- Solveig (7/5): - Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Spa Bereich hat der Whirlpool nicht funktioniert. Die Sauna war dreckig und das Wasser im Pool sehr kalt. Es gab kein Personal im Spa Bereich. Das Personal von der Rezeption hat versucht zu helfen, war aber leider nicht erfolgreich. Der Spa Bereich muss dringend überholt werden. Der Whirlpool hat erst gar nicht funktioniert dann nur die unteren Düsen und er war viel zu laut.

- Margaret (5/5): Hotel breakfast is very poor quality fruits - The location The hotel is very aged and in need of some renovation and more care taken
- Michal (9/5): Príjemný hotel v skvelej lokalite - Apartmán 5001 na najvyššom poschodí s výhľadom na les a čiastočne na more bol pre nás ako stvorený. Kuchynka síce menšia a s nie veľkým vybavením, ale ako základ nám postačila. Hotel bol veľmi príjemný, s atmosférou. Lokalita vynikajúca, všade sme mali na skok. V podstate všetci pracovníci v hoteli boli milí, ústretoví. Raňajky formou švédskych stolov boli skvelé, tam nebolo čo vytknúť. Vonkajší bazén sme neskúsili, vnútorný len raz, škoda len, že sme nedokázali “rozbehať” bublinkové ležadlá v bazéne a že šla len jedna sauna z dvoch. Nemožné zaparkovať. Hotel má síce garáž s pár miestami, ale tá bola nonstop obsadená. Museli sme nechať auto na cca. 500 m vzdialenom parkovisku iného hotela za 25 € / deň.

- Zhanna (10/5): A visit to remember - The location is absolutely the best in Makarska! Very close to the beaches, as well as the city centre. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. Due to the extreme stormy weather (quite an adventure!), we had some problems with our original room, and got an upgrade for the remaining nights of our stay. The cleaning personnel was very nice and polite, too. We'll be definitely visiting again. P.S. A special thank you to two ladies at the reception - sorry, we don't know your names, but you were mega professional and caring.

- Sabina (8/5): Udoban - Udoban i čist krevet za spavanje, novo i čisto kupatilo i čista kuhinja i suđe. Garaža u prizemlju hotela sa liftom. Solidan doručak. Ljubazno osoblje. Sve navedeno nama je bilo dovoljno za kraci boravak. U Wellnes prostoriji u bazenu ne rade masažne mlaznice i isto ne rade masažne mlaznice u jakuzziju. Za doručak nije označena vrsta mesa na mesnim proizvodima poput suhog mesa, salame, narezaka, viršli i kobasica. Dvosjed u sobi je potrebno ocistiti iznutra.

Die Reduktion von Kleinstverpackungen beim Frühstück könnte im Sinne der Nachhaltigkeit verbessert werden. Ob der Abfall in den Zimmern der Gäste dem Recycling ( z.B. Kunststoffflaschen, Verpackungen) zugeführt wird ist fraglich. Aufgrund der Wetterlage (Sturm) war die Buchung eines Zimmers mit Meerblick sinnlos, aus Sicherheitsgründen mussten Fenster/Fensterläden natürlich geschlossen bleiben. Völlig nachvollziehbar.

- ezekielbalaton (10/5): - Már másodszorra laktunk itt a családommal. Tágas kis studió apartman, kicsi de jól felszeret konyhával, mikróval. A kilátás pazar, hiszen a kikötőre-óvárosra néz. A reggeli is nagyon finom volt: rántotta, tükörtojás,virsli, felvágottak, saláták, joghurt , műzi, kávé, gyümölcslé , stb. A személyzet nagyon kedves és figyelmes, mindíg mosolyogtak. A tengerpart 3 perc gyalog az óváros még annyi se. A szálloda alatt van egy kedves kis kocsma és játszótér kombó. Pár méterre vannak éttermek, boltok, fagyizók, minden amire szükséged lehet. A wellness részleg is teljesen megfelelő. Jacuzzi, medence, szauna, gőz. A parkoló kicsit szűkös.

It was really convenient to have a parking spot in the garage, as parking in the area can be tricky. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and everything was well organized. Overall, a very nice and comfortable stay.

Отель расположен идеально - рядом с главным променадом, где кипит жизнь и одновременно рядом с большим городским пляжем. Завтраки были вкусные, хотя немного не хватало местных блюд/закусок, как мы пробовали в других отелях. Номера новые и чистые, кондиционеры работали отлично. У самого отеля есть небольшой собственный бассейн, который выгодно находится в тени большую часть дня, поэтому там можно спокойно расслабиться и не сгореть. Парковочных мест вокруг совсем не много, а сам отель предлагает лишь некоторое количество мест в закрытом паркинге, которые нельзя зарезервировать заранее. При этом отель довольно большой. Честно говоря, нам очень повезло, что на тот момент было свободное парковочное место, иначе я даже не могу представить, где надо было бы искать, так как по пути в отель мы смотрели по сторонам в поисках парковок и даже те, которые мы видели, были закрыты

- MR EDWARD WILLIAM (10/5): Great - The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Rooms good size. Great location near the beach and overlooking the harbour. There was nothing to dislike.
- Melanie (10/5): Great hotel - The location and staff was great. The hotel was very clean, facilities were really good and a large range of breakfast. We will definitely be staying here again! Only draw back for me was the stairs to enter into the hotel, due to big luggage. We dis layer see that there was a lift through the parking, but were unsure how to access this as there wasn’t sign for lift.
- Kevin (7/5): Phoning it in—except the phone doesn’t work. - Location Entrance poorly marked, especially for those with luggage. WiFi was so poor that it was often unusable. Staff did nothing—said Management would contact me Monday, but never did. Waitstaff at restaurant somewhat cold and indifferent. No one answered calls to reception multiple times. Really poor customer service. Boring breakfast.

- edwardlewis2016 (10/5): Great - The Hotel was in a great location near the beach and overlooking the harbour. Good selection for breakfast to choose from. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were helpful and polite.
- marco (9/5): Vacanza a Makarska - Vicino la spiaggia, con piscina. Vicino i locali e passeggiata serale. Stanza molto ampia con asciugacapelli shampoo e balsamo e ciabattine in dotazione. Buona la colazione con prodotti locali ma se vai dopo le 9,30 non fanno più refill soprattutto dei dolci ( cornetti o waffle) e della frutta. Bollitore in stanza Nulla

- Ponjevic (9/5): Perfekt für famili oder partnerurlauv - Es war immer sehr sauber frühstück war top und personal sehr freundlich. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es sauna Wellness Bereich plus Sportraum Leider keine Parkmöglichkeit obwohl unten eine Tiefgarage steht

- Debeli krmak (10/5): - Odlican hotel na top lokaciji za pristupacnu cijenu. Super ljudi na recepciji!! Sve mi se svidjelo
- Caryl (10/5): - Begränsad hotel parkering men finns på annat håll. Vi hade tur att en plats var tillgänglig då vi kom kl. 10 på kvällen. Hotellet ligger vid hamnen och torget med restauranger. Frukost var god och mycket urval finns.
