• Mira (5/5): Disappointed - Your front desk person was so unprofessional. He was on his cellphone when I approached to check in. He completely ignored me, didn’t even acknowledge me, just continued his conversation on the phone like I wasn’t standing there. You might want to train him on providing good customer service to his customers.
• ZeroTwo (10/5): Valentine's Day Perfection - The best ever Valentine's Day celebration. Fantastic romantic dinner setting with wonderful Live music. The staff worked tirelessly to make sure everyone was looked after. They must have spent days preparing for this event as it was perfect. The resort was fully booked and still had a pleasant atmosphere. The food was exceptional and the desert cake was absolutely delicious, I've never had such a cake before. This event truly showed the expertise and experience of the chef and kitchen staff. All the staff were extremely professional and made me feel special. I thank them all for the memories. There was Nothing that I didn't like. It was a perfect and memorable weekend. I'll definitely be doing this again next Valentine's day.

• Kenneth (9/5): It’s a nice resort with all the amenities. - It was nice to have a buffet accessible, and the pool was great with poolside services. The staff was approachable and always took care of everything. The restaurant menu was nice to choose from. All the staff were friendly. They have events every night and there’s a lot of music for several hours that’s super loud.

• DebraRutz (10/5): Warm staff - One thing I really appreciate about Almont Inland Resort is their staff. You’ll always be greeted with a smile, and it feels like everyone knows your name. It makes the whole stay feel extra personal. I also love that I can bring guests anytime of the day since they’re the only place in Butuan with daily buffets from breakfast to dinner. Plus, their pizza bar is a favorite of mine!

• Nenia (8/5): Overall, our stay was great. The staff were helpful and the place was comfortable (except the mosquitoes). - The staff are friendly and it's a nice place. Budget-wise it's also good. There's a lot of mosquitoes, even in the rooms. Also, the bathroom wasn't particularly clean. For example, the showerheads and taps could've been given a good clean (shiny clean🙂).
• Adam (10/5): - Very thankful to Almont for making my 14-day stay extremely comfortable and relaxing, with top-notch service from their courteous and helpful staff. Close to airport and Robinson Mall, it was the perfect place to stay! No regrets :)
• D216GXmarke (10/5): Local Resort in Caraga - This resort has spacious rooms, and nice pool that my child enjoys. It has also big parking space and within walking distance from nearby Malls such as Gaisano Mall and SM. They also offer free airport transfers which is very convenient. I booked through their website, and thankfully they have lower rates, and I also find it convenient during my multiple rebooking. Their staff are accommodating and patience. I highly recommend this Hotel/Resort.
• Benjamin (10/5): Two thumbs up for Almont Inland - Front office staffs are awesome specially “crizel” I’m not sure if I spelled her name right (she deserves a 5 start rate). But in general all staffs in the restaurant, housekeeping and bellboys are very professional. I will recommend this facility to my friends in the U.S who wish to visit BXU. I was a little bit disappointed in our 1st day of stay but it turned well for the rest of our stay. Thank you so much
• Pam (8/5): Love the Inland! - Love the grounds, pool, & of course the wonderful staff! Rooms need updating. For example outlets for cellphones & hair dryers in every room would be nice. Also a handrail for entering the pool would help elderly.

I think that’s their best asset… Neil and company from breakfast buffet… as well as the very patient and always accommodating housekeeping staff…. You guys are all great and made our stay really feel very worthwhile!!!!! No hairdryer and iron in each rooms.

The staff are wonderful and accommodating, the pool is beautiful and clean. The food is good and varied and the live singers on the weekends are my favorites!

Had one meal where we had a complaint and the manager and supervisor were very quick to act and sort it all out for us. I was very impressed by their response. Pool wasn't as clean as could be. It turns a bit cloudy in the afternoons, hence I did not use it a lot. Beds are foam style mattresses, therefore they are not quite as comfortable.

• Luisa (8/5): It was a spur of the moment to book but staying there made us feel right at home! - It was a spur of the moment to book because of the emergency in the family but staying there made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Everyone is very accommodating, kind and helpful. This is the reason why we booked there again this May. Even the manager was very welcoming to us. We enjoy buffets in Manila. The price in Almont is just right but has very few selections.

We had everything you would expect at a hotel room although there was no hot water but this common for the region. Pool are was very nicely done and great area to hang out. I was pleasantly surprised with breakfast that came with our room. Very tasty and plenty to choose from. I would stay here again.

In February i was so satisfied of the excellent food, this time the food was... it was okay. Anyway, Almont Inland Resort is still the best choice, if you want to stay in Butuan City.

The University nly things that let it down for me was a very loud singer in the restaurant at dinner time and when we moved outside to get a table where we could speak, a zumber exercise class started with loud music and we were stuck between the two and still unable to speak !

I didn't find mangoes in the buffet, but it's probably off season. Water pressure is a little bit low in our suite in the mornings. So, we took showers in the evening.

• 114annabeatrizs (10/5): Best wellness resort in Butuan - We stayed at Almont Inland Resort from August 12-14, and it was just what we needed. The resort offers a perfect blend of comfort and tranquility, with spacious and clean rooms that made us feel right at home. The pool and wellness facilities were fantastic for unwinding, and the breakfast each morning was a great start to the day. The hospitality at Almont Inland Resort was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. The peaceful setting and attentive service helped us relax and recharge. If you’re looking for a place to escape the daily grind and enjoy some quality time in a serene environment, Almont Inland Resort is definitely worth a visit.

• milaiski (6/5): Okay but could be better - Pro's: -Rooms are spacious. Beds are very comfortable and they provide extra pillows at no additional cost. -Very good options at the breakfast buffet. They hardly repeat the same dish in a week. -Internet is very fast. -Located near establishments such as SM and Gaisano. -The pools are relatively clean and well maintained. Needs Improvement/Cons: -Housekeeping services can be improved. Someone was knocking at our door at 5:30 a.m. claiming they will do housekeeping. It was kind of scary. -The shower area in our bathroom, while draining, was retaining water in the floor. -Toilets in function halls can be better maintained. -We arrange for airport transfer at 6:30 p.m. By 6:50 pm the hotel's driver didn't show up yet so another hotel staff had to drive us. Gasoline level of the van beforehand was not checked before we left. We stopped in the middle of the highway. Thank goodness we were near a gasoline station.

• Rose (8/5): A good place to stay in Butuan…they provide almost everything you need when you travel… excellent laundry services as we - Location is central… the first rooms we stayed in is a bit rundown… badly needs upgrade esp bathroom… but we were happy that they were able to move us in a smaller but way better rooms….but I think the best asset for Almont is their staff… everybody’s super friendly and accomodating… they will really do everything they can to make your stay a memorable one… attention management… it’s very rare to have staff who are dedicated and honest … please treasure and compensate them generously!!!!! Just the 1st 2 rooms we stayed in… really needs upgrade.
