It was too cold for swimming in April, but the pool looked beautiful. A bit of a hike downhill from Assisi, and bus stops infrequently--we didn't mind but it is something to bear in mind if walking long distances is a challenge.

- Kyung Hee (10/5): - 깨끗하고 정성스럽게 관리된 숙소였음 들어가는 입구가 처음에는 급회전하고 들어가기 힘들었으나 곧 익숙해지면 괜찮음 전용 주차공간이 마려되어 있음 3박 묵는 아침 새소리에 잠이 깨고, 바로 옆 산다미아노 수도원에 새벽마다 산책(도보 10정도) 가서 미사 참석(신자는 아님) 했는데 마음이 정화되는 느낌 조식도 기본적인 조식었지만 맛있었음 주인분과 직원들 모두 친절했음 근처에 마세오 보세 수도원 공동체를 우연히 검색해서 산책삼아 갔는데 소박한 예배당과 친절한 수도사님들이 직접 만든 와인등을 파는 매장이 있었음 차 없으면 이동하기 어려운 위치

La stanza dove abbiamo soggiornato davvero molto pulita. Nota positiva per averci fatto trovare una buonissima colazione vegana. La struttura dista circa 15/20 minuti di camminata da Assisi ma è una bella camminata immersa nel verde. Niente, tutto perfetto

Esterno curato con piante e fiori e dehor con vista a disposizione degli ospiti. C'è anche una piscina che, data la stagione, non abbiamo potuto utilizzare. Parcheggio gratuito a disposizione. Il centro di Assisi raggiungibile a piedi attraverso un sentiero di circa 1 km nel verde. Personale attento e molto disponibile e simpatico.

- Ida (10/5): - Ho prenotato questa struttura attirata dal suo bellissimo nome..e Tutto e' stato perfetto, la posizione , vicinissima alla Basilica di San Damiano . Inoltre una bella passeggiata in mezzo agli ulivi permette in 15-20 minuti di raggiungere a piedi l'ingresso al centro storico da porta nuova. Il parcheggio all'interno della struttura. La camera pulitissima, funzionale e con una vista fantastica! Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la presenza del bollitore in camera con diversi tipi di te a disposizione. La colazione è completa con frutta, frutta secca, yogurt, cereali, miele, marmellate, salumi, formaggi, cornetti e deliziosi dolci della casa . Un Ringraziamento speciale a Sara per la sua accoglienza e per tutti gli ottimi consigli che ci ha fornito e che hanno arricchito la nostra visita ad Assisi e dintorni e Grazie anche alla mamma per la sua simpatia e gentilezza. - Bianca (9/5): Ci piacerebbe ritornare in un periodo meno frequentato dai pellegrini portando le biciclette. - La posizione tra gli ulivi con un panorama bellissimo sulla valle.Ho gradito il silenzio e la tranquillità della casa.Lo staff accogliemte e ospitale! in pochi kilometri si raggiunge il centro di Assisi in macchina 5 min a piedi 40 min.

- Anna (10/5): - An incredibly beautiful place surrounded by olive trees, with a truly stunning view! The atmosphere is peaceful and special. The breakfast is delicious and freshly prepared especially for you, which makes it feel very personal and welcoming. Even in February, the room was warm and comfortable, so we felt cozy throughout our stay. Be prepared to walk uphill to reach the city center. However, with such breathtaking views along the way, it doesn’t feel like a problem at all. The path is also well lit at night, which makes it easy and safe to walk. We would definitely love to come back again.
- Sonzogno (10/5): splendido, grazie - posizione con panorama, soleggiata, facile accesso, vicino al centro ed ottima per camminatori, colazione ricca ed abbondante, cordialità e disponibilità dei gestori, possibilità di raggiungere ogni meta di Assisi senza muovere l'auto ed evitare mezzi pubblici, ma bisogna avere buone gambe per il periodo (fine Febbraio) va bene così

Non condivido questo pensiero visto che in qualsiasi bed e breakfast ci sono delle colazioni internazionali fantastiche e certe volte il prezzo giornaliero è minore

La struttura si trova in mezzo agli ulivi ed è perfetta per chi desidera relax e tranquillità. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile.

La chambre, très propre, était également très confortable. Tout était TRES BIEN, mais peut-être le petit-déjeuner pourrait-il être un peu plus copieux (dans le cadre du prix "de base")

La mattina aprendo la porta della stanza si respira una piacevole sensazione di pace e tranquillità... il canto degli uccellini e il profumo di rose 🥀 ti dà la carica giusta .... Che altro dire ... dovevo stare una notte o prolungato di una ... Se volete andare ad Assisi qui siete nel posto giusto.. Niente

- Simone (9/5): Soggiorno di due notti per visitare Assisi e dintorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. - La posizione della struttura è ottima, poco distante da Assisi, volendo ci si può arrivare anche a piedi, dovendo però camminare molto per visitare Assisi, abbiamo preferito la vettura con parcheggi a 5 minuti. Camera ampia con una bellissima vista, Proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili. Se ripasseremo in zona sicuramente ci fermeremo nuovamente.

- Guest (8/5): truly enjoyed the stay and the tranquil, unbelievably beautiful environment. - very nice and friendly owner, staff. very clean. very beautiful environment. The house also have a backwalk (a small road with steps) leading to the main road/city center. It is also a very beautiful walk. We got there when it was already dark (not as originally planned). It took a little effort to find the place (we did not have data roaming -- would be good to have).
