• S LET YA (7/5): Its convenient location makes my travel easy and efficient and I would like to stay there again. - The location is great and it is not that far from the train station so it is convenient for first-time visitors. The hotel did not provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, which may be inconvenient for guests who do not bring their own; providing small complimentary sets would improve the experience.

• Yasmin (10/5): - The room was so clean and comfortable! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel... Just the busy road opposite the hotel. It took quite long to cross over. But that is a luxurious problem. :-)

• Sandy Ang (8/5): very good budget stay to explore 'local' kuala lumpur - Very good value air-conditioned room with ensuite. everything was clean. nice touch to have hairdryer, bottled water, tv, lift. room was serviced daily with new towels provided and bottled water replenished. straightforward checkin and checkout (MYR50 deposit was paid in cash and refunded promptly when at checkout). i was ok with a room without window because the price was so low. within 30mins walking distance is two big shopping malls. the surrounding area also has plenty of local eateries, massage, facial, hair salons which are also very good value. nothing really. on fri night i could hear voices of other guests but only for a couple of minutes. the night before was completely quiet.

• Justin (2/5): - The entire hotel is dirty and smells like smoke because they allow people to smoke in a poorly ventilated courtyard located in the middle of the hotel. The smoke travels throughout the hallways and under your door into your room. The rooms are also poorly ventilated, so everything smells like smoke. The street in front of the hotel also floods when it rains. The front desk staff are dishonest and will charge you double the tourism tax and then tell you to claim the extra charge directly from the government. Stay away.

• RJ (7/5): Inexpensive, meet my accomodation needs - The location is convenient to where I needed to be. AC was easy to manage and worked well as per settings were accurate. Staff are quite friendly. Comfortable bed. Good food options nearby. Very noisey, road noise terrible day and night. Shower Gel caused skin reaction on hands. No hand soap available. Must remember to put "Clean Room" on outside door handle or room is not serviced.

Parking is somewhat limited, as it's an open public area, but with some luck, you may find a spot close to the hotel. The parking is too limited for hotel guests; a dedicated parking area for hotel guests would greatly improve the experience.

To get a reasonable room with window you are close to the road. Very noisy even on the third floor from the traffic. Very very poor reception on TV and limited choices.
