- Mohammed (9/5): Meydan closest hotel - Hotel management know what the Arabs from gulf states need. They made the hotel suitable for us. The breakfast is great. Parking lot is available although it is located in the downtown. A Toilet is having cleaning hose. Need to add room tissues and toilet slippers

- Mona (10/5): - تجربة راقية وإحساس بالراحة من أول ما تدخل المكان. التصميم أنيق والخدمة راقية بكل تفاصيلها. الموظفين تعاملهم راقي واحترافي، يحسسوك أنك في بيتك ويهتمون بأدق التفاصيل عشان تكون إقامتك مريحة. الغرف نظيفة ومرتبة بشكل يبعث على الارتياح، وكل شيء فيها مجهز بعناية. الموقع عملي وقريب من كل الأماكن اللي ممكن تحتاجها، والتنقل منه سهل ومريح. الإفطار متنوع ولذيذ، يناسب كل الأذواق ويضيف لمسة جميلة لبداية اليوم. تجربة فعلاً تستحق التكرار.

- Mona (10/5): - الفندق نظيف ذو إطلالة رائع و مكانه مره ممتاز، قريب من كل شي تقريبًا، مطاعم، كافيهات، محلات ماركة صديلياات وحتى الأماكن السياحية. الغرف نظيفة ومرتبة، وكل يوم يغيرون المناشف ويهتمون بالتفاصيل. الخدمة كويسة، الموظفين متعاونين وودودين بذات مديرهم ابو احمد ماقصر معنا كان متعاون جدداً وسوى ترقية للغرفة عشان الوالد والعاملين نورقول وزبيدة روحهم حلووة جداً بشوشين ومتعاونيين. بالنسبة للإفطار، تنوعه حلو والأكل طيب ونظيف. الغرف مريحة وفيها كل اللي تحتاجه والاطلاله جزئية ع البحر، وفيه واي فاي مجاني. الأسعار معقولة جدًا مقارنة بالموقع والخدمات. بشكل عام، الفندق ممتاز للإقامة سواء قصيرة أو طويلة، وينفع إذا كنت تدور على مكان مريح وماتستخدم سيارة وتحتك كل الخدمات اللي تحتاجها

- Syed Fowad Ahsan (8/5): Nice location but average hotel experience - The location was excellent and the staff was helpful. The washroom had a bidet installed. We were given a two room suite but only one room had a wardrobe, dressing table and chairs. The toilet seat was cracked and the bidet was not working properly (leakage). The toilet was really small and the shower area did not have the doors due to which water would spread on the floor. The shower and sink area were moldy. Water and toilet paper was never replenished during the four days stay and upon requesting we were informed that it was not available. There was no tissue paper available in the room and the toiletries did not include tooth brush and tooth paste. Breakfast was decent however, there should be more bread and food options. The breakfast should also include juice and fruits.

Meydana yakın, süit meydana bakıyor, kahvaltı çeşitli ve otel sahibi Abu Ahmed Al-Iraqi çok saygın. مواقف السيارات سيئة جدًا والعاملين في خدمة صف السيارات غير محترمين وعنصريين وخصوصآ الاصلع غير محترم ومدخل الفندق سيئ بين ازدحام الميدان Otopark çok kötü ve vale park görevlileri saygısız ve ırkçı, özellikle de kel adam, saygısız ve kalabalık meydanın ortasında otelin girişi kötü.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Middle of the road Hotel right on Mayden Square - Arrived at the street side entrance only to find an elevator that had no indication of where the lobby was, up or down. After waiting about 15 minutes or so with a few other guests for the elevator to arrive, it was being used by the hotel staff to deliver laundry finally made it to the Lobby only to find out we'd been given a room on the 6th floor, but the 2-3 person elevator only goes to the 5th floor so up the stairs we went with our luggage. Only other issue was the shower water temp would cycle hot to cool every few minutes. Other wise the everything else such as room comfort, breakfast, etc was OK

- NAHID (6/5): Worst experience - We will not stay here again. We stayed in this facility 4 times including this time based in our previous experience due to two reasons. Firstly because it's close to everything secondly because of the Iraqi guy who I believe is the owner of the hotel. He was a very nice person and welcoming and the only one who can communicate to his customers. The other receptionist don't understand except Turkey. This visit was a regret and a total humiliation. The Iraqi guy was not around so the communication was zero. The departure day the way the bags were arranged in the car in a way the passengers couldn't sit except the driver seat. They refused to rearrange due to no parking and they were not listening. We were running out of time and need to catch the flight. One man aggressivly came from no where started to shout and scream at us and threatened us if don't move the consequences will not be good. So we decided to take a taxi and the accommodation even refused to give a call for a cap. So we walked for along distance and waited for one hour to find a taxi. The complaint raised to booking.com which I believe didn't take any action against the property

- Ali (8/5): يستحق السكن فيه واتمنى من ادارة الفندق النظر في موضوع المصعد - قربة من الميدان تعاون موظفين الاستقبال ومدير الفندق ابو احمد من العراق ببتسامته وطيب اخلاقه وحسن استقباله توفر مصعد واحد فقط ومساحته صغيره خيارات الفطور قليلة جداً سكنت في الدور السادس ولا يوجد مصعد يصل لهذا الدور فقط يصل الى الدور الخامس ثم تستخدم الدرج حتى تصل الى الدور السادس
