For th same price you can stay in nice hotels that offer breakfast - Hotel was close to the outlets Took 15 minutes for someone to tend to me waiting at the foyer to check in. I booked a 2 bedroom suite and we only got a one bedroom suite and didn’t get any money reimbursed. No breakfast. Cooking items were terrible.

The kitchenette is great to have as well as the full sized fridge if you have meals or need to store anything good. I’ve stayed here a lot and I’ll keep coming back to this one.

Anthony and Ryann at the front desk could not have been more courteous, friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful experience, and we will look forward to staying again on return visits.
545cassandram (8/5): Lovely - Room was excellent. Very clean fantastic. The staff was very sweet. It was a little hard to get a hold of the desk. I was able to call down once for my room and get a hold of somebody after that. As soon as I would call it was busy. I had to call from my personal cell phone in order for me to get a hold of the front desk. Aside from that, the stay was wonderful. Brown haired girl that worked the three to 11:00 was very sweet glasses. I wish I remembered her name. She was very on top of it. Super accommodating when I needed to ask for a crib last second.
Jeff (9/5): Superb - This hotel was neat and clean and included a kitchenette in my ample room. The bathroom was well stocked with amenities and the shower was hot and had plenty of pressure. Overall, a very good place to spend the night before heading to the airport. This room included a refrigerator which emitted a very hearty hum. Turning it off was an easy fix. The location is also a little complicated to get to; you turn as if you are going into the Amazon warehouse but turn left along the frontage road and go under the road through a short tunnel.

Your maintenance man came to let me in and he told me that they typed in the wrong room number, but the handle of the front door was broken so move me a new new room that the TVs did not work And there is no hot water in the shower. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The stay was exquisite, with very comfortable furnishings and a kitchenette that made possible for any meals I wanted to make or any items I may have needed for food delivered. They fixed it the next day but left all our towels wet and dirty laying on the floor, very smelly like mildew. Also there were stains on two of the pillows and on the sheet. Also a huge stain on the recliner, which made us afraid to use it. Elevator floor was dirty.

After my second set of keys alao faile to work, someone from the front desk came to the room and concurred that the door lock was faulty. She also told me they had been having trouble with the door lock for “awhile”. I was then given room 303 where the flapper valve in the toilet audibly leaked constantly and the refrigerator was very noisy and ran all night long. I finally got up at 5:00 AM and left.

Jill (9/5): Overall, very pleasant stay. - The room was very nice and bed very comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Free washer and dryers was very nice too. I had to ask after day 3 for fresh towels. Not sure how many days go by before room service comes in.

Ai Ting (10/5): - We stayed here for 3 nights. They had everything we need. Do note that this hotel does not provide breakfast. They do however provide free laundry, 3 washers and 3 dryers, didn’t have to wait if you do it at night. They could provide more dining wares, only provided 2 sets of everything which is only sufficient for one meal, we had to run the dishwasher after every meal, since they also did not provide dish sponge. The outlet mall is just next to the hotel although we did not visit, it’s very close to everything, plenty of fast food options, and a gas station right next to it. Will definitely choose to stay at Candlewood Suites again.

chrissN7874VY (10/5): Wonderful property and staff - Wonderful property and we really enjoyed our stay. Free coffee, and free laundry appliances, both of which we really appreciated. Plus the room was great with 2 tv's, ice maker and everything we needed. All the staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions about the area or needs.
Coldduck (6/5): A typical hotel - A typical hotel. Really glad we didn’t get a room on the I-25 side, since the east side of the hotel was noisy enough. It’s a bit of a challenge finding how to get to the hotel since there’s no signage on Lincoln. It was nice having a kitchenette. The biggest complaint I have was that we stayed there to support a local charity event and the hotel did give us the arranged discount, but the hotel wouldn’t give us a discount for the last night of the event. Not good marketing. The toilet ran so we always had to jiggle it to stop it from running.
crestonm2024 (10/5): Comfy beds - Comfortable beds. Clean room and slept great. Only con is no breakfast, but rooms have a functional kitchen area with full sized refrigerator and microwave. Overall great experience and will stay at this hotel again. Parking area is smaller but location is quiet.

Continental breakfast would be nice for those who don’t wish to cook while vacationing. The breakfast next door at the sister hotel was way too expensive for what was on the buffet.

Maps23234321369 (8/5): Clean, cute kitchenette. - It had a comfortable bed with 4 comfy pillows. Nice TV. Like a tiny apt. There was Only one set of bath towels. There was Unfinished repair work to the tile in the bathroom that made it look rundown unfortunately but other than that it was a first floor room that was clean and quiet! Thank you.

andylM1295KQ (10/5): Moving our son home to Colorado and visiting family! - The room met our expectations and the staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. This location was perfect for us because we were visiting family in Northern Colorado and the South Denver metro area. My wife was able to walk to a nail salon to get a pedicure and other retail stores are close as well.
524misset (8/5): Nice but housekeeping needs to be more frequent - The hotel was clean & staff was friendly. I hope the hotel reconsiders offering house keeping where having your room cleaned daily & supplying clean towels daily b/c currently it’s offered every 7 days & the guest must go to the front desk for clean towels.

Wendy (9/5): A great place to stay off the hiway. - No frills. But large room with 2 queens, strip complete kitchen. Great staff. Dining shopping next door. One block from hiway. Our second stay! Better selection of snacks in ‘store’. But not an issue as large convenience store is next door ( and of course 1/2 the price)

Beds were great. - no breakfast served or provided housekeeping once a week. had to go get towels, and garbage was not picked up, coffee was hot water on our day of departure. looked forward to that cup for the road that didn't happen

Ashley (2/5): Extra incidental deposit— no explanation - I was charged three times the amount of incidental deposit with no real explanation except ‘we don’t know why hotels.com had the incidental at $100/night. Sorry’ No compensation offered, no real resolution except I could sit with them and call the bank to try to resolve. I’ve checked out and still have not received anything but a half hearted ‘apology’ and still don’t have the money back. Hundreds of extra dollars paid ‘just because’—- No accountability, no real explanation, no compensation… not even the money back yet. Hotels.com blames the hotel, hotel blames Hotels.com. Typical. Considering litigation due to the issues this caused for my trip and account and extra expenses incurred due to this ‘mistake’
Claudette (4/5): Will not stay there again. - Location Handicapped facilities inadequate, no grab bars by toilet, or on side or back of shower. Problems with TV changing channels. Internet spotty.
Judy (5/5): It was adequate. - It was a good location for me. They didn’t have any clean up service. There was a poor selection of food items. The pillows and bed were uncomfortable. No one could demonstrate how to use the tv remote…. So no tv!
