• Bayer (5/5): - Frühstück war okay. Lage der Unterkunft auch okay. Leider war das Zimmer nicht richtig sauber, eine halbvolle Bierdose auf der schmutzigen Terrasse, es fehlten Fliesen unterm Waschbecken und im zu lauten Kühlschrank waren noch Essensreste vom Vorgänger drin.

Griechisches Restaurant (selber Betreiber) 50 m entfernt mit hervorragender Küche und Frühstück. Kostenloses Parken vor der Tür. Vielleicht müsste man mal den Stuhl austauschen und das Fenster gangbarer machen (Zi. 15)

• Lavinia (10/5): Alles was man braucht - Sehr großes geräumiges Zimmer, eher wie eine Wohnung. Kleine Küchenzeile mit dem nötigsten. Großes Bett sehr bequem. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns kostenlos ein Babybett bereitgestellt. Es war sauber und der Check In problemlos.

• Christoph (6/5): Nicht weiter zu empfehlen. - Die Flexibilität. Wir sind erst sehr spät angereist. War mit einem Code für die Schlüsselbox kein Thema. Wir waren anscheinend die einzigen Gäste in dieser Nacht. Kein Personal am nächsten Morgen. Nur ein Schild, Frühstück kann dazu gebucht werden. Das Wasser für die Kaffeemaschine im Empfangsbereich war leer. Ansonsten schaut euch die Bilder an.

Il y a un restaurant dans le bâtiment d'à côté on a vrament très bien mangé. Yanis nous a reçu à la réception, il est très sympathique. Il est Grec et nous avons manger de la nourriture Grecque au restaurant, aliment de qualité et vraiment excellent. Nous conseillons vraiment cet endroit.

An der Tee und Kaffee Station war leider kein Wasser für die Senseo Maschine vorhanden und die Rezeption um 9.00 noch nicht besetzt. Ansonsten alles gut

• Tobias (7/5): Gutes Presi-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit Abzügen in der B-Note - Sauber, preiswert, freundlich. Für die Region ein ziemlich gutes Angebot und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Die verkehrsgünstige Lage ist hörbar. Bei offenem Fenster ist schlafen eher schwierig. Das Internet funktioniert zu Stoßzeiten leider gar nicht. Das ist wohl dem Fritz-System geschuldet, dass nicht auf so viele Nutzer gleichzeitig ausgelegt ist. Außerhalb der Stoßzeiten funktioniert es hingegen wunderbar und schnell.

Eigenaar super vriendelijk: perfecte communicatie vooraf & duidelijke uitleg voor self check-in. s Avonds heerlijk gaan eten in het Griekse restaurant vlak - achteraf bleek het tot dezelfde familie te behoren als het hotel. Onze kamer bevond zich vooraan & er was wel best wat lawaai van het verkeer.

• Sabine (9/5): Ein toller Aufenthalt, den wir gerne Wiederholen. - Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich groß, das Bad zum Wohlfühlen und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und hatte für jeden etwas. Der Service war herzlich und unsere Sonderwünsche wurden ohne Probleme erfüllt. Einfach ein tolles Haus.
• Michele (6/5): - La Guesthouse si trova in una zona tranquilla , nei pressi di un laghetto. Il parcheggio si trova facilmente. La stanza assegnataci era molto spaziosa, con ampie vetrate e con balcone dotato di poltroncine e tavolino. Letti comodi. Piuttosto carente la pulizia della camera ed in particolare del bagno. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato lavandino e water visibilmente sporchi, e la vaschetta del sapone liquido semi vuota. Ci siamo arrangiati alla meglio, sperando nel giorno dopo. La pulizia non è stata fatta nemmeno il giorno seguente. Solo dopo nostra esplicita richiesta hanno provveduto, il giorno successivo , ad una sommaria pulizia del bagno. Una maggiore attenzione a questo aspetto sarebbe stata molto gradita. La svista un giorno può anche capitare, anche se non dovrebbe, ma due giorni di seguito fa pensare.

• Riabolus (7/5): Отлично подходит для остановки на одну ночь для путешествующих на автомобиле! - Невысокая цена. Бесплатная парковка. Хорошая транспортная развязка. Неплохая шумоизоляция. Рядом через дорогу супермаркет. В номере нет холодильника и чайника. Чай можно было приготовить возле ресепшн, но там не оказалось сахара. Но в целом отель удобен и стоит своих денег.
• Tanja (9/5): Super, komme gerne wieder - Bin bereits mehrfach da gewesen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Spontan zwei Nächte geblieben, war kein Problem. Check In schnell und unkompliziert, beim Check Out nur Zimmerkarte ins Körbchen an der Rezeption gelegt. Tolles, geräumiges Einzelzimmer, moderne Ausstattung, gute Matratze, Bad ausreichend groß mit Regendusche, ebenerdig. Frühstück sehr gut im benachbarten Restaurant. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Es war jetzt im Sommer sehr warm im Zimmer, Südseite. Nörgeln auf ganz hohem Niveau.

• Annerose (6/5): Guesthouse Lichtenau - The location was good. One of the rooms was not made up and we had to get another one. Yesterday only the bathrooms received new towels although they were only used one day. The used cups were not cleaned. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. There was no coffee in the rooms. Had to fetch in reception. Did not take any photos of the rooms. At least the Wifi was good.

Hinter dem Hotel ist ein See, die Zimmer mit Seesicht müssen noch viel schöner sein:)👍 Die Person am Empfang war extrem freubdlich und zuvorkommend! Ich danke sehr herzlich für den Aufenthalt! The area where the restaurant is located is very pretty. the breakfast- not many options and even though we arrived at 7.00 as agreed, it was not ready. There is no buffet which is fine but there should be several options like healthy/savoury/sweet.

The property was unreachable and unresponsive. On the morning of my travel I received a call back that I would receive an entry code via sms and email. I did not receive anything during the day and the property was agaon not reachable via phone or message. And unresponsive to email. I called Booking and spent a lot of time on the phone with yhem and they also could not reach the property. Finally around 7pm I got an sms with the code and a call back. This all caused me a lot of unnecessary stress, time and money.

• Claudia (8/5): Etwas teuer aber ok - Das Guesthouse ist nicht unter der genannten Adresse zu finden! Wir bekamen eine andere Adresse. Wir hatten für die sog. Suite mit Kitchenette. Im Kühlschrank war kein Licht. Sie wissen das, war die Antwort. Ist eine Kleinigkeit sowas zu erledigen, oder? Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Das Wasser wird erst nach einiger Zeit nur lauwarm. Im Bad gibt es keine Kleiderhaken/Handtuchhaken. An den Wänden hängen keine Bilder, daher ist alles etwas kahl. Es ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es war soweit alles ok. Frühstück wird extra berechnet.

Not only did he do everything he could to fix my car, as I was having trouble with my dashboard warning system (everything worked out fine in the end). He also invited my for pear schnapps in the evening. Nice, spacious and clean rooms. Nice terrace just outside the room. Good Greek restaurant connected to the hotel!
