El desayuno en el piso ejecutivo es un desastre. Supuestamente abre a las 7 pero hasta las 7,30 aproximadamente no hay servicio. La variedad de alimentos es escasa. Las mesas no tienen servilletas.

- Gomez Pedroso (10/5): De paseo por la Ciudad de Puebla contemporanea - El servicio del Hotel es excelente, la atención del personal, siempre encuentras alguien cerca para cualquier necesidad, atendieron de inmediato los servicios al cuarto, la calidad de la ropa de cama fué excelente y la ubicación esta muy centrica con relación a la zona contemporanea de Angelopolis de Puebla. la tarifa no incluye el desayuno y el brunch tenía un costo aparte de $35 USD que considero elevado, tomando la comparación la gastronomía local de la ciudad de Puebla que es muy basta y exquisita y no se compara con los alimentos de comida internacional que ofrece el hotel. También la conexión directa con la plaza comercial Angelopolis no estaba en servicio, eso me obligó a caminar más de lo esperado para llegar al centro comercial.
