- Kamarul Rafiq (2/5): Unfair price for booked room. - Room without windows, told by reception to upgrade to RM125.00 if want window. Disgusting. Done upgrade but very unfair cause during booking was not informed of the window matters. Told by receptionist if walk in the booked room would cost only RM80.00. my booking was RM118.00 felt cheated by hotels.com. Will not stay in this hotel in future.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - I brought my itinerary to check in, which written 3 rooms for the itinerary. The receptionist took a couple minutes through the documents, handed me 1 room key. After reminded, then only she could find out the other 2 rooms by me pointing the names on the room list, but not my itinerary. Wonder what use is the itinerary during check in time? Or you may just advise us to show identification document while check in will do? The management should train well the receptionist to handle these check in procedure.
