathroom. The fridge was disgusting and didn’t work. The property managers were very rude and not helpful. Please contact me if you would like pictures. This place should not be an option yo stay. Unsafe and unhealthy.

- Abigail (2/5): - After I checked in the man working made me several keys and none of them worked because of the mechanism in the actual door so he had to physically let me in the room with the master key when I left and came back. When the gentleman called the owner, he would not come to help the worker with all of the things that were going wrong. The microwave plate was broken inside the microwave. After taking a shower the water took over 6 hours to drain. The toilet was not secure to the bathroom floor. The towels that we used, while clean, had stains all over them as well as stains all over the bedding. I could not sleep at all that night because the noises in the room coming from the ceiling, as if there was a second story to the inn and someone was walking around in the space. Not sure if the particular room is haunted or what but definitely not normal the noises, I got video of the consistent noses. This was an absolute horrible experience. WOULD NEVER recommend this inn to anyone!

- Henderson (1/5): I felt disappointed in the motel and feel as though I’d been ripped off. - The only things I liked was the proximity to the Highmark Stadium and the highway Dirty bed linens, damaged unrepaired areas of the room, receptacles with the covers missing, some receptacles didn’t work. At check in they only had me registered for one queen bed room, when in fact I’d reserved two, two bed rooms. It took some back and forth to figure it out. Bathroom fixtures were in poor condition. We overpaid for the two rooms compared to what another guest had paid. Disappointed that we appear to have been ripped off because we were staying the night before an NFL game and that we’d booked in advance.

Room configuration too small for a closet, but no hooks or clothes rack or hangers. Had to use shower curtain rod to hang some clothes to relax wrinkles. Nice TV with Amazon Fire but had to plug the TV in to operate only to find that the none of controller buttons worked. TV on mute, so no sound and no way to change channels. Reported problem to office. Was told they would stop in but no one showed up. Pretty poor customer service and almost all of the rooms were empty, so they could have simply moved me to a room where the controller worked!
- samuelpV5339JY (2/5): Do not stay here! Bed bugs-disgusting room - Do not stay here. I attempted to stay here in a pinch, big mistake. I would give this hotel zero stars, the room was filthy. It looked like someone had shaved their legs in the bed. There was clear signs of a bed bug infestation. The pillows had a bad odor coming from them. The room smelled like someone had smoked crack cocaine in it prior to my arrival. The floor was covered in stains that appeared to be blood. The room was uninhabitable. I brought it to the desk attendant attention and he agreed with me the room was filthy. A call was placed to the owner who refused to give a refund even though I was in the room for literally 2 minutes. The owner was rude and told me if I don’t like it leave, and denied a refund. The owner is a nasty greedy person. The owner proceeded to talk to me like I was trash. I have never been disrespected by someone who is so wrong. The attendant was a really nice guy caught in the middle he told me Management knows the rooms are filthy and they cater to drug addicts and prostitution. Avoid at all costs.

There also was no remote for the tv, so I had to stand and reach uncomfortably to turn the tv on, and to change the channels. There is also poor lighting in the room - one bed side lamp, and a ceiling light. There was no light for the desk. The cold water faucet in the bathroom did not work. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

You dont yell and scream at your customers when they are trying to figure out whats going on with the reservations, and than you decide to walk out and continue to cuzz. - Michael (2/5): Look elsewhere - I was put in a different room than I had booked. I made reservations for a room with 2 queen beds but ended up in tiny room with 1 bed. The room condition was very poor as was the bedding and mattress. There was leftover food in cabinet and refrigerator from previous guest. There was mold on the ceiling for the bathroom. The ventilator did not work.
The WIFI did NOT work. Complained to owner to no resolution. The WIFI worked fine in the office only.
In the morning I discovered several crawling bugs in various places on the floor and mattress. I have a video. I left as soon as I could.
The inn location suited my needs but I would not stay there again. I sincerely hope I didn't bring any bugs home with me.

Had an air pod speaker in one ear trying to a customer before us with a “not so pleased to help us attitude” as she then shared to mention the ice machine didn’t work and the cleaning lady never showed up so I couldn’t imagine what was ever cleaned. The guy before us told us “good luck” as else walked out the door seeming very unpleased. Pulling up to the hotel the place looked very run down. Not a place to stay in with younger children or a nice car as it didn’t look safe.

- Daun (1/5): When it’s come to me seeing the bills I will never go there again. - The staff was very rude. I had asked several times if my room could be changed due to the room being dirty and appliances not working. The toilet was leaking water and there was holes in the wall. I was told no. They gave me the Wi-Fi password and for some reason it did not work. I work Remotely so I ask them my I work in your lobby because the Wi-Fi seem to only work over here. I was told no you need to go back to your room. I asked for a refund they said no. I have never been treated so poorly in my life at a hotel. No you would think that is it but there is more. Due to me, working remote I had to go to where there was some Wi-Fi and they rented my room out and I hid not even checked out. When I ask about the manager said just give me your key and leave. I had to call the police who told him that he was in the wrong and to call booking.com

If no show after last check in time the total price of the reservation will be charged without any refunds.” After enjoying the activities of our planned vacation we get there at 11:30 pm and get told they have no rooms and have been completely booked since 5pm! We are traveling with 2 children and now have no hotel, he tells us to take it up with our booking agent! Absolutely terrible service! Why email to confirm after 7pm if your hotel has been booked since 5pm. Crooks
