• javier (5/5): Llega gente desconsiderada - Muy buena atención por parte del personal Por ser un hotel céntrico llegan muchas excursiones y entre esa gente llega gente desconsiderada sin pensar que hay huspedes que llegan a descansar,de 4 días de estancia solo una noche dormimos bien los demás días hicieron mucho ruido, tomando y fumando en los cuartos, haciendo ruido tuve que bajar a la administración para que subieran a callarlos y aún así siguieron haciendo ruido

• Ana (5/5): Passez votre chemin - La gentillesse du personnel et le repas du restaurant. Les chambres mériteraient un lifting complet. La première chambre dont nous avons passé une nuit est un trou à rats où les odeurs d'égout refoulent dans toute la chambre qui n'a malheureusement pas de fenêtre, on a demandé de changer de chambre. La deuxième chambre était correcte mais pas d'internet de toute la journée et pas suffisamment lumineuse. Le rapport qualité-prix est mauvais.

• Isis Gzz (10/5): - Muy atentos el personal y solicite cambio de habitación ya que venía lastimada a planta baja y sin problema me apoyaron. Y nos dieron un mapa turístico del la husteca y te ayudaba mucho para organizar mejor tu estancia.

The pictures are very deceiving, I usually trust the comments but this time idk what rooms the people in comments received because what I got was nothing like the comments say. The place is dingy, old, humid smell. Cannot fully close the windows so anyone can hear anything from your or other rooms. The AC was working the 30 minutes we spent there but the ceiling fan was wobbly, noisy and felt like it was gonna fall off. This place is in the middle of town next to the Mercado, area feels sketchy

• Novella (5/5): Basic cheap motel for last minute stay. - It was not expensive and they had a restaurant on sight which was convenient. The area is central if you need to be downtown. The hotel itself was a basic motel type place with a parking facility on sight but it was a Grundy area at night and the motel felt like a very old place that hadn’t been updated in a long time. The towels were like sandpaper and the shower worked. It wasn’t very hot or very strong and you could hear every noise echoing through the hallway. The staff were very nice and polite and that and the insight restaurant were the highlights. It we only needed a place for the night and it did the trick. We ate tamales across the street. .
