This property is located inside Terminal 3. Guests arriving on an inbound flight must not pass through immigration control. Guests arriving from the city must be checked-in on an outbound flight. A valid traveling document must be presented during check-in. Guests will not be able to access their checked-in baggage at the hotel, and the hotel is not responsible for guests' checked-in luggage transfer during stay. Guests with same-day inbound and outbound flights must provide details to the hotel at least 3 days before the date of their arrival, otherwise the hotel will cancel the reservation. The hotel is not responsible for guests who are unable to pass through immigration control from the city. A no-show fee is applicable.

- Pete (4/5): - When we arrived the gentleman we met shifted rude to offensive, the bed was atrociously uncomfortable, the breakfast was stone cold, one of the eight charging ports in the restaurant worked. All in all, to be blunt, it was an atrocious waste of money and never again.

I was able to book in person a room for my return flight in late September, when I had been informed on-line that the hotel was fully booked for the dates I requested. There was only a bath mat in the bathroom, no towel. I would have appreciated a comfortable chair.

We had a window overlooking runway so was interesting. It’s next to butterfly garden . Would recommend the Ambassador everything we needed & u could wander around airport if necessary

- Ellen (8/5): Convenient and comfortable - Convenient and comfortable place to stay if you are in transit for more than 6 hours. Bear in mind that it can take about 30 minutes to switch terminals and walk to the hotel, depending on the terminal your plane lands at. Once you get to Terminal 3, the signage to the hotel is very good. The room was quiet and had essential bathroom items. The inclusion of a meal (edible food, but not amazing) is an extra convenience, particularly the option for room service. My only negative is that I sent a message via the Hotels.com app and never got a reply.

- Nicola (10/5): Perfect for a long haul break - Always stay here when flying long haul to New Zealand. The rooms are quiet and clean. The showers are fabulous. It hasn’t changed in years so may be looking a bit faded but it’s an absolute godsend when transiting between long flights. I had a window in my room this trip which was a novelty!

- Nicola (10/5): An absolute godsend for long haul transit - This place is a godsend for transit passengers on long haul flights. A quiet place to rest between flights and the showers are fabulous. You are also given a voucher for a complimentary meal in the transit lounge next door should you get hungry. The beds are comfortable and the room is cool which helps sleep. Bookings are in blocks of six hours but you can book extra hours should you want them.

However, one hour limitation for breakfast in lounge was bit tight, at least 90 minutes would be ideal in early hours of the day when fasciitis were quite empty. Its not for time required to over consume, its just the time required for slower people like elderly or parents with children need more time 😀

We were reallocated Room 341 which was fine BUT instead of excuses and an explanation as to why, it would NOT HAVE OCCURRED IF THE ROOM HAD BEEN CHECKED BEFORE WE WERE ALLOCATED IT! WE never did get an apology! Food is offered with this stay but the poor presentation booklet, the fact that it ‘presented’ like airline food and eating it even in a fresher smelling room did not encourage us to ‘dine in’! Furthermore it didn’t appear that a beer or glass of wine was on offer..
