- 一弘 (7/5): 大浴場有り - 元ホテル日航だった所なのでホテル自体の作りは良いと思います。 大浴場が有りました。 バスの送迎が夕方以降は空港からホテル 朝はホテルから空港に出ています。 千歳駅から札幌方面に行く場合は千歳駅に立ち寄ってくれます。 朝の送迎は、ホテル到着時にフロントで予約が必要 トイレが遠い。 トイレに行くのにフロントの前を通って行かなくてはならない。

- NORIKO (9/5): - アメニティの充実さや各階に電子レンジとお茶を設置していて、さらに無料マッサージ機とキッズルームかつレディース美容機器ルームまたストレッチルームがあり、申し分ないほどであった。 加湿器、扇風機など書ききれないものがある。 スタッフの対応が人間らしく温かみがあると良いなと感じました。 でなければロボット設置で構わない。 ただ、部屋の希望を叶えてくれた点は申し分なかった。 ので、より顧客満足度が上がるアドバイスをさせて頂くと ストレッチルームに【ポールストレッチ＝長いもの】の設置とレンタサイクルの時間融通の幅拡張もしくは延長有料制を設ける点にあります。
