- carmel (8/5): - דירה נעימה ומוארת, צוות נעים יש כמה דברים שכדאי לשים לב. מקבלים מפתח לדירה והדלת ננעלת אוטומטית ברגע שיוצאים וסוגרים את הדלת. הצוות עובד עד ארבע, במקרה וננעלת מחוץ לדירה לא יהיה למי לפנות. כמו כן, לנו היה חשוב מאוד מיזוג, בפועל בחדר שינה לא היה מזגן ורק בסלון.

Recibir el lugar con tal grado de limpieza, orden y el lindo detalle de la bandejita con las tazas preparadas para un té, es magnífico. Me hubiera gustado que hubiera un bidón de agua mineral o al menos una botella de agua de mesa. También hubiera sido ideal que ya hubiera una cuenta de aplicaciones (netflix, youtube, etc.) destina al uso de quien alquila el dpto. en lugar de tener que usar las cuentas personales.

- Horacio Marcelo (10/5): Nos encantó. La gente de Lugar, todo el tiempo respondiendo nuestras consultas muy amablemente. - El desayuno en La Veredita y en Colores Santos fue maravilloso. Además estuvimos muy bien atendidos. El desayuno en Capke no pudimos disfrutarlo. Llegamos 5 minutos antes de las 9 horas. No nos permitieron entrar. Luego consultamos si podíamos acceder ya que estaba lloviendo, nos dijeron que si. Luego nos sacaron del lugar y nos pasaron a otro. Cuando anunciamos el voucher era solo un café con tostadas. Nada que ver con los otros desayunos. Así que nos fuimos. Nadie nos detuvo. Todo esto que relato me parece una pena. El lugar es precioso. La atención pésima

- Suyai (7/5): - La estadía estuvo bien, la cama era muy cómoda y la ropa de cama super suavecita. Muy limpio el espacio. La vista es muy bonita. La atención de Noelia estuvo muy bien, es muy atenta. La vajilla estaba impecable, muy bien fajinadas las copas. Muy práctico retirar la llave y también dejarla. Lo malo es que uno de los ascensores no funcionaba con nuestra llave magnética y nuestro depto estaba en el piso 7, así que como el ascensor que sí nos funcionaba había quedado arriba tuvimos que subir caminando por la escalera de servicio. En cuanto a la ducha es muy difícil regular la temperatura. Otra cosa es el servicio de la cochera, se encuentra a dos cuadras y se abona aparte. Deja bastante que desear mas que nada por la atención, el sr que nos recibió en la cochera fue muy poco amable, nos solicitaba una tarjeta, mientras el alojamiento ya se había encargado de dejarle un voucher con la reserva. Tuvimos que mostrarle el chat donde decía claramente que había un voucher para que se dispusiera a buscarlo, finalmente lo encontró, nos dejó pasar. Aclaro que cobra $5000 por la tarjeta para ingresar y salir, pero SOLAMENTE acepta efectivo. Tenerlo en cuenta, porque nosotros no teníamos eft así que no pudimos llevarnos la tarjeta.

- Mercedes Z (5/5): No volvería, no lo recomiendo - La ubicación, aunque no se deben guiar por el mapa de Booking sino por la dirección que está escrita. Buenas sábanas (aunque pésimo colchón). Primero no respetan el precio de Booking, te cobran 10% más si pagas con tarjeta de débito o crédito (en ningún lugar lo aclaran antes). No nos dieron el dpto de la foto, el patio/terraza de este dpto era más chica y oscura que la de las fotos. El colchón estaba muy viejo, todo hundido, incomodisimo!!! El dpto. no tiene equipamiento en la cocina, tiene una sola cucharita (es para 2 personas)!!, una sola ollita, ni siquiera una sartén para poder hacer algo para el desayuno. No hay servilletas de papel/rollo de cocina; no hay sal ni aceite y vinagre como para una ensalada (es un detalle mínimo que siempre hay en los dptos temporarios). En el baño nos dejaron 2 rollos de papel a medio usar (entre los 2 no llegaban a un rollo). La verdad no volvería

Problema con la cerradura y la comunicación El departamento contaba con una cerradura digital, pero lamentablemente me proporcionaron un código incorrecto y no pude ingresar. Intenté comunicarme en reiteradas ocasiones al número de contacto que figuraba en Booking, pero nunca obtuve respuesta. Más tarde descubrí que ese número correspondía a una oficina que, al ser domingo, no atendía hasta el lunes a las 8 a.m. Finalmente, para lograr una respuesta, realicé una nueva reserva con el mismo anfitrión ese mismo día. Recién entonces se comunicaron conmigo y pude explicar la situación, aunque ya habían pasado más de dos horas desde mi llegada. 2. Ubicación incorrecta en el mapa Elegí el departamento porque necesitaba estar lo más cerca posible del Sanatorio Allende, ya que debía acompañar a un familiar a un turno médico. Al momento de reservar en Booking, el mapa mostraba que la propiedad estaba prácticamente a la vuelta del sanatorio, lo cual fue determinante para mi elección. Sin embargo, resultó que esa dirección correspondía a la oficina del anfitrión (o a otro lugar no especificado), mientras que el departamento real se encontraba a tres cuadras del sanatorio. En mi situación, esa diferencia fue significativa.
