Maciej (10/5): Pobyt w tym hotelu był przyjemny napewno polecę znajomym. - Bardzo dobre śniadania,miły personel,z gustem urządzona jadalnia i ogród.Pokój przytulny,wygodne łóżko ,duża łazienka. Był wyjątkowo zimny weekend i było troszeczkę zimno w pokoju.

Le personnel sympa malgré la barrière de la langue la chambre était grande et propre et fonctionnelle. Petit bémol les rideaux n'étaient pas assez occultant et dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de petit frigo

Raik (7/5): Super stylisch , mit einem Manko - Es war ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Unser Zimmer war toll eingerichtet. Der Aussenbereich konnte durch das Wetter nicht genutzt werden, sah aber ebenso super einladend aus. Bei Aussenkamin ein Glas Wein trinken war eine schöne Vorstellung. Frühstück war absolut angemessen. Viel Auswahl in entsprechender Qualität. Servie und Empfang waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gab einen wesentlichen Kritikpunkt. Evtl hängt das mit der Lage der Zimmer zusammen. Wir waren auf 107 im Erdgeschoss. Leider konnten wir durch die Klima bzw Zuluft Öffnung in der Decke quasi jedes Gespräch der Zimmer mithören, die an dem Kreislauf angeschlossen waren. Ich kann nur vermuten das es das direkte Zimmer nebenan war.... es fühlte sich so an, als ob Leute sich in unserem Zimmer unterhalten haben. Das war sehr störend. Teilweise gigen die Gespräche bis nach Mitternacht bzw kamen evtl Gäste von einer Party erst nach Mitternacht im Hotel an. Jedes Huisten oder laute gespräch war super zu hören. Da wir schon 3:45 zum Flug los mussten, war quasi nicht an schlaf zu denken. Sorry, aber wenn man hier etwas Dämpfung in die Kanäle eingebracht hätte, wäre das echt besser für alle alle beteiligten, zumal wir ja auch annehmen mussten, das unsere Worte ebenso im Nebenzimmer ankamen, auch wenn wir bemüht leise gesprochen hatten. Da wir quasi nur 1,5 Tage im Hotel waren, machte die Reklamation bzw Tausch auch keinen wirklichen Sinn. Hier muss langfristig etwas geändert werden.

Está en una zona tranquila, a un paseo del centro histórico. La cama me resultó tremendamente incómoda. Colchón.muy blando, con colchoncillo encima más blando todavía, y un protector del colchón que hacía unas bolas horribles. Por la zona no hay bares ni restaurantes, y hay un restaurante en el hotel, que debe de ser buenísimo, pero no tiene carta, solo un menú degustación de más de 100 €.

VERENA (10/5): - Albergo molto bello e accogliente, tutto in legno e con un’atmosfera calda e rilassante. Stanze pulitissime e confortevoli, con letto comodissimo. Ottima anche la sala colazione, ben arredata, e colazione ricca e varia, sia dolce che salata. Presente un bel giardino, che sarà sicuramente piacevole in estate. Posizione tranquilla, a 15-20 minuti a piedi dal centro. Siamo rimaste molto soddisfatte, consigliato!
Carolin (9/5): - Zentrale Lage, in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum. Auch die nächste Straßenbahn ist schnell zu erreichen. Gutes Frühstück & tolles Zimmer mit großem Bad. Private Parkplätze gegen geringen Aufpreis direkt am Hotel verfügbar. Die Temperatur im Zimmer hätte für mein empfinden ein paar Grad höher eingestellt sein können :) da es draußen warm war, war es insgesamt ok

Marika (9/5): Insane value for money - The hotel is very, very nice. The premises are absolutely beautiful and the staff super friendly and helpful. I also loved the location: only a ten-minute walk from the old town, yet extremely quiet and peaceful. I won't even consider other options the next time I come to Krakow (which I definitely will). The room was a bit too warm for my taste. It wasn't a problem in springtime when this could be solved by opening a window, but might be a bit uncomfortable during summer months.
Michael (7/5): Trevligt boende, mysigt och annorlunda med mycket grönska. - Lätt att hitta, fin innergård och entré Saknade bacon, hårdkokta och löskokta ägg saknades, fanns ej kex eller annat hårdare bröd, brukar även finnas tex äpple och apelsin juice men fanns bara vatten och någon slags saft. Lite fler sorters tillbehör/flingor till yoghurt och mer än bara naturell fil och en smaksatt fil som nu fanns. Dom kan lägga mer krut på frukost delen och mindre på söta kakor, muffins mm. Frukosten är det viktigaste målet och bor man på hotell så är den det som man ser mycket fram emot innan man startar sin dag.

Jacqueline (8/5): - Die Lage ist gut und die Altstadt zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Ausstattung. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Da vor dem Hotel geraucht werden darf, zieht der Rauch bei entsprechender Windrichtung in die Zimmer. Das Restaurant hat am Abend ein schönes Ambiente. Leider werden ausschließlich zwei sehr preisintensive Menüs angeboten. Schade!

Our room was a good size, the decor was very appealing and the facilities were excellent. Breakfast was served in a lovely room with windows overlooking the garden. Alena (8/5): Až na chladno v pokoji, příjemné prostředí. Snídaně úžasná s krásnou reprodukovanou klavírní hudbou. - Lokalita, čistota, snídaně, interiér, zahrada. Po našem příjezdu bylo v pokoji chladno a topení, které bylo zapnuté na maximum , bylo úplně studené, lehce se ohřálo a z druhý den ráno.

Duffy (10/5): - The location of the hotel was ideal. The hotel itself was very clean . Staff were very professional & friendly throughout our stay. If I had something id say that would improve the hotel it would be the bed. It wasn't great tbh.

Keatley-Shaikh (8/5): - Mostly very helpful staff and really clean and quiet. Easy to walk to from the main square. There was a member of staff who was very unhelpful and busy looking at something on his phone rather than assist while I was struggling with my buggy and bags.

Sonia Mk (9/5): - We really loved the well decorated, artsy rooms, lots of storage space, and very clean. The breakfast was delicious with freshly made local pastries and savory food for a varied breakfast. Staff was friendly. Easy 15 min walk to the historical center. Nothing! Very minor detail: the rooms aren't very insulated so you might hear some hallway noise. This didn't bother us because it's not a big hotel.
