• Richard (6/5): Pleasant - Location was great. It was loud. Didn’t bother me, but if you’re a light sleeper or have trouble falling asleep with noise around, do yourself a favor and avoid. Some of the furniture was pretty beat up. The thing that bothered me most was needing to go to the office to pay (5 blocks away) by card, before I could be given keys to the apartment. The entire time there was a lockbox outside with a key in it. They could have provided me with the information to get in first and I would have gladly gone to the office to pay later (without all my luggage).

• CLAUDIO (8/5): INCONVENIENTES CON LAS LLAVES - Excelente ubicacion, departamento comodo, el unico inconveniente es que, la recepcion y entrega de las llaves se hace en horario de oficina, distante a 7 cuadras de la propiedad, de lo contrario hay que retirarlas y entregarlas en un parking; que tambien esta a esa distancia, lo que ocasiona el inconveniente de tener que movilizarse con equipajes esa distancia,seria interesante que arbitraran los medios para encontrar un metodo mas accesible al viajero en la recepcion y entrega de llaves.
• Ain (3/5): Poor - Location was good. The apartment was super noisy, we were there on a weekend and could hardly sleep the whole time. It was also pretty dirty, the jacuzzi in the advertisment was actually on the rooftop, without water and was very dirty. They also left one toilet paper roll for 3 days and were reluctant to provide more.

• Rafael Osvaldo (8/5): Bueno pero no es hotel - El departamento es muy bueno tal como muestran las fotos, pero me parece que no es totalmente ético que aparezca en Hoteles.com porque no es un hotel. Cuando reservo por la página, y lo hago muy frecuentemente, espero atención de hotel.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Lindo - Es un apartamento moderno y muy bien ubicado si tienes ganas de salir a caminar y tomar o comer algo. Muchos bares y restaurantes cerca, más el shopping.
• Jairo Marin (8/5): Buena habitación - Habitación cómoda y moderna. no pude utilizar el wifi. Recomiendo llamar antes de llegar para acordar check in ya que no hay frontdesk para registrarse.

• Alfredo J (6/5): Nice apartment in extremely noisy neighborhood - The apartment was nice, clean and modern in a very centric location. The building is in a college students neighborhood and surrounded by bars that stay open until late every night. Noise from the street is considerable (all windows are single pane so no noise insulation). WiFi is awful. The wireless router is located in the hall next to the elevator so if you get apartment A I believe it's ok, but if you get apartments B or C (as we did), the connection is weak and intermitent (drops all the time). Staff reset the router any time we complained but this didn't solve much the problem.
• james (4/5): Decent pad for the youth. - Before I start my review I am 53. I have no complaints about the staff at feel at home as they tried their best to resolve my problems with the near non existent wifi. If you are a party head and enjoy staying on the doorstep of all the bars and loud music until 5 am, then this appartment is for you, 20 years ago I would have loved it but now I need to sleep. 2 decent cafes near by on independencia. Wifi could not open attachments, says it all about wifi strength on piso 5. Mattress for me was fine. Would I stay again , possibly if I could find a doctor to prescribe tramadol and earplugs.
• Adriana (2/5): Hotel sucio y ruidoso - No vallan a ese lugar es una zona que por estar en el centro de entretenimiento es Imposible descansar!!!! Esta rodeado de Boliches,Pab la atención y la limpieza es muy mala.La experiencia fue malísima.
