- Chris (10/5): Perfect - The host was amazing, made us feel at home. The pool area is fantastic, something you’d pay for at a beach club. Coffee and drinks available at the bar. Beach towels available for free. Just abit far of a walk from Fira around 35 minutes but it’s only 8 minute drive with an ATV which is totally fine.
- Julien (8/5): - Theodora is great, she really brings a fun friendly energy everywhere she goes and that makes such a big difference during your stay. The property is awesome, the pool is lovely, the hot tubs in the rooms are really fun I went in every night. The rooms are really beautiful to look at and I couldn’t stop smiling when I walked in. It’s pretty spacious and feels more like an appartment than a hotel room The location was a little challenging but it was totally my fault. I should have done more research and had not realized the island was pretty big compared to other greek islands so I felt a little far from the main towns. This said, it felt like a break from crazy tourist spots and the calmness made it very relaxing. The hot tubs in and the pool could have been a few degrees hotter.

Si nous devons retourner a Santorin nous choisirons de nouveau cet hôtel sans aucunes hésitation. De très bon conseil, elle a fait de notre séjour à Santorin une réussite. L'expérience n'aurait pas été la même sans elle. Une vraie perle ! Chambre très jolie, avec une petite terrasse agréable (avec vue sur le lever de soleil). Pas de petit-déjeuner inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Dommage ! À part ce petit détail, tout était parfait !

- Ambre (10/5): Petit coin de paradis que je recommande fortement ! - le personnel était adorable, au niveau de la propreté, rien à dire, il changeait les serviettes et faisait le lit tous les jours. l’emplacement était calme et vraiment magnifique, vraiment pas grand monde dans la piscine, de quoi bien profiter ! Remarque spéciale à Théodora, qui est vraiment une personne adorable, elle cherche que tout le monde soit bien, c’est vraiment très appréciable (pastèque et croissant offerts, petite boisson de bienvenue, JUSTE INCROYABLE!!!). Je recommanderais à 100 %, et si je retourne à Santorin, je n’hésiterai pas sur la location à prendre. Tout était parfait.

- Alexandra (10/5): Incredibly beautiful and worth every penny. - Absolutely everything. It’s a little slice of heaven in a quite village. This is a tranquil spot not to be missed. Our host Theodora was exceptional, she was informative and friendly a real credit to this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable as well as being aesthetically pleasing. The pool area was clean and peaceful it felt like a spiritual retreat. The only issue is it’s a 8 min drive from the main town of Fira. Highly recommend hiring a car or quad bike to get around.

La piscine est top avec vue sur mer. Pour rejoindre Thira, il faut compter 7 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le bus qui passe régulièrement. Nous recommandons +++++

- Nina (10/5): Idealne miejsce na odpoczynek na Santorini - Gdyby dało się wystawić wiecej gwiazdek, zrobiłabym to bez zastanowienia! Przepiękne, klimatyczne domki w skale – czyste, gustownie urządzone, z aneksem kuchennym i wszystkim, co trzeba. Widok na morze bajka! Basen spokojny i stylowy, idealny na relaks. Śniadania smaczne, obok dwa sklepiki na szybkie zakupy. Do miasteczka około 20 min piechotą – trochę pod górę, ale warto dla tych widoków. Theodora – przemiła, pomocna, zawsze uśmiechnięta. Dzięki niej pobyt był jeszcze lepszy. Polecam z całego serca, to był niezapomniany wyjazd. Wszystko mi się podobało

Uitstekend ontbijt met ruime keuze. Heerlijke koffie. Ligt midden op het eiland en is prima uitvalsbasis om eiland te bezoeken. Leuke tip van de hostess: Openlucht bioscoop, waar Mamma Mia draaide. Bij vertrek nog kijkje kunnen nemen in de kleine familiekerk die bij accommodatie hoort.

- Giovanni marino (10/5): Da ritornarci - Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza da sogno in questa meravigliosa villa con piscina! La struttura è moderna, pulitissima e curata nei minimi dettagli, immersa nella tranquillità ma a pochi minuti dalle principali attrazioni dell’isola. La piscina privata è un vero gioiello, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di esplorazioni. Uno dei grandi plus è sicuramente il parcheggio gratuito e privato, comodissimo per chi arriva in auto e vuole muoversi in libertà senza lo stress di cercare posto. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è stata Theodora ragazza solare,me e sorridente, sempre disponibile e con una empatia rara: ci ha fatti sentire subito a casa. Conosce benissimo l’isola e ci ha consigliato ristoranti tipici, spiagge nascoste, escursioni mozzafiato e persino eventi locali che non avremmo mai scoperto da soli. - emmanuel (10/5): - Un séjour de rêve. Tout est parfait à santorini villas. De l’accueil (personnalisé par Theodora) jusqu’au départ chaque instant passé à santorini villas a été merveilleux. À notre arrivée, nous avons rencontré Theodora qui est charmante, pleine d’énergie, de bienveillance, de conseil et toujours disponible. Les nuits étaient calmes et reposantes (pas un bruit dans le logement), le matin merveilleux avec lève du soleil en face de la terrasse, la matinée était consacrée aux visites, l’après midi repos au bord de la merveilleuse piscine sous fond de musique douce et relaxante, le soir une sortie restaurant ou juste rester un peu comme seul au monde sur notre terrasse privative face à la mer. Vraiment tout était parfait pour notre semaine. Encore merci a Theodora pour tous ces conseils et adresses (restaurants, catamaran…). Si vous souhaitez profiter vraiment de Santorin, voici une adresse qui participera au succès de votre séjour.

- Lynn (10/5): Exceptionnel, bien situé, calme et une vraie expérience en villa dans le roc, mais avec tout! - L’emplacement est central sur l’île et facile d’accès en auto. Il y a du stationnement à l’entrée. C’est un ancien vignoble où ils produisaient du vin, exceptionnellement transformé en villas, style chambre creusées dans le roc. Il y a même une vieille église sur la propriété. C’est génial! AC, eau chaude et tout fonctionnaient bien. On nous a même upgradé de chambre en arrivant. Terrasse privée, salle de bain complète style grotte et mini cuisinette. La déco est simple et très belle. C’est très calme comme environnement. THEODORA a été exceptionnelle tout au long de notre séjour, toujours disponible, accueillante et pleine de bons conseils. La piscine infinie est géniale, même si on est orientée levée du soleil. Le Soleil y plombe jusqu’en fin de journée. Tout l’aménagement de la place est vraiment agréable. Le bar est très pratique et parfait pour y manger dehors un souper acheté d’un restaurant. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons fortement cet établissement. Il y a tout sans le brouhaha des autres endroits trop touristiques. Rien!

- Richard (8/5): - Great views, quietness, great hostess, unexpected upgraded villa. A nearby restaurant or coffee shop would be good. More signage in English would help. Large tub was nice but filling it difficult. Shelves in kitchen are needed. TV needs instructions.
- Ali (10/5): - We had an amazing stay! The property was beautiful, clean, and private. Theodora is incredible and made our stay everything we would have wanted. She made us feel completely at home and helped us with anything we needed - from car rentals and arranging transportation and providing recommendations to making us excellent coffee each morning. We already miss Santorini (especially Theodora)!

- Evi (10/5): - Πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο, 10 λεπτά από τα Φηρα, ο χώρος της πισίνας Πολύ ωραίος, τα έπιπλα τόσο εντός των δωματίων, αλλά κ στις αυλες αλλά κ στο κυρίως χώρο δίνουν ένα ιδιαίτερο χρώμα. Η κοπέλα στη reception εξαιρετική δίνοντας χρήσιμες κ έγκυρες πληροφορίες. Το δωμάτιο σχετικά μικρό αλλά με ωραίο στρώμα, κ στυλ Σαντορίνης, πολύ καθαρό.Θα το επέλεγα σίγουρα ξανά.

The breakfast and coffee were delicious too. But the highlight of our stay was Theodora—she went above and beyond to help us. - Mary Jynn (10/5): ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS! - 1000000000/10 oh my god - one of the best hotels we’ve ever been to! Theodora is the best! From booking the hotel until we checked out - she’s been so lovely! And she upgraded our room to a really nice suite with a hot tub. Can’t wait to go back to Santorini and stay in Santorini Villas again!!! You will have the nicest view of the sunrise as well! They have private parking for guests and place was really quiet and peaceful.

L idéal est de louer une voiture (pas très cher) et vous êtes entre 10 et 25mn de tout (plage, visites, caldeira, activités,....) Il y fait toujours beau (28° en octobre) Piscine un peu froide mais c était en octobre

- Felipe (10/5): Muy bueno - Genial hotel, situado a 5 min en coche de Fira, por lo que es un lugar muy tranquilo y a la vez cercano a la capital. La habitación e instalaciones muy cuidadas. La atención del personal muy buena; pedimos ayuda a Theodora para alquilar un coche de confianza y ella se encargó de todo.
- Caroline (8/5): Chouette mais pas exceptionnel - L'accueil très. Chaleureux et les goodies qu'on a reçus, deux linge différents pour douche et salle de bain. Le parking juste à côté, la vue et la terrasse de notre chambre On ne peut pas assombrir la chambre à cause du Velux juste en dessus du lit, salle de bain trop petite et donc quand on se douche on trempe toute la pièce. L'eau du jacuzzi n'était pas très propre et donnait donc pas envie d'en profiter. Le soir dès 17h il n'y a plus de soleil vu que l'hôtel se trouve sur un pan de l'île.
- Jing (9/5): Beautiful villa with wonderful staff - Staff was fantastic - especially Theodora. She helped us with many great restaurant and beach recommendations and went above and beyond. We felt taken care of. Unique design - love the cave like aesthetic. The shower situation was not the best. Would have liked a shower that I didn't have to hold onto the head for. There was also mold at the wall of the shower - the drywall seemed to be deteriorating.

- Jasini (8/5): - Friendly staff, nice views, room and swimming pool. However the location is about a 20 minute walk to the bus stop, which is on a very busy main road - not ideal. The villa itself is lovely. There are limited options for restaurants and shops in the nearby village, which is a 10 minute walk away.
- Mitchie (9/5): September Santorini Sunshine - Great place for a sunny week away. Lovely attentive staff. Pool was great. Quick walk to the local taverna. Car is needed if you want to travel around the island. Breakfast can be delivered from the local cafe which was good and plentiful. Be careful if you take the smallest room (only one available when we booked). There are no cooking facilities like all the other rooms so if you want to eat hot food it's out into the local area to do so, or just do cold nibbles on the good sized (semi private) patio outside your door. Fridge is small so don't go mad buying a whole weeks food that needs to stay cold, shop every few days so you can fit it in!!

- Dafni (10/5): Beautiful place to stay, quiet, clean and lovely staff - It was modern, clean and had all we needed on site. Maybe provide more cooking utensils and condiments. Coffee and sugar would be good, a colander, a cheese grater, a tea towel, more washing up liquid, somewhere to put washed plates to dry. Ideally a small bottle of olive oil, salt and pepper, small plates, and bowls and large knife too. I can only compare to other places I have stayed either my family. In Paros and in Mykonos. We always choose apartments as we do like to have some home comforts and flexibility to cook if we want.
- George (10/5): Amazing stay, would recommend to everyone holidaying in Santorini - The whole place is beautiful. The room was comfy and clean very well laid out. The pool area was great, with amazing views and lots of choice on where to lay in the sun.
