The only complaint is the Saturday pool event. Was told at check-in it starting at 5pm. Until 7pm still not ready we decided to just go somewhere else.

• DannyHS (8/5): Nice hotel but needs improvement - The room (517) is well lid and the insulation is also good, can hardly hear anything from next door guest. However, the bathroom shower box needs an upgrade since the wall is dingy. Also, when we checked in there is no spare toilet paper as most hotels normally provide and of course we had to ask for a new one by morning time. The breakfast selection can be improved, especially no real cheese, no good cold cuts, and the fruit jams are of low quality. Internet connection tend to be difficult for mobile phones (as experienced by a few in our group), although for computer the connection is good.

• CahyadiPakeh (10/5): Home Away From Home - The hotel is well maintained. The room is clean and the bed is still in good condition and comfortable. I love the bedlinen… straight and no stain. The space is just right. The meeting room I used was located on the 2nd floor. It was clean and the equipments worked well. The coffee break menus were all well presented and tasty : from yoghurt to siomay, from bolu sakura to risoles. Thank you for the warm ginger tea sent to my room when I arrived late that evening.

The frontliner, Mas Naufal, greet and escort us from the main door (while other hotel receptionist mostly just greet us at their table), he also give my little daughter a sticker gift! The waiter mas Leo also very nice, i told him that my daughter likes their banana cake, and surprisingly he gave us a box of banana cake to my daughter when we check out! Thanks to you both! Btw, the hotel also located at the strategic location for tourism! We'll definetely back!

• NugrohoGaga (10/5): Best hotel in Bandung! - Always happy to be back to stay here again whenever I visited Bandung. Feels like home sweet home. Their location is very premium in the center of famous Dago street. Their room is super clean and really well maintained. From General manager Ibu Emi, Pak Trio, Ibu Tika and their team member, Niwan, Calvin and Leo are super helpful and friendly. They are always ready to assist you at anytime. Their breakfast was superb - must try Nasi Goreng kambing. Will be back again!

• B. Beertsen-Lasamahu (9/5): Recommended - The staff was wonderful, easygoing and very guest-orriented, they even remembered my name which is a plus point. The facilities were also okay, and having a cafe in the front building was perfect. It is a nice place to chit chat with a few people. Price wise, it was a good value of money spend. Recommended! There is no nursery room or somewhere where my baby could change his diapers.

I requested to be notified by whatsapp when my room was ready (I arrived at the hotel few hours before check in time at 14.00), and the hotel really sent me message by 13.00 when the room was ready. Room was great, spacious and clean. Breakfast was great too - the hotel offered may options of dishes.

• 389mehwisha (10/5): Par excellence service - Being a Bonvoy member, I was able to look this hotel up easily for my weekend trip in Bandung. Good value for points (since I redeemed some of my membership points for the stay and the breakfast). The hotel is conveniently located on the Dago road, close to Gedung Sate and pops up on many tours’ pickup point. It has both KFC and Pizza Hut adjacent to its sides which is a great plus point. The hotel itself is nice, the room was well appointed and the amenities were great. The bathroom could benefit from an upgrade as it feels like giving in and not very well kept. The room air conditioning also needs to be fixed. Nonetheless, the breakfast spread is huge so one gets to fill up very easily (even if they are selective). However, the cleanliness could be improved further. What really stood out for us was the staff. They went above and beyond to making our stay comfortable. Always there to help us with a big smile and a generous heart whether it’s explaining map directions or offering us a made to order South Asian breakfast. They treated us like royal guests (possibly because of the Bonvoy membership and/or we are one of the few foreigners staying with them during the weekend). Whatever the reason be, they really made us feel welcomed in a new city! I would particularly like to highlight Trio and Tika who connected with us seamlessly (via WhatsApp) and led their team fantastically. I also would like to especially thank Naranggi, Niwan and the other staff who got our pineapples ready plus all the other staff at the Safron restaurant and reception for their nice hospitality and great care for us!

• Coastal31879652118 (8/5): “Comfortable Stay in the Heart of Bandung with Great Breakfast Choices” - I stayed at Four Points and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, which made it easy to get around — though do note that traffic can get quite heavy during peak hours. The room and bathroom were both clean and comfortable, just as expected. Breakfast was definitely a highlight, with a wide variety of choices available. Service in the breakfast area was between standard and good, nothing outstanding but still friendly and helpful. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was well maintained, which I really appreciated.

Four Points is located beautifully in Dago with walkable access to restaurants and supermarket, even a mall, assuming you are willing to walk (I understand that Indonesian people are not that keen to walk and would prefer to drive or take taxis). Staff are fantastic and very friendly and helpful, including cleaners that work on the 10th floor that night. The room is big, clean, and I had city view that looks amazing at night. I did not access any other facility but I believe they have gym for guests to use. Hotel provides 2 bottles of complimentary water and usual coffee, teas and of course electric kettle. Fridge is available, as well as hair dryer and ironing board. Although it is located on a busy road, it is actually pretty quiet to guarantee a good night sleep. AC is also cool and doesn't turn into 'blower only' in the middle of the night that could turn your deep sleep into a sweaty one. Apart from the above satisfaction, I have to give 3 stars due to my breakfast experience in the morning. I love my breakfast so I expect a lot from Four Points. Don't take me wrong, it has beautiful spread both for continental and local cuisines, so you don't need to worry. However, I personally think that the management, or at least F&B department, have to pay more attention to the freshness of the food they serve. I am certified in Food Safety and Hygiene in the UK, so I know what I am talking about. Staff should have, at least, checked if any bugs or fruit flies are not crawling inside their bowls of food. When I tried to sprinkle my bubur ayam with the herbs (celery and spring onion), I could see that they are not fresh (regardless the effort to wash it) as they are already wilted and browning with fruit flies crawling in between. Same bugs also crawled between their boiled eggs. I mean, didn't staff take some time to check, rather just refilling the stations? In the cold station, their lettuce also pretty much wilted. While in traditional cakes station, I believe they should have, at least, wrapped the dessert so that their bika ambon was not hard-rock, or make sure that any food served with cream/milk/cheese are kept inside the fridge. That morning I had dadar gulung with vanilla cream inside (vla, as local people said), and while the pancake already hardened (as it was served unwrapped), the cream within already turned sour. I could not finish it as I knew it was going bad already. Indonesia is a hot country so naturally food are easily spoiled unless refrigerated; also bugs and insects roam around everywhere near food constantly. So I think it is not exaggerating if F&B department should pay more attention to food hygiene because, while the food are gorgeous, it would be nothing if they poison people who eat it. Nobody knows where fruit flies have been or how much bacteria have already grown in food with milk products-based, including coconut milk, that already turns slightly sour. I expressed my concerns to Mr Leo when asked, and I am glad that he took it brilliantly. He understood my points, and as an apology, he gifted a box of pastries. I highly appreciated it, although it was actually not necessary. As a foreigner with Indonesian origin, I understand that most local would think of this as minor thing, but as a global chain hotel, I also believe that there should be certain standard to be met, especially when it comes about Food Safety and Hygiene. I enjoyed my stay at Four Points and the above incident is not going to put me off. I'll stay again when I return to Indonesia, particularly to Bandung.
• lokanata (8/5): Comfortable stay - We stayed at this property last February. We redeemed our Suite Night Upgrade for 2 nights to get our room upgraded to a Suite room. To be quite frank, the suite was just OK, not bad but not something to write about, some parts showing its wears and tears. I recommended to redeem their suite upgrades elsewhere. Check in was smooth. The reception staff were warm and friendly. The hotel and the suite had classical theming throughout. The suite had a relatively small living room with a sofa and a table as well as a working table and chairs. The suite also came with large bathroom and huge bathtub. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. The pool was somewhat underwhelmingly small and my kids did not enjoy too much. We were also a little bit worried of the traffic noise but it was tolerable. I have to say the staff at the breakfast restaurant were awesome, continuously making sure that we were stuffed. Food quality were pretty good, especially their live cooked Nasi Goreng. Overall a comfortable stay.

The room was super comfortable—spacious, clean, and just felt really cozy. The bed was perfect after a long day; soft pillows, fresh sheets, and quiet AC that helped me sleep so well. I also liked the little touches like good lighting and a proper desk, which made it easy to relax or get some work done. But what really made the stay memorable was the service. Big shoutout to Mas Adit—he was amazing. Super friendly, helpful, and always made sure I had everything I needed. He really went the extra mile and made me feel genuinely welcome. Breakfast is amazing, many options including sushi and ice cream. Staff are very helpful. This is my second time staying in this hotel. Will definitely back again to this hotel.
